"Joonhyuk,did you finish gathering the information regarding the suspect?" Woohyun asked Joonhyuk as soon as he entered the station together with Sunggyu. Nobody seemed to bother about the fact that they came together, after all they were partners, but Woohyun felt like everbody knew. He ignored this feeling, concentrating on what Joonhyuk had to say.

"Yes, Hyung. Here they are. But don't have any expectations. This guy is more boring than my grandma. He doesn't have a father, his mother died last year. His only relative left alive is his sister."

"Hm, any jobs, university?" Woohyun asked and went closer to Joonhyuk so he can see the piece of paper as well.

"He didn't attend university although he is 24. His mother had a restaurant, maybe he worked there because I didn't find any information of him working anywhere."

"Ok. How about a wife, lover?"

"He isn't married. I don't know if he has anyone. You said the lady where he stays saw a girl coming to his house. This might be a potential lover or as well it might be his sister."

"Tell us about his sister." Sunggyu entered the discussion, coming closer to Woohyun and putting a hand on his waist so he got to see the paper as well. Woohyun's breath stopped for a little at Sunggyu's bold action. They were in the police station, dammit! But he still didn't dare to move, instead he tried to ignore Sunggyu's proximity. Joonhyuk didn't seem to notice anything and continued with his answer.

"His sister is 26, 2 years older than him. She lives in Busan as well. She works at a little shop." Woohyun looked closer at the picture of his sister. She looked familiar somehow but he couldn't remember where he saw her exactly. He then felt a hand dragging him and looked up.

"Let's go. I know exactly where we can find her." Sunggyu said when he felt that Woohyun was not moving and saw the confused look on his face. Woohyun started moving but Sunggyu never let go of his wrist. Woohyun was glad Sunggyu didn't take his hand instead, in the eyes of the others to see, but he was also curious about how Sunggyu's hand would feel in his.

"Where are we going?" Woohyun finally asked as they exited the police station.

"Didn't you recognize her?" Sunggyu asked surprised as he opened the car door and entered.

"Her face did seem familiar to me but I don't really know who she is." Woohyun answered after entering the car as well."So where are we going?" Woohyun continued starting the car engine.

"The magic shop." Sunggyu simply said and then Woohyun finally realised who the girl was. It was the one working at the magic shop.  Somehow they arrived back to where they began. Sunggyu could see on Woohyun's face that a lightbulb lighted in his head, but Woohyun didn't say anything else.

Woohyun stopped at the red signal of the traffic lights and remained still being lost in his thoughts. Sunggyu was looking for some time at Woohyun and saw he was far away into his thoughts. He then looked down and his hand was still on the shifter. Sunggyu remembered how much he wanted earlier to take Woohyun's hand in his but couldn't. He gently took Woohyun's hand from the shifter and rested it down together with his hand and intertwining their fingers. This action made Woohyun come back from his thoughts and looked at Sunggyy.

"Don't think too much. Everything will be alright. We will solve it together. I believe in us." Sunggyu said and smiled sweetly at Woohyun. The fact that their hands were together as well as Sunggyu's try to comfort him made his heart flutter with warmth. He returned a beautiful smile to Sunggyu as well and turned his attention to the road as it was already a green light.

"This is the second time we come here and we got lost. Is this a thing? To get lost anywhere we go?" Sunggyu said laughing. If it was another time, Sunggyu would have got irritated by their inability to find that damn shop, but he was in a good mood today and the most appropiate thing to do in this situation was to laugh.

"I swear these streets are evil. Or maybe the shop is hidden through a spell and you have to go round the neighborhood a number of times to find it." Woohyun said with a serious face. This made Sunggyu laugh even harder. Woohyun was being ridiculous. It was then that Sunggyu recognized one of the buildings.

"Come on. I think I found it." he said to Woohyun as he turned right at the corner of the said building.

"Here it is!" Woohyun exclaimed. If someone saw them, they would have never thought these two were professional detectives by the way they were acting, thought Sunggyu.

The two entered the magic shop and after looking around for about half a minute they realised nobody was there.

"Hello? Is anybody here?" Woohyun asked loudly so if there was anybody at the back of the shop, he or she would hear him. It took another minute before the girl they were looking for came from the back of the shop.

"Detectives. I am sorry but Madam is not here. She's-“

“Oh, we aren’t looking for her.” Sunggyu interrupted her. ”We are here to talk to you.”

“Me?” She looked surprised at the two detectives. “Why would you be interested in me?” She laughed. It seemed somehow a nervous laugh to Sunggyu. This made him more interested in the girl. He could smell something fishy was happening around her. He just knew.  He could have said something but he just wanted to study her, to make her nervous by keeping silent for a while. He wanted her to talk first and maybe break through those nervous words.

“You have a brother. Lee Changhee. Would you mind if we talked about him first?” Woohyun entered the discussion, oblivious to Sunggyu’s internal thoughts about the girl. Sunggyu rolled his eyes. He forgot he also had the smartest detective with him, but he couldn’t blame him, he didn’t know his plan.

“My brother? “ She looked confused at them.

“Yes, Mr. Lee Changhee.”

“I don’t really talk with him. I didn’t see him in a long time.” She said shifting uncomfortable from a foot to the other. Sunggyu didn’t really believe her.

“I don’t really believe that.” Sunggyu said and he saw her somehow surprised. They hit the jackpot for sure. This girl had something to hide.

“What?”

“Two detectives come and ask you about your brother and as you say you didn’t see him in a long time, shouldn’t you ask us first if he is alright?” Sunggyu asked. “I don’t know your relationship, but isn’t this what a big sister should say?” The girl remained silent, trying to find the right words.

“You’re right detective.” She spoke, now evidently calmer. “Is he alright?”

“I think you know better.” Sunggyu continued. Woohyun was there silent, captivated by Sunggyu’s natural talent. He really was made to be a detective; his respo
