Dear Jeongmin, 
        This past month has been a blur of confusion and feelings of being lost, and being without you has worsened the pain. I know that you have been busy, but you’re still the one I want to reach out to when things are hard. I asked you how to revive the motivation I had lost in the aforementioned blur, and you simply told me your method: always take pride in your work, knowing that what you produced was the best quality that it could have been. 
This advice has been what carried me through this past week, as there has been so much to get done, and for that I am grateful. I was complimented  for my “excelling” efficiency and communication by my supervisor, who claimed that I had outdone all of my colleagues. 
I couldn’t have done it without you, so thank you.
