Once Jungkook was discharged, each of the guys went on their separate ways, bidding the couple ‘see you guys later’ and ‘take care’.

Jungkook fell asleep on Taehyung’s lap at the back of Taehyung’s car on the way back home.

The driver pulled on the brakes when they arrived at their destination.

“Baby, wake up. We’re here.” Taehyung caressed Jungkook’s cheek trying to wake him up.

Jungkook stirred, fluttering his eyes open.

“Huh? Where?” Jungkook peered out the window of the car, confused.

A mansion?

“Uh, Tae. I think you went to the wrong address, have you forgotten where I live?” Jungkook looked at his lover weird.

“Uh, no. We’re in the right place.” Taehyung chuckled awkwardly.

“What? Whose house is this?” Jungkook asked still confused.

“Mine?” Taehyung didn’t sound so sure.

“What? I thought you lived in an apartment where we always went to before. Look, I know that you are rich and all, considering your luxury apartment and the chauffeur, but this? Don’t me right now, and I just got out from the hospital.” Jungkook looked at his boyfriend incredulously.

“Well, I’m not ting you. This is where I originally live, the apartment was when I attended college or just stayed there when I want some privacy and be alone, but I can’t live there now though. Uhhm, I know that I have a lot of explaining to do. But please, just bear with me.” Taehyung pleaded. Hoping that Jungkook would let this one slide.

“Okay, I believe you. But why did you take me here, not my house?” Jungkook was still contemplating.

Taehyung just sighed, “Look, Kookie. I promised that I would not leave you ever again right?”

Jungkook nodded, unsure.

“And this is part of it, Kookie. I need you to live with me in order to do that, and I can’t let you live alone there now.  It’s not safe if I visit you there, it’s just that I—“Taehyung was cut off when someone opened his side of the car’s door.
