The next day, Chanyeol was nowhere to be found.

“I kissed him yesterday.” Baekhyun buried his face in his palms.

“You did what?!” Kyungsoo’s eyes widen.

“Wah, that’s some bravery there.” Jeonghan laughed.

“I was drunk. I wasn’t thinking right.”

“Drunk? How?” Jongin raised an eyebrow.

“Some dude offered me a drink when I whined about being thirsty. I was really thirsty so I didn’t want to choose anymore.”

“Are you serious?”

“Do I look like I’m joking?” Baekhyun glared.

Baekhyun’s phone rang and the owner looked at it in horror.

Chanyeol was the caller ID.

“I-It’s Chanyeol!”

“What are you waiting for?! Answer it!” Kyungsoo sat next to Baekhyun.

“Hello?”

“Baekhyun, does your head hurt?”

“Not anymore. Where are you?”

“I’m at the nearby park.”

“Where did you sleep last night?”

“I went to umma and appa. I wanted to go see them.”

“Oh.”

“Can we talk?”

“Sure. Should I go there?”

“Yeah.”

Baekhyun ended the call as everyone looked at him curiously.

Baekhyun’s eyes widen.

“We’re best friends and… and I just want to know if you have feelings for me.” Chanyeol bit his lip.

“I do.” Baekhyun looked down.

Now it was Chanyeol’s turn to widen his eyes.
