Jonghyun had texted Joohyun to see what his favourite dongsaeng was up to and she replied that she and Yoona were free after lunch break and she’d meet him at her home since she had to finish a project for music history class.

“I will go home with you but I am mad at that… that…” Yoona her temper rose again and Joohyun quickly shoved an eggroll into to silence her.

Yoona was usually so calm and sweet but Jonghyun seemed to trigger her temper a lot.

Once they got home, Joohyun made some snacks.

Her parents just bought three crates with sweet potatoes so she and Yoona made sweet potato fries and candied sweet potatoes and for something salty they made vegetable dumplings.

“Why are you mad at oppa?” Joohyun questioned her best friend gently and got a dramatic huff as reply so she concluded it was safe to not question further.

When Jonghyun arrived, the girls just got the egg bread out of the oven and Joohyun opened the door, welcoming him hearty.

He gave her a warm hug and handed her a bag, “new reading nutrition for you”

She thanked him with a bright smile and took him to the living room.

“Flounder” Jonghyun greeted Yoona affectionately but she glared at him and he looked confused, she was often mad at him.

He handed her a book about pastries, “this is for you” 

“Gomawo” she sulked and nibbled on a fried goguma.

Joohyun sat down between them and looked exasperated from her sulky best friend to her confused oppa chingu and back, taking a decision at last by getting up.

 “Yoongie & oppa, if you two don’t clear things up, I will just leave for my room for the day”

“Well tell your beloved oppa to not fix his pants on stage!” 

Jonghyun dropped his head on the table, “Wae wae wae?! Each time that happens accidentally you are ready to start either a world war or a cold war…”

“Because I think of your poor omma! She taught you better!” 

Joohyun was close to the level of losing her composure and shake some sense into her friends so she left the room and went to the bathroom. There she locked herself and called Yonghwa for advice and sanity.

“Hyunni!” he spoke sweetly as he answered the phone.

“Oppa, there is war again…”

“When not?” He replied amused but quickly straightened when he saw her unamused expression.

He listened to her and gave her the advice to just ignore both.

Joohyun decided to retreat and leave the bickering friends.

“These snacks are nice” Jonghyun attempted t
