"Ta-Tiffany?"

Tiffany fell to her knees and sat down.

Seung-Hyun felt very uneasy. He was tempted to close the door and go back to sleep but for some reason his hand would not swing the door shut.

"I, I have no where to go.."

Seung-Hyun looked at her and shook his head.

"You will have to sit here for a while, I just, I just need to clear my mind".

He swung the door shut and ran over to the couch and sat down.

"What, what am I going to do?" he asked himself as he held his hand on his chest.

"I'm starting to panic".

Seung-Hyun felt the chain around his neck and then sighed.

"Did I really get her into so much trouble that she got fired?"

"Why do I feel so bad?"

There was another knock on the door.

"Wait.."

Seung-Hyun got up and walked over to the mirror.

"I know what I should do but I'm afraid, I am so afraid.."

Suddenly he could feel a panic attack about to come so he quickly sat on the floor and buried his face in his hands.

"Please, please don't break down, she's just a person, she is not going to hurt you, please".

He had to repeat this in his head over and over again so as to stop himself from having a panic attack and after a few minutes he was able to calm right down.

He got up and went to the door with a deep breathe in and out he opened the door.

"Tiffany?"

He looked down the hall but she was gone.

He shut the door and ran over to the window and looked out.

"Where is she?"

He looked around and then spotted her sitting on her box at the park just across the road.

-Flashback

"Get out of here".

"Uncle, I will have no where to go, please.."

"Just get out!"

Seung-Hyun took his back pack and ran out. 

Tears were streaming down his face.

He went and sat at the park and put his bag on his knees.

"I wish there was someone that could reach their hand out to me, but no-one will".

-Flashback over

"She looks so alone" 

He went and sat on the couch and could feel himself about to cry.

"What is wrong with me!?" he shouted as he punched the cushion.

He grabbed his tag on his necklace and sighed a heavy sigh.

"I can be on top, I just, I just have to let someone in".

....

(Earlier that Day) 

"Are you OK Tiffany?"

Tiffany looked up to see Jiyeon (a work mate) looking at her with worry in her eyes.

"I'm, I am fine".

"Go and see Taeyang, he will help you if you need any thing".

Tiffany smiled and then nodded quickly.

Jiyeon patted her shoulder and then walked off leaving Tiffany alone.

Tiffany then bit her tongue and walked down the empty hallway.

As she passed every person she could not help but feel even more lonely.

All these faces she had seen every day but not one of them she knew.

....

She walked into her apartment room and went straight to the couch.

"Can I just have a break, just for a moment?" she said aloud as she grabbed a book.

-Silence was all I ever heard-

She turned to the first chapter.

1. Empty

Every one has always said, "believe in yourself".

But they never reach out their hand and help you.

Why say such empty words?

Why bother to say "Believe in yourself".

When you won't even give someone the tools they need to believe in themselves? 

As I am writing this I am crying because my emotions are getting the better of me.

It is November the fourth, it is my birthday but no one knows and no one cares.

My Uncle is drunk every time I wake up, every time I get back from school, every moment I am here.

I thought maybe because it is my birthday it will be different and maybe he would buy me a gift and smile at me, but I was wrong.

November the fourth is just the same as every other day and it always will be.

Can you feel my emotions through the words I am writing?

I am about to have a panic attack because I can hear my Uncle coming.

Life is so scary when you have no one you can trust.

Can you ever really trust any-one? 

Suddenly there was a knock on the door and the book flew out of Tiffany's hand.

"Miss, open up!"

Tiffany got up and ran to the door.

"Wait a moment" she said as she quickly opened the door.

"You have to be out of here by 5.30, OK?"

Tiffany nodded.

"Do you have somewhere to go?" asked the elderly security man.

Tiffany shook her head and then looked down.

"I am sure you have a friend some where, you are far too young to have no-one".

"You, you are right" said Tiffany with a grin.

"OK, hand your key in before 5.30, OK?"

Tiffany nodded.

As soon as the man had left Tiffany quickly shut the door.

She ran over and grabbed the book.

"I guess you can't really trust any one" she said as she read back over the words.

"Me and you are so alike Choi Seung-Hyun".

Suddenly the book fell out of her hand.

"Would you reach your hand to me?"

Tiffany stared down at the book. "Would you?"

"Answer me!" she shouted as she kicked the book.

The book opened to chapter 4.

She picked it up and read the first few lines.

I never had a friend but I wish I did.

I never had a home but I wish I did.

I never had any one but I wish I did.

Tiffany nodded "this is the answer to my problem" she said as she closed the book.

She walked around and threw
