This SooSica (gender bender) one-shot fan fiction was inspired from “Everyday Love” song lyrics from “Love & Peace”, GG’s 3rd Japanese album. I’m not sure whether the lyrics are suit with the storyline or not. You can sing along if you know the song, okay?.. LoL!

“Wow! No free time?”, Sooyoung asked while looking at the schedule which Jessica has arranged for him for the whole month.

“Then, what are you expecting me to do?”, she replied sarcastically while crossing her arms, looking rather annoyed.

“Aishh..”, Sooyoung got up from his seat and walked towards his girlfriend, hugging her from the back. “I’m sorry, baby. I don’t mean to doubt your work. But, can you handle it? I mean, with all the lunch meetings, and the seminars that I have to attend, I don’t really have much time to spend with you, you know”, he said.

They have became a couple for about six months, and being a CEO of the company, his schedule was really hectic and sometimes uncertain, especially when the company got to meet the deadline of some big projects that need to be completed soonest possible. It worried him much because he couldn’t spend much time with his girlfriend. Jessica the twirled around to face him. She pouted while staring at Sooyoung.

“Are you mad at me?”, he asked softly. Jessica shook her head.

“I’m in my thinking mode”, she replied, earning a chuckle from her boyfriend.

“What kind of thinking mode is that?”, he asked, still chuckling as he found it cute. He always having a thought that whenever Jessica is pouting, her action is so cute like a cute little kitten.

“Urghh.. You’re so annoying, Choi Sooyoung!”, she grunted, and walking towards the couch while stomping her feet. Sooyoung was dumbfounded.

“Oh, Lord! What did I do wrong this time?”, he looked on the ceiling as he silently exclaimed while scratching his head. He then dragging his heavy feet towards the couch where Jessica was sitting.

“Babe. Sica baby”, he called her. Jessica pretending not to hear as she sat still while crossing her arms. “Aishh.. Okay. “I will let you do your thinking first. Once you are done, let me know, okay?”, Sooyoung said as he scooted closer and pecked on her cheek before he got up from the couch. Jessica couldn’t help but to feel her heart flutter. Sooyoung always being a considerate one, and always thought about her feeling first. He’s indeed a wonderful person. He then walking back to his seat and resume his work. Once a while he will glanced at Jessica. Without he realized, the latter slowly fell asleep on the couch.

“Babe. Hey, wake up!”, Sooyoung tried to wake her up. Jessica startled after Sooyoung made several attempt to wake her up. She’s such a sleepyhead! LoL!

“S-sorry.. I fell asleep”, she said while yawning. Sooyoung just smiled, knowing that her ‘hobby’ well.

“Want to grab our lunch together?”, he asked. Jessica looked at him with a shocking face.

“It.. it’s afternoon already?”, she frantically asked. Sooyoung nodded while pointing his finger at the wall clock. It’s already 1:00 p.m. “Oh my God! I am.. I’m sorry, Soo. It wasn’t my intention to fall asleep..”, she mumbled while looking at the floor, feeling guilty. Sooyoung pulled her into his embrace, and hugged her.

“It’s okay, babe. No need to feel guilty. I’m not mad at you. Let’s grab our lunch, okay?”, he said and kissed on her forehead. Jessica felt overwhelmed with the way Sooyoung showed his affection towards her, and she felt so comfortable being in his arms. She wanted to stay like that forever, but she realized Sooyoung was a very important person in the company. She couldn’t own him by herself. By thinking of it suddenly makes her feel sad.

“Okay”, she replied with a sad tone. Sooyoung noticed the difference in her voice tone. He sighed softly and pulled off the hug. He cupped on Jessica’s face, and kissed her lips.

“Hey, are you okay?”, he asked her after they pulled off the kiss. He could see the sadness look in her eyes. He then sighed for the umpteenth time, and caressed her cheek gently.

“I know this is hard for us, babe. But, I really need you to understand me. I need your support to get through this busy world of mine. I don’t have any choice, my dad really depends on me. Pretty please?”, he said. Jessica sighed, and nodded with a faint smile.

“I’m sorry for being such a baby. I thought I could understand you after we knew each other for the past six months I have been working with you. I’m sorry, okay?”, she replied while holding Sooyoung’s hand which was on her cheek.

“Nah, it’s okay, babe. I’m glad I have you now. You can be my source of energy, my vitamin when I was down. By looking at your face every day in the office, it’s enough for me to encourage myself to work hard, you know”, Sooyoung said smilingly.

“Cheesy!”, she said while slapping his arm. Sooyoung couldn’t help but to chuckle. He too found his words himself were so cheesy. Jessica has turned him like that ever since they have become a couple. Sooyoung then released his hand from her cheek, and immediately got up from the couch. He extended his hand to her.

“Kaja!”, he said. Jessica grabbed his hand and got up. She was about to walk to the door when suddenly she stopped.

“Taeyeon will tag along as usual?”, she asked. Sooyoung who was busy looking for his car keys just shook his head.

“Ah, found it!”, he said and quickly took his car keys that was on the desk. “He told me this morning he will have a lunch with Tiffany. He went out earlier than us”, Sooyoung replied. He then took his cell phone, and walked towards Jessica. “Let’s go”, he said as he opened the door for her.

After having their lunch together at the restaurant in Seoul Hotel, Sooyoung decided not to going back to the office since he was free from any schedule in the afternoon. He was planning to bring Jessica to Yeouido Park for strolling since the weather was so nice on that day. It took about half an hour to arrive there from Seoul Hotel.

“We are here”, Sooyoung announced right after the car stopped a at the parking lot. He turned off the engine, and unbuckle the seatbelt before he did the same to his girlfriend.

“Are you sure it’s okay if we are skipping our work this afternoon?”, Jessica asked, feeling uneasy of skipping her work to spend her time with her “boss”.

“I’m the boss, I can do whatever I want though”, Sooyoung said while grinned. Jessica glared at him and slapping his arm. “Oww.. why did you hit me?”, he groaned. Jessica could become feisty sometimes.

“I’m asking you seriously, Mr. Choi Sooyoung. I don’t want to be fired by your father because of skipping my work today”, she replied rather annoyed. Sooyoung pouted while rubbing his sore arm. He then took his cell phone, and quickly touched on the WhatsApp application icon, and scrolled on the conversation between his father, Mr. Choi Senior and him. He showed his phone screen to Jessica.

“What the? Hotsootuff? Your ID?”, Jessica asked as she burst out laughing.

“Aishh.. Just shut up and read!”, Sooyoung replied with a straight tone.

You got no work to do?” ]

“Daddy_Choi as Chairman Choi? Wow, he’s soo cool, huh?”, Jessica said smilingly.

“Why my dad’s is cool while mine is not?”, Sooyoung replied in annoyed tone. Jessica just chuckled at his childish words.

“I don’t have any urgent work at the moment. I want to bring my girlfriend out with me” ]

“You what?”, Jessica’s eyes widened in surprise. Sooyoung grinned and gestured her to continue reading the text message.

“You mean, Jessica Jung? The one you told us during our dinner last time? Your PA?” ]

“Unbelievable”, Jessica mumbled in disbelief while still reading the text message. Sooyoung just smiled and took back his cell phone and closed the WhatsApp convo. He then got out of the car, and rushed to the passenger’s side to open the door for Jessica. She then got out of the car, and leaned her back on it while crossed her arms. She was staring at Sooyoung.

“Just believe me, babe. You have got nothing to worry about our relationship. I have already told my parents that I have falling in love with you and wanted you to be my girlfriend. They have no objection at all. Just bear with me, okay?”, Sooyoung said as he smiled sweetly to her. Jessica couldn’t help but to fall in love more with this tall young man. He’s indeed have the sweetest smile that instantly melt her heart. She could see the sincerity in his eyes that his love for her was so deep. She then walked closer to him and hugged him.

“Thank you, Soo. I love you”, she said while staring into Sooyoung’s eyes.

“I love you more, Sica baby”, Sooyoung replied, and leaned his face closer to her and kissed her lips. They shared their passionate kiss for good 30 seconds at the parking lot before they pulled off because of lacking of air to breathe. Glad that there weren't many people at that time.

“Let’s go”, he said while grabbed her hand and entwined their hands together. They were strolling through the walkways of the park which were surrounded by the beautiful cherry blossom trees.

“Babe?”, Sooyoung called her.

“Hmm..?”, Jessica replied.

“Can I ask you something?”, he asked.

“Sure you can. What is it?”, she replied while looking at Sooyoung.

“What are you thinking about us?”, he asked. Jessica furrowed her brows.

“About us?”, she repeated his question.

“Yeah”, Sooyoung replied. Jessica pouted as she was in a deep thought.

“Cute!”, Sooyoung thought.

“I honestly don’t know what to say about us. But what can I tell you is that, I want to see a hope in us”, she said.

“A hope?”, Sooyoung asked as he furrowed his brows.

“Yeah. A hope. A hope for the future. You’re a brilliant person, Soo. I’m sure you know what I mean, right?”, Jessica replied. Sooyoung was silent for a while, but then his lips slowly formed a smile.

“Yeah, I know, baby. Listen”, Sooyoung said as he stopped walking. “I want to tell you something, but, can we go over there? It’s more comfortable to talk while sitting rather than walking”, he said while pointing at the bench located near the riverbank.

“Okay, let’s go”, Jessica replied. Both of them then walked towards the bench, and immediately sat down. They sat closely to each other as the weather a bit cold. Sooyoung wrapped his arm around her shoulder, while Jessica put her arm around his waist.

“You know, I have been thinking about this ever since we have become a couple”, Sooyoung said.

“What is it?”, Jessica replied and leaned her head on his shoulder.

“I want to be serious with you. I want to be serious in our relationship. I want our relationship to have a closure. So..”, Sooyoung paused.

“So?”, Jessica replied, biting her lips in the process, anticipating on Sooyoung next words. She couldn’t help but to feel her heart beating fast.

“Let’s get engage”, he said.

At JeTi’s penthouse

“I know that smile”, Tiffany said as she sat on the couch next to Jessica. She startled and quickly retracting her hand and hide it below the small pillow that was on the lap. She continued to watch the TV and pretending like nothing happened. Tiffany looked at her, and shook her head in disbelief.

“What?”, Jessica said when she noticed Tiffany was staring at her.

“Sooyoung gave that ring to you, right?”, she just made her blind guess, but deep down she knew Jessica. She could be a serious person when she’s in a relationship with someone. So, she must have told Sooyoung that she was ready to give a full commitment to their relationship.

“I know you since we were in diapers, Jessie. You don’t have to hide anything from me. Besides, TaeTae told me that Sooyoung has really changed since he got involved with you”, Tiffany said. Jessica let out a sigh. She then slowly pulled her right hand that was under the pillow, and put it on top of the pillow. Tiffany quickly took a seat next to her and grabbed her hand to take a look at the ring.

“Wow, it must be expensive, huh?”, she said while admiring the white gold ring with a diamond. It’s simple yet beautiful.

“I don’t know whether it’s expensive or not though. He told me he bought this ring before we met. He always kept that ring with him. He said one day when he met the right person, and when the time is right, he wanted to give that ring for her as a symbol of his commitment. When he asked me yesterday about us, I told him the truth. I want us to have a future together. He said, “let’s engage”, and then bam! The ring is in my finger right now”, Jessica replied.

“Wow! He’s really a romantic guy, huh? You are so lucky, Jessie”, Tiffany said. Jessica smiled on her words.

“I guess I am, Tiff. You know, Sooyoung is a charming guy, and a busy person. I always felt insecure whenever I’m with him, thinking that, what if someday he forgot about me? You know he used to have flings, girls basically threw themselves to him. And, I’m sick of that Naeun always trying to get into his pants. I was afraid that, what if his love for me is just an infatuation, not more than that?. But, yesterday when he said he wanted to be serious with me, he proved me wrong. You just don’t know how grateful I am, Tiff. You know, it’s not easy to find a right guy nowadays. I really not after him because he has everything. I love Sooyoung because of who he is. You know what I mean, right?”, Jessica replied.

“Yes, Miss Jessica Jung. I know you well. So, congratulations on your engagement. Starting from right now, you don’t have to worry much as you two are belong to each other. Just treat him well, and take your time to know him better, to understand him more. Don’t always put him under pressure and always trust him no matter what. When he said he wanted to have a commitment with you, that means he trust you too. Be more supportive to him, arraso?”, Tiffany advised her.

“Yes, madame counselor!”, Jessica replied teasingly, earning a smack on her arm from the latter.

“Yah!”, she let out her infamous dolphin shriek, causing Tiffany quickly cupping her ears.

“Urghh! You and your dolphin shriek! I can be deaf someday, you know!”, Tiffany grunted annoyingly.

“Serves you right!”, she said as she stuck her tongue out at her. Tiffany playfully showed her fist and immediately moved to another couch. They continued chatting on random things while watching some random programs on TV.

The next morning

“Hey, baby!”, Sooyoung greeted her the moment he got out of the car. He walked towards Jessica who was standing in front of the post guard’s office of her apartment building.

“Hi, honey!”, she greeted him back smilingly. Sooyoung leaned closer and hug her, and pecked on her lips.

“Let’s go”, he said as he entwined his hand with Jessica’s, and walked towards his car. It’s a routine for Sooyoung to fetch his girlfriend, oopss.. scratch that.. fiancee from her place to go to work together.

Although Jessica got her U.S. driving license, she didn’t dare to drive alone as she’s still not familiar with the road conditions in Seoul city. Tiffany will usually drove her to wherever she wants to go. But, ever since she knew Sooyoung, he has become her driver as Sooyoung insist to fetch and send her to home.

“I will have a lunch appointment with our main client today, right?”, Sooyoung said after he finished putting on the seat belt for Jessica.

“Yes”, she replied in short. Sooyoung began to drive his car. He then grabbed Jessica’s hand and brought it into his lap. “Want to go out with me for dinner tonight?”, he asked. Jessica knew Sooyoung felt guilty for not able to spend their lunch time together. He was trying to make it up to her.

“Soo, you don’t have to do that. I understand. Don’t tire yourself just because you can’t always spend your time with me, okay?”, Jessica replied with a smile. Tiffany’s advice last night still lingered on her head, and she tried her best to be an understanding fiancee to him. Sooyoung was surprised with what she has said just now. Jessica has changed within one night. He couldn’t help himself but to feel flattered.

“Are you sure you don’t want to have a dinner with me tonight? Even if I said I’m not tired?”, he asked her. He just wanted to test her, but he really don’t mind because right now Jessica is his priority besides his work and family. Jessica bite her lips, trying to control the eagerness in her heart. Although she wanted to admit that she really want to spend her time with him, but she wanted Sooyoung to rest. He will have three meetings in a row with clients on tomorrow.

“Yes, honey. I want you to rest. Tomorrow you have lots of meetings that need to be attended”, she said while patted his thigh.

“Arasso. But, don’t blame me if I suddenly come to your place tonight because I miss you”, he replied with a smirk. Jessica suddenly slapped on his thigh, causing Sooyoung burst into laughing.

“I’m serious here, Soo”, Jessica said while crossed her arms, shooting her infamous icy glare at him.

“Arasso, arasso. I’m just kidding, babe. I’m sorry, okay?”, he said as he glanced at her.

“Your sorry is accepted”, she replied. Sooyoung grinned while grabbed her hand and entwined their hands together. He focused back on the road and continued driving his car until they reached at their workplace.

At the cafe

“Sica, is it okay if we sit here?”, Jaekyung asked Jessica while carrying the food tray.

“Sure, unnie. Let’s sit here”, Jessica replied. She then put her tray on the table and took her seat. Jaekyung took her seat in front of Jessica.

Kim Jaekyung is the Account Manager of The Choi Corporation. She has worked there about five years, and she was a good friend of Sooyoung. She’s the only female staff who was close with Jessica, and Sooyoung often refers her as a 'doctor love’. Jaekyung has already got engaged with a guy who was also her ex-collegemate, and will getting married soon.

“Is that Naeun girl still disturbing you?”, Jaekyung asked while munching her food. She saw Naeun and her clique were sitting not far from their table and Naeun once a while will glance at them. Jessica shook her head.

“She isn’t, unnie, but she likes to disturb Sooyoung sometimes”, Jessica replied.

“Aishh.. That . She is really determined, huh? Such a gold digger. I heard she used to seduce her ex-boss at the company where she worked before, and her boss is a married man. The boss’s wife eventually found out about what she had done to her husband, and she got fired after less than a month of working there. Her ex-boss’s wife was the daughter of the Chairman of the company, you know”, Jaekyung informed.

“Chincha, unnie?”, Jessica replied, dumbfounded. Jaekyung nodded while wiping with a tissue.

“Yup. I don’t know, but I’m sure she must have something up her sleeve. I want you to be careful with her, Sica. Tell me if she keep on disturbing Soo, and I will report her to Taeyeon so he can take necessary action on her, arasso?”, Jaekyung said.

“Dae, unnie. But, I don’t want to pick a fight with her anymore, unnie. It’s enough with what she had done to me last time”, Jessica replied.

“I know, Sica. But, don’t say I don’t remind you later. We never knows what she is capable to do in the future based on her bad reputation last time”, Jaekyung said, reminded her.

“Thank you, unnie. I’m glad that I have you, Taeyeon and Sooyoung to protect me in this company”, Jessica replied with a smile.

“Don’t mention, Sica. It’s part of my responsibility too since Sooyoung is a good friend of mine. I don’t want you to get hurt in the process. I want you two to have a happy and healthy relationship. Anyway, congratulations!”, Jaekyung said.

“Congratulations for what, unnie?”, Jessica asked in confusion.

“For your engagement, though. Sooyoung texted me last night. You know what, Sica? Sooyoung is like a dongsaeng to me. He often asking my advice when it comes to girl he likes. I was like his ‘doctor love’, you know”, Jaekyung replied with a chuckle.

“Chincha? Aigoo.. I feel so embarrassed, unnie”, Jessica said as her face reddened.

“He is seriously deeply in love with you, though. For the past five years, I have never seen him acting like that before. He never liked any of the girls who tried to get close to him. Ever since you came, he always asked my opinion about you. I think he has already found his soulmate”, Jaekyung replied. Jessica felt her heart fluttered, knowing that Sooyoung love her that much. She couldn’t help but to fall in love with him even more.

“I don’t know what to say, unnie. I’m deeply in love with him too. I was surprised at first when he said he wanted us to get engaged. I’m glad he finally made up his mind. I think he was ready to take our relationship into the next step”, Jessica said.

“Good to know that, Sica. Well, I wish to hear another good news from both of you soon”, she said.

“I’m sure Soo will tell you first, unnie. But, we want you to get married first”, Jessica replied as she smiled teasingly.

“Aishh.. I wish we can expedite our wedding date, but my fiance is quite busy lately. I know he is working hard for our future, so I can’t complain much, you know”, she replied.

“Don’t worry, unnie. The time will come without your realized it”, Jessica said.

“Yeah, I guess so. Alright, let’s finish our lunch. It’s twenty minutes left before 2:00”, she replied as she glanced at her wristwatch. The two girls then continued eating their food while chatting on random things.

“Why are you telling me right now? You know I hate to be alone at night! Aishh..”, Jessica exclaimed as she was talking to Tiffany through the phone. Tiffany told her that she will not be at home tonight as her boyfriend, Taeyeon asked her to accompany him to go back to Jeonju. His father fell sick and has been admitted to the hospital.

“Hello, Miss ‘I’m not single anymore and taken’! Just ask your fiance to accompany you tonight though”, Tiffany replied with annoyed tone.

“I don’t want to disturb him. He need to have a rest and sleep early because he needs to attend three meetings in a row tomorrow”, she reasoned.

“Oh, Lord! Like he is staying abroad! You can ask him to have a sleepover at the penthouse, and you two can go to work together tomorrow though!”, Tiffany’s turn to exclaim as she started to feel annoyed with Jessica’s attitude.

“Aishh.. I hate you, Hwang Miyoung. I’ll hang up now. Tell Taeyeon to drive safely”, she replied.

“I hate you more, Jung Sooyeon. I’ll see you in three days. Take care! Bye!”, Tiffany said as she ended the call.

“W-wait! What? Three days? H-hello.. Hello!”, she exclaimed in surprise.

“TUT-TUT-TUT-TUT…”, the line has already ended.

“Urghh.. You’re so going to get kicked later, Hwang Miyoung! You said earlier it’s only one night!”, she groaned in frustration.

“Miss, are you okay?”, the taxi driver asked while looking at Jessica through the rear mirror.

“I-I’m okay, ahjussi”, she replied as she smiled apologetically.

“Arasso”, the taxi driver said as he speed up the acceleration. Jessica was inside the taxi, on her way back home as Sooyoung couldn’t send her because his meeting has been dragged until late afternoon.

“Hmm.. what should I cook for dinner?”, Jessica mumbled while looking inside the fridge. She’s not a good cook, but she can cook a simple dish for herself.

“Aishh.. I’m too lazy to cook right now. Shall I order take-away noodles from Chinese restaurant?”, she mumbled to herself. After gazing the fridge for a moment, suddenly she heard a phone call. She quickly closed the fridge, and ran towards the living room.

RING! RING! RING!

She took her cell phone that was on the coffee table, and quickly looked at the screen. She was surprised to know the person who was calling her right now.

“Yoboseyo? Honey?”, she said.

“Hey, baby. I’m in front of your penthouse right now. Can you please open the door for me?”, Sooyoung replied. Jessica’s eyes widened in surprise.

“Y-you what?”, she said in disbelief.

“I am Choi Sooyoung, your fiance. Baby, please open the door now. I’m carrying my laptop bag, backpack and our take-away dinner. It’s really heavy you know”, he replied.

“O-oh.. okay. Just wait there”, she said as she quickly ran towards the door. She grabbed the door handle, and pressed down on the handle to open the door.

“Honey, what are you doing here?”, she asked while looking at Sooyoung.

“Baby, can you please help me here? Can you please carry these paper bags for me?”, Sooyoung said while struggling to hold those bags. He’s still with his work attire which he wore since this morning.

“Y-yeah, sure”, Jessica replied as she quickly took the paper bags from his hand, and ushered him to get inside. She put the paper bags on the coffee table, and then helped Sooyoung to put his laptop bag at the side of the coffee table. Sooyoung put his backpack on the floor and slumped his tired body on the couch.

“Oh, God! I’m so tired!”, he groaned while put his arm on his forehead. Jessica sat next to him and patted on his thigh. Sooyoung lifted his arm while looking at Jessica with his tired eyes. “Yes, baby?”, he said.

“Go to my room and take a shower first. You can put your backpack there. There’s a clean towel inside the bathroom’s cabinet. I’m going to prepare the food for dinner, okay?”, she said softly. She felt sorry for her fiance. He was tired, yet he’s still thinking of her, buying food for her, and she have a hunch that he is going to spend the night here, accompanying her.

“Tiffany must have told Taeyeon not to leaving me alone, and as his best friend, he must have told Sooyoung to look after me. That’s very sweet of him”, she thought.

“Arasso. You can eat first if you’re hungry, okay? You don’t have to wait for me”, Sooyoung replied as he slowly got up from the couch, and took his backpack and heading towards Jessica’s room upstairs.

“Okay”, Jessica replied as she got up from the couch, and brought the paper bags to the kitchen.

“Honey, did Taeyeon ask you to stay with me?”, Jessica asked Sooyoung while scooped some rice and brought the spoon into Sooyoung’s mouth. He obediently opened his mouth and started munching the food. Sooyoung has ordered Korean food set for two as he felt so hungry. His eyes were glued on the laptop screen, checking the paperwork which he was preparing and need to be presented in the meeting on tomorrow. Jessica has already ate her food while waiting for Sooyoung to finish taking his shower. Since Sooyoung have to continue his work, she offered herself to feed him.

“Yup. Tiff asked him to do so. She was afraid that you might crying for these two nights because you scared of being alone”, Sooyoung casually said while munching the food. Jessica stopped scooping the rice, and her hand was fast slapping on his thigh.

“Oww!”, he groaned in pain. “Why are you hitting me, babe? I’m telling the truth though. Tiffany said like that to him”, Sooyoung said as he frowned and pouted.

“I’m sorry, honey. That Hwang Miyoung! How dare she said like that! Urghhh..!”, Jessica exclaimed angrily. Sooyoung chuckled as his hand rubbing on her back to calm her down.

“There’s nothing to be ashamed of it, baby. Tiff is so caring about you. At least I knew that you’re scared of being alone. You know I was like that before when I tried to live alone. That’s why I moved back to my parent’s house and stayed with them”, Sooyoung said.

“Chincha?”, she asked. Sooyoung nodded. “Wow! We have so much in common, don’t you think so?”, she said.

“Yup, and I believe we are a 'match made in heaven' couple”, he replied, causing Jessica to smile from ear to ear. Although it sounds cheesy, Sooyoung’s words were always sounds good to her ears. He’s indeed a very sweet person.

“Alright, Mr. Cheesy. Let’s finish your food first, and then you can continue your work”, Jessica said while scooped the last rice left on the bowl, and carried the spoon on Sooyoung’s mouth. Sooyoung playfully salute her and opened his mouth widely, and munching his food happily. Jessica chuckled as she found his act so cute and funny at the same time.

“Aren’t you feel sleepy? It’s already midnight, Soo”, Jessica asked while glanced at the wall clock and yawned. She was sitting on the couch next to Sooyoung with her head leaning on his shoulder.

“I need to finish this paperwork presentation, baby. You can sleep first, okay?”, Sooyoung said while busy typing on a laptop.

“How much more?”, she asked while looking at the laptop screen.

“Another ten slides. After that, it’s done”, he said.

“Arasso. Don’t stay up too long. You need to rest. Come and sleep into my room after this, okay?”, she replied as she leaned closer and pecked on his cheek. She then got up from the couch.

“Yes, ma’am! Good night!”, he said.

“Good night, honey”, Jessica replied and heading to her room upstairs.

Sooyoung finally finished his work around 1:00 a.m. He then switched off the laptop, and just left it on the coffee table. He yawned while getting up from the couch, and doing a little stretching to relax his tired muscles. He switched off the lights at the living room, and then heading towards the upstairs to Jessica’s bedroom.

He slowly grabbed the door handle, and pressed down on the handle to open the door. There’s a light from the night lamp, and he thought Jessica purposely didn’t switch it off, maybe because she doesn’t want Sooyoung to stumble on the floor when he entered the room later. He tiptoed towards the bed, and switched off the night lamp before he slowly pulled the cover and slide his body inside. He lie down next to his fiancee who was already in her deep slumber, probably tired to accompany him while he was doing his work. He slowly caressed the silky smooth skin of her cheek, and brushing her fringe that covered her eyes aside. He then pecked on her forehead.

“Good night, baby. I love you so much. Every second, every minute, every hour, every day. To you, everyday love, and forever”, he mumbled slowly. He carefully lifted her head, and slid his arm underneath her neck. He scooted closer and wrapped his arm around her securely, and pecked on her forehead once again before he closed his eyes, and drifted off to sleep. Without he realized, Jessica was awake the moment he entered the room, but she was pretending that she was sleeping. Her heart fluttered when she heard Sooyoung mumbles those lovely words to her just now.

“I love you too, Choi Sooyoung. Everyday you’re in my heart, my mind, my soul, and forever”, she thought, and slowly drifted into her dreamland.
