Hi!

I'm really sorry to say this, but I am discontinuing this story and also deactivating my AFF account. I have been unactive on AFF for a long time due to exams and assignments and have had no time for reading/writing fanfics. Although I'm still very into k-pop, I've lost my interest for reading fanfics. I also stopped listening to EXO, which this story is about. This lack of inspiration and enjoyment has left me with no motivation to continue this story. Honestly, when I first started this story, I didn't expect any subscribers, so I wasn't actually taking this story seriously. However, when you guys did subscribe, I was really thankful and felt that I had to update. I realised soon enough that I didn't enjoy writing as much as I thought I would. After contemplating for a few months, I decided to terminate my account. I will still be using it for the next 2 weeks to finish off some reviews that I need to write, but that's all. 

I'm really thankful to my subscribers *showers everyone with hearts*, and I'm sorry to deactive this story.

Hey guys, I'm this fic's new coauthor! The original author has done a great job and I can only hope to match up to it! So I'm asking for you guys to comment your opinions on how you want the story to continue here, so I get fresh ideas!
Do you guys want a complete revamp, or to add on to the original chapters, or to leave the original untouched and continue

Chapter 1: Yo, I'm writing a Mulan fic with Kris as the lead so I searched Mulan on AFF to see if there were any fics of the story, and literally the only one to pop is yours. So I just wanted to leave you a comment to let you know that even though I won't be posting my story for at least a month, I'm not trying to steal your idea. I even wanted to name it Hua Mulan that way it wasn't just one word, but you already did that too. I feel so awkward now lol. If you feel uncomfortable with my story being so similar to yours, I can change the lead from Kris to Tao and I planned to deviate from both the original ballad and the disney version quite a bit anyway, so I don't think mine would be too much like yours. I just don't want you to feel like you were plagiarized or anything~
