Jihoon woke up before Seungcheol did, as the older was, like said before, a deep sleeper. The boy called Soonyoung first thing, asking him

to bring the gift to his house and judging by the way the other talked slowly, it seems that Jihoon had woken him up.

"You mean right now?" Soonyoung said.

"Yes I mean right now." Jihoon said in a tone.

Then the call ended, and all he had to do was wait for Soonyoung and get the gift. It wasn't anything special, it was only a silver necklace,

no pendant. He was going to tell Seungcheol to put his ring there when his day comes but that might get the older devastated, so he just

dropped the idea of saying that.

He also made him a little letter of appreciation.

A while later, Soonyoung delivered the gift to Jihoon without waking the older up, before he left the house he told Jihoon to not go

downstairs and just wait in his room, and he'll just use the emergency key that no one uses but him.

Minutes after Soonyoung left Jihoon had already wrapped the gift with a bow on top. He decided to wake to older up by perrering him

with kisses but when the older only tried to hug Jihoon he just decided to shake him awake.

"Cheol-ah." Jihoon said laying on top of the older cheeks pressed on Seungcheol's chest. "Wake up."

"I am awake." Seungcheol said catching Jihoon's waist.

"Your eyes are closed."

Seungcheol opened his eyes immediately looking at Jihoon's.

"Happy Birthday." Jihoon said smiling and raising his head a little bit, which got the other smiling and hugging him tighter.

"Thank you, cutie." Seungcheol said leaning a little asking for a kiss which Jihoon happily contributed.

"Do you want to get up?" Jihoon asked

"Nah" Seungcheol said as Jihoon moved to his side of the bed, still hugging on to the older. "I'd rather cuddle with my cute boyfriend."

"I got you something." Jihoon said, waiting for the raven to let go so he can get his little gift.

"You always have something for me." Sitting up, following Jihoon with his eyes.

"Here, it's simple but." The smaller stopped. "It's something?"

"I like simple." Seungcheol smiled carefully unwrapping the gift. As he opened the box he took the necklace out, it was indeed simple but it

was far beyond precious. He let Jihoon put it on him, raining him with kisses and hugs. Jihoon laughes when Seungcheol kisses all over his

face, he was just so happy he got to meet him even if he'll...

Even if he doesn't have much time.

They ate in bed, they just stayed there till the day ended, they told each other different stories they haven't told the other yet, Jihoon told

Seungcheol his reaction when his doctor confirmed his condition and he swore Seungcheol was hiding his face on his neck as he continues

with his own history. Seungcheol never stopped hugging him and once in a while the older would kiss him here and there.

Seungcheol was also good at making you feel so loved, you'll just get overwhelmed. He felt as if it was his birthday at how much

Seungcheol pampered him.  

When night came he remembered his letter, getting it and showing it to Seungcheol.

"Do you want me to read it for you?" Jihoon asked holding the paper that had his handwriting in it.

The older just nodded, paying close attention to Jihoon's beautiful voice.

"Okay then." Jihoon said "Dear Choi-ssi" Jihoon laughed.

"First of, Happy Birthday. You'll probably be spending the day with me, I hope I can make you feel much more special than you already are.

I have never been good with words, never will be, but I'll try making this letter, just for you. I've always told you this but you look really cute

when you smile, and I always want you to laugh and be happy, You treat me really well. You take care of me and carry me around. I hope

that somehow I'll repay you, You hugged me and comforted me when we first met. We we're strangers then but you slept next to me and

made me feel safe. You keep saying that I'm your angel but really, you're closer to an angel than me. I'll love you always, and I'll make you

smile. I hope meeting you in my next life is possible. I hope I'll be healthy then so I'll be the one taking care of you. I really love you so much.

When Jihoon finished they were both teary eyed, specially Seungcheol whose instinct was to hug the smaller as soon as he folded the

paper back.

"I love you, Jihoon." Seungcheol said tightly holding on to the other "I love you so much, god, I really really do."

"I really love you too."

"You're always my angel, got that?" Cupping the others face. Jihoon nodded smiling at the birthday boy.

"Come here, and cuddle with me." Seungcheol hugged Jihoon so close the smaller was afraid they'd be merged into one person.

"God, I love you, you know that."

"You know I love you too."

They stayed like that until they fell asleep in each other's hold. The two really loved each other too much, but god know their love was right

but it came at the worst of times because what lies on was a rough trip.

"Mr.Lee, we have some good news for you." The doctor continued on "you're disease has miraculously burnt out and slowly your energy

will come back."

Jihoon was at shock, he was so surprised because just then he was feeling so weak, so heavy and now he can walk a few more steps

without getting attacks, he can walk freely. He opened his phone, dialing for Seungcheol.

"Hello? Jihoon?" The familiar voice answered.

"Babe, I went to the doctor with Soonyoung today. The doctor told me that my copd had burnt down a little and it's curable now, I can

undergo treatment and maybe months more I'll be okay. I'm not going to die Seungcheol." Jihoon said smile sticked on his face

"Oh my god" Seungcheol shouted trough the phone "Jihoon!"

"Seungcheol!" Jihoon called back "I'll be okay now. I'll be okay."

"Jihoon." Seungcheol called again

"What?"

"Jihoon." Again

"Jihoon." And again

"Jihoon." Then again "Wake up, Jihoon."

"Jihoon, babe, wake up." He heard again then when he blinked he wasn't at the hospital. He was at home and Seungcheol was right

above him, shaking him.

"What?" Jihoon said.

Seungcheol released a relieved sigh. "Jihoon, don't worry me again."

The older hugged Jihoon, then a kiss on the cheek but Jihoon was still dazed. He dreamt it all, all of it. He wasn't getting better. He didn't

go to the Hospital with Soonyoung, he was asleep. Seungcheol had prepared breakfast for him but all he did was breakdown, his tears

welled up from frustration.

"Jihoon, baby, what's wrong? Did I shake you too much? Are you okay?" Seungcheol asked his tone raising because of panic

"No, no, It was my dream, Seungcheol"

"What did you dream of?"

The hazel head halted a little.

"I was okay, I dreamt that I got better, I told you then and you we're happy, but it was a dream." He cried covering his face.

"Oh Jihoonie, come here." Seungcheol said hugging the crying boy firmly."I'm here, I'm here."

Seungcheol comforted him till he was breathing normally, he fed the weak boy and made sure he doen't go straight back to sleep after

eating. Seungcheol talked to him more when almost an hour passed he let the boy sleep again.

He comforted Jihoon till he was okay till he can smile at Seungcheol's jokes again, he kept Jihoon warm that night hoping that he won't

dream of anything again so it won't drain the boy more than he is now.

He just wanted to make Jihoon happy.

He kissed the top of Jihoon's head. He smiled at the resting boy, he hugged him tighter shutting reality for a while.
