“I want to change something!”

“Eh?” everyone blinked a few times as they stared at their lead vocalist. Flipping the fringe from his eyes, Jaejoong whirled around and looked at his bandmates and the manager.

“Change what?” their manager questioned as he crossed his arms over his chest.

“I want to perform Balloons,” the lead vocal answered with a straight face, “And I want to interact with the audience more.”

Manager-hyung rose a brow at this, “I suppose we could switch a song around, but what do you mean interact with the audience more?”

“The five of us,” he explained with a silly grin, “Pick a random girl from the audience while we perform Balloons, we give them a balloon and just let them have a little fun with us for a few minutes.”

“Isn't that a little unfair though?”

“I think it'd be fun,” Junsu piped in, “I love seeing their faces when they interact with us~ I'm in!”

“Same~” Changmin and Yoochun added while Yunho merely nodded in approval.

Mentally, Jaejoong was celebrating. He was glad that his bandmates approved of his idea and all he had to do was make it work out. Starting from the concert, he was going to prove to her that he wasn't a nor was he over rated.

Prior to the actual concert performance, he was still staring at Sarah, who was also staring back, but out of nowhere, she lifted her hand and jabbed her pointer finger to the middle of his forehead. That instantly broke him from his trance and he fell back on his rear end, startled.

“Do I have something on my face?” she questioned as she tilted her head to the side.

“O-oh, no...” he trailed as he awkwardly forced himself up and held out his hand for her to take. Sarah merely stared at it, but shrugged, grabbed it and pushed herself up. There was this small smile on her lips that Jaejoong practically melted at the spot when he saw it. And for some reason, he giggled and immediately Sarah flashed him a look.

“Right,” she muttered before she released his hand, “Thank you for treating me, but I think I should be going...”

“Y-yah!” he grabbed her hand again, “Y-you said that you lost your glow stick?”

She nodded, “Yeah, that brat stole it and my change. I was originally going to go buy a warm drink since they're not letting us inside yet.”

“Stay here, I'll be right back!”

And once again, he ran back inside. This time, it took him a tad bit longer than last time, but the moment he returned, he had a few things in his hands. A styroform cup with a lid and a small package.

“Eh?” she blinked as this stranger returned and stuck out the two items, “Bwoh? Oh, you didn't have to do this for me...”

“It's okay,” he reassured her with a grin, but she couldn't see it at the moment, “I don't want your concert experience to be a bad one... Or else you won't come back for another one.”

An astonished snort escaped from her as she timidly took both items from the stranger, “Wow, this really must be my lucky day then! Thanks a lot~ I'm really glad I met a really generous staff worker. You even got a glow stick for me.”

He merely chuckled, taking the package from her and opening it to reveal it was a glow stick necklace instead of the hand held ones that her friends originally had. With a smile, Jaejoong placed the necklace around her and took a step back.

“Just bend it until you hear a crack and it'll glow~” he instructed her with a wink, “But don't do it until the concert starts~”

“Ah, of course~” she laughed as she took a sip of the warm drink, “Oh, hot cocoa, thank you.”

“I wasn't sure if you were a coffee drinker, but I figured hot cocoa would be the next best thing for the weather we're having now.”

“Wow, you're good then... I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I love hot cocoa.”

Then there was this awkward silence between them right after Sarah finished speaking. He really had no idea what to say next, nor did Sarah, but she quietly occupied herself with the drink he gave her. It wasn't everyday a person would run into a generous individual and she kind of wondered if this was just some joke or something.

“Y-yah...” he called out to her, “Do you want to go sit down over there?”

Looking up from her drink, she then turned to the direction he was pointing at, which was a little planter, but out of public eye, “Okay.”

“So... Who's your favorite member?” he questioned her as the two of them sat down on a planter. Sarah merely looked at him for a moment before smiling.

“Ah... Xiah Junsu!” she answered with a fangirlish grin, "Honestly, he's so adorable! His aegyeo seriously makes me smile all the time and he can be super y at times~ Though, he's kinda dumb..."

Jaejoong couldn't help but snicker at this.

“But that what makes him even cuter!” she finished.

For some reason, he couldn't help but suddenly feel really jealous, “What do you think of Hero Jaejoong?”

“Hero Jaejoong?” she repeated as he nodded, “Over rated.”

He flinched, his eyes wide as he stared at her, “O-over rated?!”

“And a ,” she added offhandedly, not really looking at him, “Mmm... Yeah, I think I prefer Junsu over Jaejoong any day.”

Oh, how he wanted to just crumble and turn into dust at those words. Here he was, sitting next to the girl of his dreams and she turns around and calls him over rated and also a ?

Note to self: SLAUGHTER that damn fish!

“Jaejoong's my favorite,” he offhandedly told her.

“Yeah, you and the rest of the world,” she sighed and rolled her eyes, “Everybody loves him because he's so pretty. He gets too much hype if you ask me... Jaejoong this, Jaejoong that. Jaejoong's so hot! Jaejoong's so y! He's so manly! Oh my God, Jaejoong please be my future husband! Eh? Seriously? If a fan has a chance at marrying a hot shot like him, then I can make Rain be my personal slave. And I've seen a few clips of him getting all y with his band members... I've never seen a guy PMS like that. Well, anyway, that's all I ever hear, but now that I think about it, I suppose having him get all the attention will give me a slightly better chance with Junsu~”

With every negative thing she said about him, he could feel his entire body crumble into fine dust. And he quietly winced when she mentioned that if all the attention goes to him, she could have a better chance getting with Junsu. And the more she said about Junsu, the greener he got and he wasn't liking it one bit.

“Oh, sorry,” she awkwardly laughed when she noticed him sulking, “I'm saying all of this negative comments toward a Jaejoong fan... And you're probably thinking of a way to kill me or something. Sorry if I'm ruining the concert for you...”

“N-no, it's fine...” he told her as he waved his hand dismissively, “If he wasn't all hype and all, would you like him better?”

“I don't know,” she shrugged, “I mean, I don't completely hate the guy. He does have his nice moments and he could be funny too. And besides, I ship him with Yunho... But my friends don't know that.”

“Oh...” was all he could say before he looked at her and mentally frowned, “Lets get off that subject and tell me, do you have a favorite song?”

“One of my favorites is Balloons! But one of my friends who went to a previous concert told me that it wasn't part of the line up for this tour. I'm a bit bummed, but what can I do?”

Not unless I have something to do with it!

“I can probably request it for you~” he clapped his hands together and leaned toward her, “I'm sure they won't mind switching out a song for a dedicated fan.”

“I'm no one special,” she laughed as she lifted her hand and gently pushed him away from her, “But if they actually do perform Balloons, then I'll treat you to whatever you want.”

“Ah! Then we have to exchange numbers~” he smirked from behind his mask. Perfect! And what that, he eagerly whipped out his cellphone and went straight to his contacts, “If TVXQ performs Balloons in their song line up, then you owe me a dinner date.”

“You're on then!” she laughed as she pulled out her cheap cellphone and went straight for her contacts. Jaejoong happily entered his number while she added her number to his cellphone. Not long after, they switched phones and he immediately got up from his seat on the planter. Looking up, she watched as he turned around and noticed that the concert attendees were finally allowed inside, which cued to him that the concert was going to start super soon.

“Oh, looks like my break's over...” he scratched the back of his head and looked back at the girl, “Enjoy the concert! And by the way, hope you like sushi, because that's where we're going for the dinner date.”

Getting up from the planter, she merely watched as he quickly made his way back inside the concert hall, but waved at her before he slipped inside. Sarah could only blink as she looked down at her cellphone and stared at the name he put down. Instantly, she flinched and almost dropped her phone.

Young Woong?! You gotta be kidding me. He doesn't actually mean—Aish! No, it's probably his way to annoy me a bit because I was dissing his favorite DBSK member. Yeah... That has to be it. Besides... Why in the world would Hero Jaejoong be talking to me?

Sarah continued to stare at the contact on her cellphone. She had just recently caught up with her friends, who were busy trying to keep together since they were practically in a mosh pit of really chatty girls. The concert had really yet to start, but she was finally broken from her stare when she felt herself being shoved by a couple of girls. Out of instinct, she gasped loudly when she found her phone flying from her hands, but thankfully, Jae Min moved to the side and caught the phone before it landed on the floor. Alex started clapping, this silly smile on her face as she jumped up and kissed the taller male on his jaw.

“Thanks,” was all Sarah could say as Jae Min handed the cellphone back to her.

“Put it back in your pocket,” he instructed strictly as he pulled Alex away from some arguing fangirls, “... This area's so damn dangerous.”

Stuffing the cellphone in her pocket, Sarah found herself being shoved into Yun Mi, who stumbled into Kai. Turning around, Yun Mi glared at the girls behind Sarah before grumbling a string of colorful words and returning her attention back to Ha Na, who almost fell back because of some others in front of her.

“They'll probably stop once the show starts,” Kai spoke up as he evaded some other person's hand, which almost smacked him, “God damnit! ing fangirls!”

“Just a few more minutes!” Alex called out as she looked down at her watch, “Aish! This is ridiculous... The concerts back in the States weren't really THIS bad.”

“You think we'd get in trouble if we moved back?” Ha Na questioned, “We don't really have to worry too much and it seems that these people are trying to get closer to the stage.”

With a bit of pushing and shoving, the group of six managed to make their way toward the back corner of the middle pit. However, the stage had broke into two paths before connecting themselves again, which practically enclosed that entire area. So if any of the boys walked down either one of those paths, the group would most likely be squished to death by the other attendees.

“Thanks Kai, we're surrounded regardless,” Jae Min snorted as he leaned against the railing.

“Screw off Minnie-oppa,” came Kai retort, “Besides, your girlfriends did say they wanted a good view of their future husbands, so you should be thanking me.”

“Guys, don't fi—” Before Sarah could finish her sentence, the lights dimmed down and an echo of screaming erupted in the building. Instantly, the girls of the group stared straight ahead at the stage and they immediately went straight to screaming as well when the special intro started, which introduced the famous five.

The intro music was then interrupted and the first song of the concert began to play, which happened to be Wrong Number. Junsu was the first to appear, which Sarah screamed and began to jump up and down. Soon Yoochun appeared, singing his part and joining up with Junsu. Of course more girls screamed when he appeared, followed by Changmin and the backup dancers. The chorus began and the audience went into complete hysterics. From the middle of the stage, Yunho appeared, singing his part while his fans screamed loudly and right after his part, the crowd went ballistic as Jaejoong appeared, singing his verse.

At this part, Sarah stopped jumping up and down, but continued to smile as she watched Junsu with love struck eyes.

From the stage, Jaejoong had easily spotted her since she was the only person in the pit area with a red glow stick dangling from her neck. But it was completely impossible to see her face clearly, especially when he had to slide toward the back since it was part of the dance routine. The dimmed lights and seizure worthy lazer beams dancing all wildly with the song, which didn't help either. But he had to concentrate so he didn't mess up anything and ruin the performance.

The performance continued and it was time for him to rap, which allowed him to break away from the main stage and let him to whatever the hell he wanted for his part. Taking this tiny opportunity, he decided to take the narrow catwalk path closest to Sarah's general area as he rapped. He then stopped in front of her while he rapped, staring down at her for a moment and seductively winked before his rap ended and Yunho's rapping part began. The girls went wild, thinking that their Hero Jaejoong was winking at them and even Yun Mi went in complete hysterics since Jaejoong was her bias from the band.

But for that moment, Sarah had unintentionally followed Jaejoong as he walked down the catwalk path and she was partially wondering if he was staring directly at her. There was a tiny part of her praying to God that he was and when he winked, she couldn't help but blush profoundly and smile a bit. However, the moment his rap ended, he quickly turned around and walked back to the main stage while on the other catwalk path, Yunho appeared with a train of backup dancers. When she broke eye contact from Jaejoong, Yun Mi grabbed her shoulders and started to shake her.

“Oh my God, did you SEE that?!” she screamed, “Hero Jaejoong actually WINKED at our direction! Oh God! I hope we was looking at ME! Wouldn't that be AWESOME?! I think I can finally die HAPPY!”

“Yah! Yah! I'm getting dizzy!” Sarah shouted as she stopped the girl from shaking her to death, “Yeah, I saw that and he probably was.”

“Kyah!” she squealed as she hugged her hands to her chest, “I can officially die a VERY happy girl!”

Sarah couldn't help but just laugh as she returned her attention back to the stage. Yunho and the dancers already returned to the main stage and continued with the song. Soon, it came to the final part of the song where there were no vocals, just instrumentals and dancing. And with that, they ended the song with a bang and some extra fan service when they practically ripped off their tops and showed off some skin, which of course, rallied up the audience into complete hysterics.

There was a small break, which the boys took their time to properly introduce themselves, even though they flat out knew that their fans knew who they were. There was some small joking around before the boys went straight to their next song, MIROTIC.

As expected, the audience which consisted of screaming fangirls went wild.

An hour and a half went by and the Junsu had just finished his solo song, Xiahtic which Key from SHINee made a special appearance. Sarah, along with her friends were also screaming during Junsu's solo performance, mainly Sarah because he and Key had chose to walk down the catwalk path closest to her spot. She was practically within arm's length; however, the gap between her spot and the actual stage was too far for her to reach over and touch them. But she resisted all temptation to even attempt such a thing.

Once Junsu finished, he and Key immediately ran back to the main stage and disappeared to the side. The fans waited anxiously for something to happen next and as if their prayers were answered, the boys reappeared, dressed up in white and red winter themed attire and each boy held onto a red balloon in their hands. At this point, Sarah merely stared... Her heart beginning to beat rapidly as Yunho began to speak.

“First of all, I would like to thank you all for coming!” he quickly bowed and the fans screamed. With his famous smile, he stood up straight and waved at the audience before he continued speaking, “We're going to do a little something different for this performance. If you went to any of our previous showcases, you would know that we did something else, but just to jazz it up, we decided to do a little interaction with you and perform Balloons instead...”

Hearing this, Sarah's eyes had widen greatly and out of nowhere, her cellphone vibrated and she immediately grabbed the device and fipped it open.

- Young Woong

Snapping her phone shut, she then stuffed her back to her pocket and looked up at the stage. Her eyes immediately went straight for Jaejoong, who was just rocking himself back and forth while he looked over at Yunho. She flashed him a look as she pushed her lip to the side, but then returned her attention back to Yunho, who was still speaking. Right after his little speech, Changmin spoke up as he slung an arm over his shoulder and made a little comment about his public speaking skills while they made their way over to their positions. Of course the audience laughed and soon returned to screaming when the famous happy beat of Balloons began.

The chorus was the first thing that the boys sang while they did the special dance. However, Changmin broke off from the group while he sang and began to walk down the catwalk. Out of nowhere, he reached out toward Alexis, whose eyes went wide and she happily grabbed his hand and she was helped out to the main stage. The fans went wild for this and once the two reached the stage, Yoochun's part began and he went over to the side and picked out a lucky girl and brought her to the stage. Once Junsu's part began, he decided to take the catwalk as well, his eyes landing at Sarah's direction. The moment they locked eyes for a second, her heart began to beat rapidly; however instead of reaching for her, he took Yun Mi's hand instead, who was screaming happily and eagerly took his hand. She looked down at Sarah, her eyes twinkling before she was guided over to the stage.

Sarah's heart sank and she couldn't help but bite down on her lower lip. But she quickly wiped her eyes that were beginning to water and returned her attention to the stage. Alexis, Yun Mi and the girl Yoochun chose from the side of the stage were dancing along with the boys who picked them while Jaejoong did his small part and went for the chorus. However, Jaejoong had a longer part right after the chorus and he immediately ran for the catwalk and once again stood in front of Sarah. As he sang, he reached out for her, which caused the girl to blink rapidly. Awkwardly, she pointed at herself and Jaejoong nodded eagerly as he continued with his part and leaned over more. Timidly, Sarah took his hand and was helped up to the catwalk and taken to the main stage along with the other girls. Yunho decided to grab a girl from the side of the catwalk and brought her over to the stage. Once Yunho and his chosen girl returned to the stage, the guys continued to sing but somehow began to playfully dance with the girls.

For the rest of the song, the guys did a bunch of cute antics with the girls as they continued to sing. Sarah really couldn't believe it, the last guy she would thought she'd ever meet had chosen her out of the thousands of girls in this silly concert hall. And he was grinning like an idiot as he somewhat danced around her and out of nowhere, slung an arm around her shoulder when he had to hold out a note. Of course, she couldn't help but laugh out loud and awkwardly looked away.

Toward the end of the song, the boys quickly turned to their chosen girls and tied the red balloons to their left wrists and were given sharpies to sign the balloons with. The fans went crazy from this and soon, the song ended and everyone, along with the girls did the famous peace wave with the boys and the backup dancers.

“Ah, thank you for joining us~” Jaejoong was the first to say as he flashed Sarah a smile. Immediately, Sarah went red and covered her smile with her hand before looking away.

“Awww, hyung, look at what you did!” Changmin commented with a chuckle as he looked over at Alexis, “You're really good with the dance, you know that?”

“Thank you,” was all Alexis could say as she giggled uncontrollably, however no one could hear her since she didn't have a mic.

The joking continued for another few minutes and somehow they ended up giving Junsu another English lesson, many thanks to Yoochun. They also managed to drag Alexis and Sarah into this little lesson since they found out that both girls were very fluent in English.

“Yah! Your English is better than Micky's!” Junsu announced as he pointed from both Alexis and Sarah then back at Yoochun, “I'm surprised that this idiot knows Korean!”

There was a loud echo of laughter once Junsu made that comment and turned to Alexis, “Do you know how to say 'Deer' in English?”

“Deer...” Alexis answered without an accent when Junsu placed his microphone near her lips. Yoochun immediately looked away, while Junsu began jumping up and down while pointing at his hyung, who had his face hidden within his hands.

“Rudolph my hyung!”

More laughter erupted from not only the members, but also the audience as well. Changmin was continuously jabbing his hyung with his pointer finger while Yunho spoke up, “This coming from the idiot who only knows I want you and Who's that.”

“Micro!” Jaejoong randomly called out, wanting to be part of this little event.

“Chip!” Junsu echoed afterward, causing the audience to squeal with laughter. Of course the girls also laughed, especially Sarah and Alexis, who were suddenly given microphones from some staff workers.

“We wanna see how this works,” Changmin instructed as he looked at the two English speaking females, “Have a conversation with Micky in English.”

“Uhm...” Sarah awkwardly spoke through the microphone, “Hey Micky.”

“What's up?” he grinned at her and she couldn't help but laugh.

“Oh, nothing much here, how about you?” she answered.

“Same old, same old,” he replied as he turned over to Alexis, “How about you?”

“Oh you know,” Alexis laughed, “School, work... Life. All that good stuff.”

“Awesome...” he muttered lowly and immediately everyone started laughing.

“Oh my God, son! Boring!” Junsu piped in when an awkward silence filled the room, “Yeah, he's scary isn't he? I don't blame you if you find him really awkward...”

Immediately Yoochun walked up and shoved Junsu, causing everyone to laugh once more.

Of course the concert continued once the girls were escorted to the side of the stage, where they were asked to give the balloons back. They were bummed out since the boys had signed those balloons, but chose not to argue or say anything and were escorted back to their spots in the audience.

Another two hours of fun, games, fan service and music, it came to Jaejoong's solo, Forgotten Seasons. During this performance, the audience slowly waved their red glow sticks and swayed to the gentle but sad song. Sarah merely watched him, her hand grasping her glow stick necklace as she watched him walk around aimlessly while he sung. Although this wasn't really this first time she heard the song, she suddenly found tears forming in the corner of her eyes as he stopped in the middle of the stage and looked at his audience. Offhandedly, he looked at her general direction and Sarah immediately wiped her eyes before she looked away. He smiled gently and returned to walking around aimlessly while he sang.

“My God, Jaejoong really likes looking at us, doesn't he? And sometimes, I think he's actually singing to us,” Yun Mi commented as she looked at Sarah, “This has to be the best concert I've ever attended!”

“You're getting Kai jealous...” Sarah said, causing Yun Mi to squeak and look at her boyfriend, who was frowning.

Eventually it came to the final song, which was Picture of You/Afterglow. The boys had finished the final performance with a beautiful melody, which the audience waved their red glow sticks. Sarah decided to do the same thing this time; however, she wrapped the lace around her wrist and held the glow stick up. And with a final farewell, the boys thanked everyone for attending their showcase, bowed and left the stage.

It was almost 11:00pm by the time Alexis and Sarah made it back to their apartment. Jae Min decided to crash their apartment for the night, but Sarah forced him to sleep in the living room since she was sharing the only bedroom with Alexis.

“Go sleep at the couch with him, I don't care,” she frowned when Alexis started pouting, “If Minnie-oppa helps us, we'll get one of those fold out bed couch thingys.”

“Ah! Sweet!” Alexis giggled as she hurried out of the room and went to go lay down with her boyfriend in the living room.

“I'm leaving the door open! If I hear anything, I'm kicking him out!”

“Deh Eomma!” Alexis snorted.

Making a face, Sarah decided to not sign in on her Skype for the night, mainly because she was way too tired and wanted her sleep. However, she immediately whipped out her cellphone and decided to reply to Young Woong's text before going to bed.

Hearing his cellphone vibrate, Jaejoong immediately took out his cellphone and read the text that his so called soul mate returned to him.

You win. Just give me a date and time and I'll meet you at the restaurant.

Sarah eh? He smiled gently as he read over the name, This is going to be interesting...
