I took a deep breath as I stood in front of my new school , Seoul Arts High School .

Well , I'm not as rich but I was transferred here because I was given a scholarship .

No , I'm not into dancing or singing . I'm good in piano .

And here I am , standing in front of a huge school .

I felt a hand on my shoulder .

I turned around to find Changjo oppa smiling at me .

"Nervous ?" 

"Hmm...a bit ." I smiled slightly .

Chnagjo oppa is my bestfriend from my old school , Cube High School .

It's not one of the best school but it's not one of the worst too . For me , it was a good school .

"Aren't you going to go in ?" 

I snapped out of my thoughts and beamed at him .

"I think I'm ready ." 

"Well , see you then . I'll pick you up after school . Just text me , alright ?" Changjo oppa pat my head and walked back while waving at me .

Did I tell you Changjo oppa is not going to be with me now ?

It was a hard decision for me actually . To transfer or to stay .

But Changjo oppa told me to try .

I turned to face the school and slowly walked in .

I was nervous and scared that all of them will look at me weirdly ,

but I was wrong . People started saying hi to me .

I slightly smiled and waved at them while I walked to the Principal's Office .

MINWOO POV:

"So who's your next target ?" Youngmin elbowed me .

"I don't know . The girls here are getting boring ." I folded my arms while walking down the hallway .

"AAAHHHH MINWOO OPPAAAA !" the girls started squealing .

Here comes my moment .

Suddenly , a bear soft toy was held in front of me .

"Oppa , this is for you ." a girl with silky long hair shyly looked down .

Oh , she's pretty . But oppa ? No .

"Sorry , I date older girls only . I don't deserve this bear , so give it to another guy ." I gently pushed back the toy and walked away .

"Dude , you made her cry ." Hyunseong said .

"You can take her if you want ." I shrugged .

"Just why do you like older girls so much ?" I turned to see Kwangmin scratching his head .

"Don't you like them too ?" I raised an eyebrow .

"I don't mind any actually . I like younger girls too ." 

I rolled my eyes and continue walking .

But something made me stop .

A girl walking out of the principal's office with a handful of papers .

I smirked . New girl I see .

Just then  , she bumped into someone and all the papers fell .

YOUR POV:

uggh , why must there be a lot of papers .

I struggled my way to my locker but unluckily , I bumped into someone .

There goes all my papers .

I bowed down and apologised at the person that I bumped into .

I looked up to see an adorable girl beaming at me .

"Annyeong ! Are you new ?" 

I nodded slowly .

"Well , I'm Ji Eun . But people call me IU ." She held out her hand .

I slowly reached out for her hand and bowed slightly .

"Annyeonghasaeyo , I'm Song Haejin ."

"Aww , you're so cute ! Come , let me help you with the papers ." She bent down and started picking up the papers .

I slightly smiled before bending down to pick up the papers .

"Thank you . Sorry to ask , but are you the same age as me ?" I scratched my head .

She shook her head , "I'm 2 years older than you !"

She's older than me ?! I thought she was younger .

"But...you look so young !" 

"I get that a lot ." She smiled .

We both stood up after picking up the papers .

I bowed down again , "Kamsahamnida ."

"Aigoo , it's okay . You're my friend now . I like you ! Now , show me your timetable ."

"F-friend ?"

I handed her my timetable .

"Yeah , friend ! Why , you don't want to be my friend ?" She pouted .

"N-no , I don't mean that . I meant , I'd love to be your friend ." I smiled brightly .

She beamed and hooked arms with me . 

"Then , let's go !"

We both skipped to my class and my heart felt good .

All my nervousness went away , I finally got a friend here .
