A/N: skinship alert!!!

Two days passed and honestly, to this new sub-unit, it felt like 2 weeks. They haven't talked online since that night (and they've seriously each fought with their minds real hard, thinking if they should text the other party first - but they didn't in the end).

"So we need to write our own song." Jaebum states the obvious out of awkwardness and absolute i-have-no-idea-how-to-start-this-conversation. Seulgi kindly nods in reply which literally prevented Jaebum from mentally slapping himself. Today they're at SM Entertainment, home to well... Red Velvet. The two sits together side-by-side in the work studio that the company assigned to Red Velvet, staring blankly at the computer.

"Oppa," Seulgi decides to get to work, "Have you heard of Ed Sheeran's song? There's this song that has lyrics that goes like: People fall in love in mysterious ways." Jaebum nods and Seulgi continues, "I think we can work on the idea of this mysterious connection." "Mhm," Jaebum nods, digesting what she said as he picks up a paper,"We have to try and implement these though." He holds up the paper and Seulgi moves a little closer to the right, towards him to see. It's a list of things that the companies want them to include in their songs... and they were very straightforward with their demands. The two read the contents quietly as their faces starts to turn red. There's something Seulgi does - imagine herself in romantic situations - oh this girl loves her dramas so much, but it didn't help imagining the things in the list. It only made her face redder and redder.

"Erm..." Jaebum's voice cracks a little, the only sound in the quiet studio. Trying to compose himself and be chic, he says, "Er so we have several points here and... I'll just read it out." And damn does he regret saying that he'll read it out. "Erm... We have to have deep lyrics. So I guess lyrics that really make people feel and relate? Erm then er..." Jaebum hesitates but continues anyway, "As it says here erm: "y lyrics that causes sparks". Er, yeah." Seulgi quietly nods, not looking at him at all. "Well erm let's get started!" Jaebum tries to sound enthusiastic and not-awkward, shoving the paper one side and using a little too much strength that it dropped to the floor. This made Seulgi lean across him in attempt to grab the paper out of simply instinct. Jaebum leans back in his chair awkwardly, to create more space between the two since Seulgi was literally leaning across his lap, her body nearly touching his thighs, and it was just... weird. Anyone who enters the studio right now would get the wrong idea. Her beautiful hair falls onto his lap and it tickles, making him tensed. He sees her trying to stretch to get the paper and her upper body touches his lap by accident and he just wants to scream and die there and then. "Erm... Seulgi-ah..." He starts to say, making the girl tilt her head upwards to face him. It took the girl a second or two to register how awkward their position was and she immediately shot back up, cheeks burning furiously. "I'll erm just get it." Jaebum says and quickly bends down to grab the paper, making an 'OHMYGAWD' face before sitting back up and placing the paper on the table and his phone on top of it to weigh it down.

Seulgi isn't talking again but simply staring at the computer screen, her cheeks blushing so hard it was kind of... adorable. So adorable he got curious if she can get any cuter. Out of nowhere, he spins her chair to face him and leans in, locking eyes with the surprised Seulgi. "Wh-what are you..." Seulgi mutters, leaning backwards in her chair, turning her face away. This only made him want to test her out even more. He didn't know what got into him. It's like adrenaline and she's just so so so adorable, so he thought, why not? He tilts his head and his lean closer, making the girl squirm in her seat. Everyone should know, Im Jaebum's prescence already kinda makes you squirm. His stare? Yes. Him leaning this close? Write me all the 'yes' in the world! Her heart was racing that at this rate, she could probably win over Usain Bolt or something. Their faces were close and Jaebum got a good look at her facial features. No makeup yet still gorgeous, it's Kang Seulgi everybody. Blood rushes through his entire body and he was suddenly very bold and daring. It was bizzare. It was so very bizzare. He rests one hand on her knee, curious to see her reaction when all of a sudden the girl turns her face to face him eye to eye. She tilts her face and looks at him, as if taunting him. Then she did that one action that turned tables around: She bit her lips in slow-motion. He stares at her, dumbfounded for a moment, before being daring all over again. He smirks at her, a gesture that he knows drives people crazy. But she doesn't even flinch. Instead, she also leans in a little, making them now so close that they could kiss any moment one of them closes in some more. That courage was so new that Jaebum reached for her waist, pulling her up to her feet while pushing the chair away violently, slamming her against the wall. Though a little shocked at first, Seulgi was also getting bold. She wraps her arms around his neck and pulls him closer. The sudden shoving caused her shirt to slant to a side a little and Jaebum caught a glimpse of her collarbone. He wondered how a collarbone can look so attractive while wrapping his arm around her waist. T
