On the way to the hospital, Kris couldn’t help but feel anxious. He was scared something bad had happened to you. *Please don’t let anything happen to her…* Kris prayed in his mind. Kris parked the car and got off, grabbing Kevin from his baby seat. Holding hands, Kris and Kevin ran inside the hospital and down the hallway towards your room. Kris barged into the room with his eyes widened and sweat running down his forehead.

“YU MA MA!” Kevin ran towards you, who was sitting on the hospital bed comforting Nada. You turned to the voice and smiled brightly. “Kevin…” You extended out your hands and Kevin grabbed them. You lifted him up onto the bed and hugged him tightly. “You woke up…” Kevin smiled and pecked your cheek. “Yes I did…have you been good?” you playfully raised a brow. Kevin smiled innocently and nodded.

“Liar…” Nada sniffled with a smile. You smiled and patted his hair. You shifted your gaze towards the door and froze. Kris was gazing at you with happiness and disbelief. “…Kris…” you softly stated. He breathed in relief and slowly walked towards you. Nada smiled and grabbed Kevin. “Come on, Kevin. Let ba ba and ma ma talk…” Nada whispered. Kevin beamed and nodded.

He kissed your cheek and jumped off the bed. He ran out the room with Nada trailing behind, closing the door as she left. “…How are you feeling? Do you want me to get the doctor?” Kris asked in concern. You softened and smile. “I’m fine…” you grabbed one of his hands and pulled him onto the bed. Kris sat down with a shock expression. You chuckled and Kris blushed.

You stopped and looked down. Kris stayed silent. He was happy you were safe and nothing happened to you. You, on the other hand, was thinking about his confession.

“N-NO! HOW C-CAN I J-JUST LEAVE Y-YOU?...I C-CAN’T LEAVE YOU H-HERE...QING YU…Y-YOU HAVE…T-TO KNOW…THAT…THAT…I LOVE YOU! I-I LOVE…YOU! I FELL…IN LOVE WITH…YOU…A-AT FIRST S-SIGHT!” Kris shouted out his confession in between groans and painful hisses. You cried harder and wished he had never fell in love with you so that he won’t suffer so much pain right now.
