“Changjo , are you okay , honey ?”
“I’m fine , Omma .” Changjo slightly smiled to his mum before going up to his room .
Ms. Choi turned to face Mr. Choi .
“It must have been hard for him . Haejin and him have been best friends since young .” She sighed .
Mr. Choi nodded in agreement , “like nails and finger , they can never be apart .”
“Unless they were forced .” Mrs. Choi added .

Changjo straight away went to his mini study table to finish up what he have been doing for the past two weeks . He wanted to make something for you , as a memorable and probably , last gift . He wrote the last line as a tear streaked down his face , making a wet mark on the decorated paper . Without bothering to wipe his tears away , Changjo grabbed his jacket and went down .

“Where are you going ?” Mrs. Choi voiced out as she put away her apron .
“I need time alone .” Changjo simply answered , with his back facing her .

Not that he was angry at her or was he just plain rude , but he did not want his mother to see his tearing face . He did not want her to feel guilty for doing something that was best for him .

“Alright , take care . And don’t come home late . The flight is tomorrow morning !”
“Don’t worry , I’ll be back before 10 .”

With that , Changjo left . The fact that there was only a few more hours left before he leaves this country made more tears slid down from his eyes . He took a deep breath as he walked on the lonely path of the park where you and him used to hangout . That was also where you and him first met .

As he let the cool air dry up his tears , memories of you and him flashed past his mind . Eventually , even the air was not enough to dry his tears .

YOUR POV:

“Welcome Home !” All of us shouted as we jumped out of our hiding places .
Apparently , after Changjo Oppa left because he had to go for something important , which he refused to tell me even after thousand of pleads from me , the rest of Jeongmin Oppa’s friends came .

The mini party went smoothly , but it would had been better if Changjo Oppa was here .

“Hey , why the sad face ? Your Unnie is back , isn’t she ?”

I turned to see Jeongmin Oppa . I just shook my head and continued washing the dishes .

“Nothing , Oppa . Go and join the rest outside .”

He pat my head before heading to the living room . I sighed as Changjo Oppa came into my mind again .

Something is going on , and he’s not telling me . Why ?

NO ONE’S POV:

Jeongmin sat down on the couch , next to JiEun . The rest of his friends were scattered all over the floor . Youngmin was lying flat on the floor with his arms resting underneath his head , while Minwoo was lying on his stomach . Kwangmin was sitting on the floor , hugging his Pikachu pillow , together with Hyunseong . Donghyun was busy reading his book , instead of watching the movie . IU was nowhere near them though . She was in her room , trying to feel better from her sore throat .

“Something is going on with Haejin , talk to her .” Jeongmin whispered to JiEun .

JiEun faced him and blinked once before rushing into the kitchen . That’s how much she cared for you .
