'Oh you're back' Taehyun says as Mino enters the waiting room. Seungyoon runs across to sniff Mino

'Mhm, how many this time?' Seungyoon asks

Mino shows a 1 sign with his hands

'That's alright then' Seungyoon returns to his seat

'Omo, Mino-ya, where is your jacket?' Mino's stylist asks with stern eyes

'...Nehh? I'm... I'm sure I didn't we..wear it out'

'What? Then where could it be? Miyoung-ahh, help me check that side' The stylist asks her fellow to search for it

'I thi..think I prefer this!' Mino grabs the outerwear left on the sofa

'That's mine though' Nam Tae says in a bored tone while playing his phone

'Ah... really?..'

Just then, Winner's manager enters the messy waiting room

'Oh gosh, can you boys at least try NOT to mess a public waiting room?' The manager grumbles as he places a pile of album on the table

'We will clean it up later, hyung' Seungyoon says as the leader

'You better --unless you don't want to perform on M Countdown anymore'

'Neh' The members nod their heads

'You boys still have quite some time before it's your turn to rehearse right?' The manager says while looking at the schedule

'Neh'

'Alright, go take some of your albums and give out to the other artists, I've given to the PD's and staffs'

The members listen to their manager and grabbed some albums

'Remember, 90 degree bow, respectful tone and always smile' The manager, whose named Jaewon, adds

'Neh!'

They read the paper pasted on the door

*Knock* *Knock*

'Nehhhh?' Shouts the girls from inside

'Oh Joohyun-unnie, you're back!' Seulgi says worriedly

'Oh...' Was all Irene can say

'Yah, what took you so long? You know how worried we were?' Wendy says this time

'Unnie, everything is alright, right?'

'...mhm!' Irene forces a smile before sitting on the couch

'Speaking of which, where you get that jacket?' Seulgi is the first to notice

'Omo!' The other 2 realises now

'Uh this? Uh... a fan gave it to me'

'Wahhh, this seems pricey though' Wendy runs her finger through the jacket

'You must be happy, Unnie!' Seulgi says enviously

'Ye..yeah'

Irene takes a deep breath

Irene's POV

'What's this smell?' Irene thinks

3rd Person's POV

'Did anyone smoke here?' Irene says while closing a nose

'Nope, why?' Joy says

Irene took a sniff on the jacket she received

'Oh my gosh' Irene says under her breath before removing the jacket instantly

*Knock* *Knock*

'Nehh?' Wendy shouts

'We are Winner' The boys say from outside

The girls gasp as soon as they heard the word Winner, they stood up and fixed their outfit before opening the door

'Guess who's back? We are, Winner! Please take care of us!' Seungyoon says as the other boys bow along side him

Red Velvet looks at Winner awkwardly

'We..we should do our greeting too, unnie' Wendy says

'Ri...right.... 2, 3 Happiness~! We are Red Velvet, please take care of us!' Red Velvet greets this time

The boys cannot help but have a big grin on their face

'We just made our debut 5 days ago and here is our signed debut album' Seungyoon takes 4 albums out from Taehyun's arms, whose holding a stack of them

'Omo omo kamsahamidaa' The Red Velvet members say one by one as they receive their album

Just then, Mino glances at Seulgi who happens to be glancing at him

Mino smiles at her, while Seulgi mouths

'Congratulations'

'You too' Mino mouths back

'What should we do... We don't have an album yet..'  Wendy says

'Kwenchanayo, we enjoyed the ''Happiness" MV' Taehyun says with a smile

'Next time, when we release an album, we will make sure that we will gift it to you!'

'Nehh!!'

Mino looks into the waiting room, and found his beloved jacket lying coldly on the couch. For some reason, Mino feels disappointed and mad, yet again, he realises that Irene has all the rights to wear or abandon the jacket whenever she wants

Back to present time

Mino: You still remember that incident?

Irene: Of course, how could I forget my savior? I was too busy that time to even thank you properly

Mino: Eiii, it's alright, if you're really thankful, wear my jacket everywhere you go kekeke~

Irene: Oh my gosh...

Mino: Huh?

Irene: About the jacket...

Mino: What about it?

Irene: I... gave it to a fan...

Mino: What??!

Irene: I didn't mean it! It was fall and I saw a fan freezing in the snow just to meet us.... and I happen to be wearing that jacket...

Mino: So you gave it to her?

Irene: Sorry....

Mino: Aigoo it's alright, Joohyun-ahh....

Irene: I feel so guilty about it :(

Mino: Nono it's really alright

Irene: Oh cham, what is your dorm's address?

Another few days past, and it is finally Christmas!!! Well, it isn't like it for Mino, though. Both YG and SM denied the relationship of their idols, yet they are still under fire, receiving negative comments day in and day out. But the positive thing Mino gained is that he gained a new friend, none other than Joohyun. Both of them have been chatting night and day despite of their busy daily lives (Not for Mino though, he's confined in the dorm). 

Mino learnt that despite of being the leader (Or rather because she is the leader), Irene has been more stressful ever since the scandal came out, yet she couldn't share her personal conflicts with her members, especially Seulgi, to avoid causing worries from her fellow members. Thus, Irene would share her personal problems with Mino, who would listen and try every way to cheer her up with his lame jokes. He is thankful though, that Irene is willing to open up in front of him

As for Irene, she learnt that Mino is willing to listen to her at any hour. Despite of his charismatic appearance, he was just a pabo on the inside. Thanks to Mino, Irene was able to push away all of her insecurities everytime she talked to him. She feels extra guilty though, Mino must be going through a tough time too, yet she is complaining to him like a baby. However, she is not the type that will share her insecurities and worries with anyone, she tends to go over everything and find a solution all by herself, Mino is an exception though

Just like stated above, it is 25th of December!! YG has given the boys a few days of break before the preparations for their upcoming tour around Korea-China-Japan. Seungyoon and Seunghoon decided to return to their hometown, which is Busan, the other 2 members left for their hometowns as well, leaving Mino home alone. His family went on a trip to Europe, so there was no point going back to an empty home

SM is not the type that will give long breaks, so Red Velvet has a special performance at M Countdown Christmas Special. Nevertheless, they got a 4 day break, so the members were not as fatigue as usual

'Yeah, I'm heading back to Daegu after today's performance' Irene texts Mino as she gets on the van

Hugeboy: How lucky you are

Joohyun: Yeah, I miss my mom so much :( How about you?

Hugeboy: Me? My parents and sister ditched me and left for Europe T.T

Joohyun: Aigoo my poor Minho :((

Hugeboy: The other boys also left for their respective hometowns, ugh I feel so lonely

Joohyun: It's alright! I'm here for you!!

Hugeboy: Helps a lot huh

Joohyun: Should I just ignore you for the day?

Hugeboy: Sorry sorry! Please stay with me T.T

Joohyun: I'm coming over

Hugeboy: What?

Joohyun: I'm going to your dorm

Hugeboy: What are you saying?

Just then, someone rang the doorbell

'It's just a coincidence, right...?' Mino thought before heading for the door, full of excitement

'Is Song Minho-sshi home?' A middle-aged man says with a parcel

'Ahhh ahjusshi!' Mino says rudely, earning a stern look

'Oh, sorry.. --Yes, I'm Song Minho'

'Here's a parcel' The postman hands Mino a parcel

'A parcel? I didn't order anything though'

'Must be a gift from your fan, a fan named Bae Joo Hyun-sshi' The postman then hands Mino an electrical device, Mino signs it before entering the dorm again

Mino's POV

'Ahhh, this must be what you meant, about coming to my dorm... I wished YOU were really here though'

3rd Person's POV

Without wasting anymore time, Mino rips the wrapper open. It turns out that "Joohyun" sent him a jacket, almost identical as the one he gave Irene. Under the jacket, there was a short handwritten note

'Mino-sshi--

'Even her words are as pretty as her' Mino says with a chuckle

Thank you for protecting me that day! Words cannot describe how thankful I was that day... If it isn't you, I don't even know what would have happened to me that day... It will surely be terrifying right? I sent this jacket to compensate your jacket that I gave away, I'm surely careless kekeke~ Ah right, one more.. Thank you for listening to my insecurities every single day! I'm grateful that I've met you and hopefully our friendship will last long!!

P.S: Seulgi is doing better these days!!

P.S.S: She doesn't know about our friendship yet!!

Mino lets out a small chuckle

'She is really cute hahAhaha' Mino now laughs like an idiot while hugging the new jacket

This is not a bad Christmas for Mino, after all
