I was in that dark room for probably forever, I almost went crazy, being tied and left in a dark room. Who wouldn't go insane? I kept thinking about my whole life, the mafia are not people to mess with. They will do anything, I might not come out alive from this place. I wouldn’t have anyone waiting for me or being depressed over the fact that I died, if I did. But that didn't mean that I wanted to die, I needed to live. There are so many things that I want to do before I die.

The door was opened and I lifted my head, but the darkness was covering the figure that had entered. Then suddenly the figure the lights, and I had instinctively closed my eyes. Seeing the light after hours of not seeing it made my vision ache. I slowly opened them, squinted for awhile before finally getting adjusted to the new light.
