I have always love the idea of true love when I was just a kid. You know, the typical fairy-tale happy ending, the prince charming will sweep you off your feet and marry you, and true love’s kiss will defeat all bad deeds. When I grew older, the idea still lingers but more complicated now. The typical Korean dramas, the bad guy will get the girl and the good guy will be just friends. Or if you are destined to be with each other, you will find your way back. Or even if you’re poor and he is rich, love will still blossom. And even if his family hates you, your relationship will still be strong. But all of that…? Are just bull. If the guy is bad at you he doesn’t like you, go for the good guy. Destiny? You’ll both get over your first love and find someone better. He’s rich? You’re poor? What don’t you get? He will never love you, so don’t get your hopes up. If the guy’s family doesn’t want you, leave and don’t fight for it. It will only make it worse.
