Summary:

Uneven splitting of lines is inevitable in a group as big as theirs. But for some reason, Jihoon never gives Soonyoung the lines that he wants.

Why I love it:

I'm not a big fan of this ship for a very simple reason: Jihoon is made for Seungcheol. But this story is in the middle of shipping Soonyoung and Jihoon or a budding bromance (friendship) so I guess it's okay, I'm okay. And no, I don't totally avoid SoonHoon, I just tend to read Jicheol more (#Explainer).

Anyways, the story was really good. I, having a thing with producer Woozi and his usually stoic and mean personality being so pronounced and focused on in this story made me melt in all the right places! The plot was really good and well sparked by inspiration because I can totally see this happening in real life. :)

And to be honest,  I really love how Soonyoung was portrayed and characterized in this fanfiction, how he was hardworking, how he'd be like upset, and how he'd be being comforted, which is totally Soonyoung in real life. I also love how things were so complicated and simple, both at the same time. I love how it ed into not overly dramatic confrontations to various other scenarios.

I'm in awe at how this is so simple and really good in a none feels way, just a really good read after all the other fanfics that I read that made me go through a lot of unknown and unexplainable happiness and sadness. And to add to that, it also wraps up rather nicely, vague and open ended, just like how I wanted (if I interpreted well).

Go read it for yourself! :3 Anyways, I really hope you're finding the recommendations to your liking.

Chapter 15: Hello friend I see you are in need of some fanfic recs yourself and I am here and willing to help a bro out.
Firstly, I'm mostly based on AO3 and tbh I find the quality difference from AO3 vs. AFF is... vast.
I also usually read WonHui (because they're my OTP can you blame me for being biased), JunHao, anything good tbh? But I'm very Junhui/chinaline biased so that'll probably reflect the fics I'm going to rec but I assure you it's all good , man. I don't really have a preference for AU tbh? Maybe uni/hs au I'm more into because it's relatable? But I pretty much read almost anything yikes.

Chapter 14: Duuude have you ever read pink prodigy? Oh my goodness, that is one of the best jicheol stories I've ever read on this site and trust me I've been here since they were only about 200 jicheol fics so I know most and man it is good. It's like reaaally slow burn though, it's like on it's twenty-something chapter and jicheol are barely starting to get on good terms but I swear it is so good. Everyone's personality and the way the author writes is amazing. It even has a gold star! So trust me on this ^-^ enjooooooy!
