At the age of 10, Chanyeol had his first dream.

At the age of 12, Chanyeol’s parents got seperated.

At the age of 15, Chanyeol got casted in SM Entertainment.

At the age of 19, Chanyeol debuted as a member of EXO.

At the age of 21, Chanyeol fell in love.

At the age of 22, Chanyeol dealt with depression.

At the age of 23, Chanyeol chased the girl of his dreams.

At the age of 24,  Chanyeol released a solo album.

At the age of 27, Chanyeol said “I’m truly very happy”

and meant it.

A/N: Originally I wanted to write a fanfiction for Chanyeol's upcoming 24th birthday on November 27th. I was contemplating what I wanted to write about as I haven't really been actively shipping him with anybody this past year, nor did have an idea about what the plot would be.

The previews of Chanyeol's collaboration stage with Heize gave me an idea. She's really cool and down to Earth and I like the idea of Chanyeol having female rapper friends, or female friends in general. Also another friend ( you know who you are ;) ) revived my Chanana feels within minutes so this fic will be Chanyeol ft. Heize & Nana. 

Regarding the Unpretty Rapstar performance, after watching the stage multiple times and having the song on loop, I can say I'm very proud of Chanyeol to have gone out of his comfort zone and tried actual hiphop in order to grow as an artist. Chanyeol is one heck of a talented man and has the drive and potential to succeed at things he wants to do. I am proud as his stan but very disappointed and unimpressed by the salty and hurtful comments attacking him as a rapper.

I can 100% understand if you don't like Chanyeol nor his rap but honestly, but why do ppl think it's appropriate to belittle someone to pieces. There's nothing wrong in expressing your opinion, but it becomes anti when it's just to mock him and degrade him completely. 

I feel bad when he gets hate (which happens too often now) because he's so talented. He sings, raps, composes and plays various instruments and if there's one thing I'm certain about, he adores music. When he gets oppurtunities like this to strive to become better, fans should be allowed to celebrate him getting exposure in different fields rather than fighting off and trying to ignore the sudden return of the jealous, anti-chanyeol squad. 

I hope Chanyeol ignores the negativity and continues doing what he does.
