Summary:

In the world of dusty roads, engines and two wheels, it’s easy to crash and burn. Jun seems to be going there with his motorcycle, and Jeonghan with his heart. Seungcheol is the witness.

Why I love it: 

It was a mixture of thrill and a sense of adventure that sent me into this fanfic, since it's a unique AU (for SVT, that is)  and this is quite a new pairing for me. I love Jun and Jeonghan separately and I never imagined them together but this story did it for me. The story in itself  is plot heavy, once I started reading it however, it doesn't feel that way. I caught myself anticipating and excited, like I was transported into the world of illegal racing and the vivid imagery of the whole chase.

The graphic descriptions may trigger something unwanted but that's one of the many charms of this story. It was easy going yet heavy loaded with both emotions and logic. It might be a little confusing given that there are some details that the story holds off until the latter chapters but once everything falls into place, the understanding is tantamount to the anticipation and part confusion that one could experience.

I'd say the story was emotionally and feels worthy of both tears and comfort. More on the tears but it is a beautful story to behold, the little things that makes Jun and Jeonghan's relationship dysfunctional at best, were endearing and heart tugging. The smallest details were the strongest points of the whole story because it is in its existence, that a connection between the characters and the reader develops.

Would I be able to see Jeonghan and Jun as members of SVT here? I'd say no because this is entirely a universe where these persons are given their own space to breathe and act, there's no goody two shoes Jeonghan or timid Jun here. The author had given us a complete overhaul of both Jeonghan and Jun in ways that we are still capable of imagining. Intricate and emotional at best.

Another charm was the mystery behind the cameos that the author used for the minor characters, except for maybe a few identifiable Seventeen members. I'll let you figure those characters on your own. As for my parting words, I'd say this is a good read, angsty and romantic packed into an intricate adventure of thrill and action, so give it a try!

Apologies for the long wait, it was a little hard to let go of Analeptik and it felt like the stories I read weren't enough to be lined with it (lol) but I overcame the hurdle. Thus I am back with another recommendation! I do hope that you give this fanfic a  read it, it's worth it!

I am also almost finished with the recs that some of you gave. Few of them would be making it into this list but I'm still writing the reviews so wait for a little more days/week(s). However, I am now, again almost empty of SVT fanfic, so if you'd be kind enough to recommend some more, then that would be fantastic!
