"I will miss you, Tae." Tiffany wrapped her arms around the girl's neck before placing a lingering kiss on the lips.
The genuine sadness in Tiffany's voice made her giggle. Pulling their bodies as close as she could, she pressed her lips on the girl's cheek. "Awww, it's not like we're not going to see each other for years?" Letting the girl snuggle up to her, Taeyeon patted her back gently.
"But still. I don't wanna go."
"But you already agreed?"
"I know. And it feels like I'm cheating on you." Tiffany tighten her hold as she sighed dejectedly.
"What?" Taeyeon chuckled at the cute whimper. "We both know that you're not. You're just going because you wanted your friends to stop bothering you, remember?" She pried the arms away and placed them around her waist. "Besides, I don't mind."
"I know you don't."
"It's going to be okay. You already know what to do after the date." Taeyeon pulled back to look at Tiffany's cute pleading eyes. "Right?"
"Yes." Tiffany nodded. "Turn them down. Say that I'm not looking for a relationship as of the moment."
"Right." Taeyeon nodded in return. "Now there you go! Everything is set! You just have to go out there and meet your friend." She grinned cheekily that made Tiffany smile.
"Alright."
"I guess we should get going now. I still have to meet my friend for lunch."

"Hi Yoong. Sorry I'm late." Tiffany smiled apologetically after taking a seat next to Yoona.
"It's alright Unnie. My friend just texted me that they're running late." Yoona waved her hand dismissively before passing the menu. "Why don't you choose something to eat while waiting for them?"
Tiffany gladly took the menu and started reading. "What are you having?"
"Cheese burger." Yoona answered with a wide grin.
"Right. Why did I even ask?" Tiffany shook her head and proceeded to scan the list.
"Oh, they're here." Yoona patted her shoulder and waved at the people who just entered the restaurant.
Tiffany was utterly shocked upon seeing the people at the entrance. She could recognize that petite girl even from afar. There's no doubt that it was her girlfriend of six weeks now. When Taeyeon and her very tall friend approached their table, Tiffany was more than willing to stand up and introduce herself but stopped before she did something embarrassing.
"Is this what I think it is?" Taeyeon turned to her friend with accusing eyes.
"Depends on what you're thinking." Sooyoung shrugged nonchalantly before turning to Tiffany. "Hi, I'm Sooyoung."
"Hi, I'm Tiffany." Tiffany shook the hand absentmindedly.
"And this is my friend, Taeyeon." Sooyoung nudged the other girl. "She's actually your date for today."
"Her what?!" Taeyeon wasn't able to hold back her reaction.
"Yeah, yeah. You don't do blind date stuff but you've been single for too long that I'm starting to get worried." Sooyoung answered while clutching her chest dramatically. "Besides, Tiffany seems to be your type. Right?" She gave her friend a knowing look and took a seat.
Taeyeon inadvertently blushed and looked at the other two warily before taking her seat as well. "Hello, I'm Taeyeon." She looked at Yoona then to Tiffany. "I'm sorry we're late."
"It's okay, Unnie. Tiffany unnie was just as late anyway." Yoona shrugged nonchalantly as she passed the other menu. "I'm Yoona, by the way."
"What are you guys having?" Sooyoung asked as she scanned through the list.
"Their pizza is really great." Taeyeon turned to Tiffany with a smile and almost smacked her head for being too forward.
"Oooohhh, someone really likes you, Tiffany." Sooyoung teased, chuckling at the two blushing girls.
After a few more teasing, they called for the waiter and ordered their food.
"So, tell us something about yourself, Tiffany." Sooyoung turned to Tiffany after placing their orders.
"Um... I'm currently taking interior design. I also have this blog about food, travel, lifestyle, basically anything that I'm interested in."
"Oh, that sounds interesting! What's the name of your blog?" Sooyoung asked with interest.
"It's thepinkwanders." Tiffany answered, her pink cheeks evident. "I still feel embarrassed about the name. I've had it since my senior year in high school."
"What? No way!" Sooyoung gasped dramatically. "I'm such a fan! I can't believe this!" Taeyeon let out a loud chuckle but immediately stopped when she glared at her.
"You are?"
"Of course! I've been following your blog since last year! Wow, what a pleasant surprise."
"Thank you." Tiffany smiled shyly.
There was a short pause after the conversation had died down. Sooyoung turned to Yoona and signaled to help her out.
"What about you, Taeyeon unnie?" Yoona quickly asked.
"Well, I live a very boring life. I have nothing much to say, to be honest. I'm also an interior design major, but in a different university. I pretty much just stay at home." Taeyeon glanced at Tiffany who was smiling at her.
"Wow! This is great! You two have something in common!" Yoona clapped her hands in glee.
"Well... I guess so." Taeyeon gave the girl a small smile.

The group had random conversations over lunch, trying to get to know each other. After the meal has ended, they decided to go to a nearby cafe to grab some desserts. As they walked to their destination, Sooyoung and Yoona deliberately walked ahead, leaving the other two on their own.
When Sooyoung and Yoona was quite a distance away, Tiffany hooked her finger on Taeyeon's, startling the girl.
"You scared me." Taeyeon chuckled at her own reaction. "Aren't you afraid they might catch us like this?" She raised her browns when Tiffany hugged her arm.
"Do I look like I care?" Tiffany turned to look at her with a huge smile.
"Okay, you don't." Taeyeon glanced at the girls ahead of them before leaning in for a quick kiss on her girlfriend's lips.
Tiffany giggled at the sneaky kiss before returning one of her own. "I can't wait to spend some time with you later."
"Why are you so clingy today?" Taeyeon asked with a chuckle, finding Tiffany's sudden clinginess adorable.
"I'm just happy that you're my blind date."
Taeyeon nodded then hummed in thought. "Should we tell them that we're actually together?"
"If you're willing to go through the interrogation, then sure."
"Ugh. Right. Then never mind."
Tiffany smiled at the girl's reaction and couldn't help but give her another kiss. "You're so cute."
"Thank you." Taeyeon grinned widely.

"So Tiffany." Sooyoung turned to the said girl. "Knowing my friend here." She nodded towards Taeyeon who was quietly eating her waffles. "It might take forever so I'm just gonna ask it myself."
"Um... okay...?" Tiffany nodded in confusion.
"Seeing how she's into you... Ow! Hey! I'm trying to help you here!" Sooyoung yelped when her arm was pinch. "Do you think the attraction is mutual?" She turned back to Tiffany after slapping Taeyeon's arm.
"I..." Tiffany took a quick glance at Taeyeon and couldn't help but smile at the girl's flustered look. "I think so... I mean. Yes, the attraction is mutual. Taeyeon is really pretty." She bit back her tongue after letting out too much.
"Oh my god! You hit the jackpot, Taeng!" Sooyoung shook her friend vigorously. "Thank god!" She shook Tiffany's hand this time. "Please take care of my dear friend. It's so hard to look for a girl who appreciates her these days."
"Hey, what does that even mean?!" Taeyeon slapped Sooyoung's shoulder after her friend had let out a dramatic sigh.
"Nothing." Sooyoung waved her friend off. "Okay, since our job here is done, I guess we'll get going now." She stood up and Yoona followed suit.
"Enjoy the rest of your date, Unnies." Yoona waved at the two with a wide smile.
Tiffany waited until the two was completely out of sight before reaching out to hold Taeyeon's hand on the table. "Tae?"
"Yeah?"
"You look so pretty today." Taeyeon couldn't help but snicker that got her a light slap on the hand in return. "I'm serious."
"I know."
"Then don't laugh." Tiffany crinkled her nose in disapproval.
"I'm not." Taeyeon lifted her hand to kiss Tiffany's palm. "You look very beautiful too."
"Thank you." Tiffany looked down, feeling embarrassed at how Taeyeon was staring at her with too much adoration.
"Wanna drop by at my place before I send you home?"
"Sure."

"So..." Taeyeon shifted on the couch to sit comfortably while pulling Tiffany closer. "How was your date today?" She asked with a grin while propping her chin on the girl's shoulder.
"Normal."
"Normal?" Taeyeon raised her eyebrows and craned her neck to look at Tiffany who was busy switching the channels.
"Yeah. My date was on the boring side." Tiffany bit back a smile as she saw her girlfriend frown a little from the corner of her eye.
"Boring?"
"Hm." Tiffany absently nodded and leaned back comfortably on her girlfriend's petite body. "Good thing she was really pretty." She chuckled when a kiss landed on her cheek.
"She is?"
"Yeah. Pretty, cute smile, petite. Totally my type." Tiffany shifted again to sit on Taeyeon's lap sideways, arms loosely wrapped around the girl's neck.
"So does this mean there's a chance for another date with this girl?" Taeyeon placed her hand on Tiffany's knee and absentmindedly caressed the smooth skin.
"I think so." Tiffany giggled when Taeyeon nuzzled against her neck. "But not too soon."
"Why not?"
"I don't wanna give an impression that I'm too eager to see her again."
"Hm." Taeyeon nodded in understanding. "Is that why you made me wait for a week before you finally called?" She asked after a moment of silence.
"Yes."
"You just wanted to torture me."
"That's also true."
"Do you always do that to everyone?" Taeyeon furrowed her brows in confusion when Tiffany giggled and gave her a sweet kiss on the lips.
"Yes, but I actually wait for about 2 weeks. So..." Tiffany traced the girl's lips before giving it a light tap. "I kinda bent the rules for you. You don't know how agonizing it was to wait for a week."
"Wow, I guess I'm so lucky then." Taeyeon let out a hearty laugh at Tiffany's confession.
"You're lucky that you're totally my type." Tiffany playfully hit her girlfriend's arm. "But physical attraction aside, I really like that you're so sweet and nice."
Taeyeon slowly closed her eyes when Tiffany leaned in for a kiss. She held the girl gently in her arms and savor the moment. "Thank you." She mumbled in between the kiss.
"I really want us to last for a long time, Tae." Tiffany whispered before pulling back.
"I want that too." Taeyeon tucked the loose strands of hair behind Tiffany's ear. "I love you." She said nervously. For a moment, she thought that it was way too soon but upon seeing Tiffany's pink cheeks and bright smile, everything was washed away with relief.
"You really mean that?" Tiffany scooted closer and held the girl's cheeks.
"I do." Taeyeon nodded firmly. "I really love you."
"Oh, Tae..." Tiffany stared at her girlfriend dreamily before kissing her passionately this time. "I love you too."

A/N: Well... this has been in the dumps for too long and I really wanted to post (aka get rid of it) this though the ending was a bit meh. LOL anyway!! Whatever!!! Here's something light and blah blah blah. I got this idea from a prompt in tumblr (will search for the source again lol) 2 years ago and only started working on it early this year...? Okay, unnecessary info aside, have a great week ahead everyone! :)
