Drinks

They were travelling along on the tram, looking at the animals. Gui Gui sat opposite of Aaron, as they passed the monkeys.

“Hebe, sometimes people may look kind but inside they are evil like…” said Aaron as he looks at Gui Gui.

As they passed the bears

“Wang zi, bears are like people, they think they are strong and handsome when they are not” said Gui Gui, looking at Aaron.

Aaron stared at Gui Gui, Wang zi and Hebe looked at each other awkwardly.

“Anyways, Gui Gui what do you want for dinner?” asked Wang zi.

“What do you mean dinner?” asked Aaron.

“Oh yeh, I forgot to tell you, me and Wang zi live together” said Gui Gui.

Aaron was shocked.

“Gui Gui lives with me because my mum” said Wang zi.

“You never told me” said Aaron, still shocked.

“You never asked and you don’t need to care” said Gui Gui.

“Ah…let’s go walking” said Hebe, trying to break the fight.

Throughout the whole trip, Aaron ignored Gui Gui and he puts his hand on Hebe’s shoulder. Gui Gui clanged her arms into Wang zi’s arm. As she sees a house, it reminds her of the haunted house at the amusement park.

Few days later at Wang zi house:

“Aaron is coming for dinner tonight” said Wang zi.

“What! Why is he coming?” asked Gui Gui.

“My mum told him, plus he is our friend” said Wang zi.

Gui Gui frowned. “I am going to the balcony to get some fresh air”.

Gui Gui went to the balcony and stretched her arms. She saw Hebe’s car, she remembered Aaron’s car’s car is being repaired. Aaron and Hebe got out of the car.

“Thanks” said Aaron, about to knock on Wang zi’s door.

“Aaron” shouted Hebe, walking towards him.

Aaron turned to face Hebe.

“You forgot a good bye kiss” said Hebe as she kissed him on the cheek.

“Aaron” said Wang zi’s mum, smiling, coming out of the house.

“Aunty” said Aaron.

“Hello aunty” greeted Hebe, politely.

“Ah, pretty, want come for dinner?” asked Wang zi’s mum
(Sarah)

“Really? Thanks” said Hebe.

Gui Gui saw everything, somehow she felt her heart turned sour and jealously flows in her body.

“Gui Gui, there is no more drinks, let’s go buy some drinks” said Wang zi.

“Sure” said Gui Gui and followed Wang zi.

Aaron and Hebe enters the house when Gui Gui and Wang zi was going out. Aaron looked at Gui Gui, Gui Gui looked at Aaron but because their eyes met, she looked away quickly.

“We are buying drinks” said Wang zi. “Let’s go Gui Gui”.

“Yeh” said Gui Gui then she walked past Aaron

Arrived at 7-11:

“What do you think Aaron and Hebe like to drink?” asked Wang zi.

“Don’t know” said Gui Gui.

“How about Fanta?” said Wang zi.

“Yeh” said Gui Gui, looking for her drink.

“What’s your favourite drink?” asked Wang zi.

“Lemonade, you?” asked Gui Gui.

“Same, Hahas” laughed Wang zi.

Gui Gui laughed along. After they paid, they went out of the shop.

“Wait here” said Wang zi and ran back in the shop.
Gui Gui stood there holding the bag of drinks when an ice cream appeared in front of her face. She turned to se who was holding it.

“Wang zi?” said Gui Gui, surprised.

“I heard when people are sad, ice creams make them better, and here you go” said Wang zi.

“Do I look sad? Anyways thanks” said Gui Gui, eating the ice cream.

All of a sudden, Wang zi laid his hand on Gui Gui’s face.

“Will you give me a chance? I promise I won’t make you sad or cry, please give me a chance” said Wang zi.

“… Wang zi, this is so sudden, give me some time” said Gui Gui.

“Ok” said Wang zi as he removes his hand.

“Let’s go” said Gui Gui, trying to act everything is ok.

Aaron and Hebe was sitting at the dinner table, waiting for Wang zi and Gui Gui. Wang zi and Gui Gui arrived home, laughing together. Aaron’s expression changed from excited to a frown. Gui Gui caught Aaron’s eyes and stopped laughing. She sat opposite of Hebe and started eating.

“Where’s mum?” asked Wang zi.

“She went to a friend house” answered Aaron.

“Ok” said Wang zi.

Gui Gui looked at Aaron frequently once Aaron looked at
her and their eyes met. Gui Gui quickly looked away and just kept eating.

“How did you guys know I like drinking Fanta?” asked Hebe.

“We guessed because Aaron likes drinking Fanta” said Wang zi

“Yeh, I love drinking Fanta” said Hebe.

“You and Aaron match, you both like drinking Fanta” said Wang zi.

“Wang zi and me like drinking lemonade” said Gui Gui, looking at Aaron.

“I like drinking Fanta but I like lemonade more” said Aaron.

“Really? You tole me that you like Fanta” said Wang zi.

“Sometimes, things can change” said Aaron.

“Also sometimes people can lie” said Gui Gui, holding
Aaron’s Fanta (can). Aaron looked at her.

“If you don’t love Fanta, how come you finished it so fast?” continued Gui Gui, shaking the Fanta (can).

“I… was thirsty” said Aaron, stuttering.

“As if” said Gui Gui.

“Wang zi and Hebe was confused.

“How’s your mum?” asked Aaron to Gui Gui.
Gui Gui glared at him. “None of your business!!!”

“Chill” said Aaron.

“My second wish is you stop minding my business” said Gui Gui and stood up and left.

“Aaron, look what you did” said Wang zi.

“What? I didn’t do anything” said Aaron.

“What second wish?” asked Hebe.

“This game” said Aaron

Wang zi went upstairs to see Gui Gui who fell asleep on the desk with her arm supporting her head. Wang zi took off his jacket and placed it on Gui Gui in case she catch a cold. Wang zi kissed Gui Gui on the cheek and went back to his room. Aaron and Hebe left already.

The nest day:

“We are graduating in 2 more days” said Wang zi.

“Yay!” shouted Gui Gui, smiling happily.

“Hahahas, I am performing on the graduation party” said Wang zi.

“Really? I can finally hear your singing” said Gui Gui, excited.

“Have you finish thinking?” asked Wang zi.

“Thinking?...give me more time” said Gui Gui.

“Okay” said Wang zi, disappointed.

“How should we celebrate it?” asked Gui Gui, smiling.

“Um…disco party” said Wang zi.

“Cool! I should tell Aaron” said Gui Gui.

“You can go, I have to organise it” said Wang zi, packing things up.

“Ok, cya” said Gui Gui and left to look for Aaron.
