Chapter 1
"!" she cursed, hastily shoving the last of her personal items into the small suitcase, slamming it shut and locking it while throwing a duffel bag over her shoulder. With a final look around the cramped room containing four beds, the young woman left.
After slipping on her shoes she ran down the hallway and through the emergency exit door (after all, no one in their right mind would walk up twelve flights of stairs at one in the morning). Once she swung the ground floors heavy door open she hastily adjusted the black cap on her head and the red scarf circled around her neck; she couldn't afford to be caught now.
With stiff movement she tried to look as calm as possible as she walked through the dead lobby. The concierge didn't pay her any attention over his intense game of solo solitaire.
Once her feet hit the cold pavement of Seoul, it felt like the invisible chains encasing her ankles and wrists for years released her.
Running in a random direction, she felt like a caged bird that was able to spread their wings for the first time.
She could do anything now!
She could do whatever she wanted, not what her manager, or label, or family, or fans,

Dark eyes nervously darted from the electric clock with the bright green numbers "1:12 AM" to her messy suitcase previously thrown atop her bed.
