Magic! Rude 2

The Cliff Anonymous (An Author's Mean Confession)

Magic! Rude 2

Dear author-nim, you're so rude to your commenters.

You sound so sarcastic whenever you say sorry at the end of your sentences. If you build a company, people will give you zero stars for customer service. There are people who jump the rules over and neglect reading them (because 80% of your posts are about rules and they're so £ucㅑing boring. Rules this, rules that, rules everywhere. And when someone does something that "violates" your rules, you go in this crazy marathon "don't do this", "don't do that". You do that everytime and it's getting annoying. We don't mind being reminded but stop treating us like we're blind or stupid. It's not like we live off of your updates. We have lives outside and we only read the things that we have time for. Following rules shows respect to the author/but how can we follow rules when the author don't even respect us? Stop acting like we can't live without your posts. We'll be perfectly fine without them. Your posts are nothing special so stop creating so much buzz around it. Even legal companies treat us with modesty when we inquire but you're just rude.). You correct them like they are the stupidest & blindest creatures on the face of the earth. If you mail google's customer service, they won't answer you with "it's in the security and privacy policy posted on this website since the beginning, why don't you read it? Oh since you ignore our efforts posting that up, we won't help you. Sorry." They will be glad to explain the rules (repeat them if necessary) and not shove to the customer's face that "you're blind as a bat, didn't you see  or browse thru the rules?" &that's when they tell people to refer to the posted policies for future inquiries. smooth and modest without being rude. "I'm a busy person it's not like I can respond to all the comments properly" you might say. Witch please, don't tell me you're busy because you log in everyday more than twice. And if you got time for that, then I assume you can have some time to be a bit respectful too.

I know that some readers here are stupid and  don't even care reading everything you write in your post but I suggest you treat them respectfully. We all get tired of stupid & lazy readers but there are better ways to remind them. After all they're the reason your stories are featured, witch.

It's not like people are forcing you to read all of the fics they give you. No one's forcing you so stop acting like everyone's demanding you to put up your new fic review. If you're tired then that's your fault. Stop blaming your suggestors as if they were the ones tiring you. When you first put up that suggestion fic, you go "oh give me some fics to read so I can put them here" & now people are flooding you with fics and when they break the rules a bit, you go "it's posted in the rules since christopher columbus".Just be thankful that people are still visiting and contributing to your fic suggestions. Cherish your supporters because thy're all you'll ever have .  outside those supporters iz.a community of people who find this fic suggestions post and fic taste awfully terrible posted by an author who thinks she's some hotshot which is just pathetic. You try your best to appraise yourself too much but the truth is you don't even come close to the authors with cyber modesty. Sorry. (Sarcastic voice)

Chapter 8: hey! i know it's a bit late since i've already begun writing it, but i was wondering if i could use this story (but specifically this chapter) as inspiration for a short poem i'm writing? it would mean a lot to me, and i won't post it until i get your permission.
thank you in advance!

Chapter 18: thank you for writing this, do you have any medicine to heal the hurt everytime reader unsubscribe? I'm new writer, I feel like trash sometimes, the only things that keep me writing is the new subscribers and readers comments and upvote, how i wish that i don't know who unsubscribe, but sometimes i know.....I guess One man's trash is another man's treasure :(

Chapter 6: I partially agree with this. Yes, advertising gets you some time at the spotlight and more people will have a chance to see and read your story and along with that - subscribe...

But advertising doesn't automatically mean 1000+ subscribers and a gold star.

Chapter 13: oh my god, I'm starting to like this 'rant fanfic/blog' thingy. I practically ing some of authors and readers shamelessly bcus of the same reasons.

I actually think fanfic also supposed to "it's not about being read. It's about being written" thingy. I mean I write stories in my blog without promoting it, only some of my friends who really want to read it. There's no comments or anything, no pressure at all. Because my aim to write is not for anyone, is just myself. Sometimes it's just phathetic for some of authors who go to far with their storyline, changing OC characters or storyline for entertaining some of naggy readers.

Chapter 9: oh my god this reminds me of authors who try so hard not to make their character a mary sue it goes full circle and becomes a mary sue, but it's actually worse because the oc's so "depressed" and "misunderstood" and fights a lot but only to protect her little sister like jesus i'd just rather have a regular mary sue

Chapter 10: Ok. Hahaha. I was determined to read all rants before commenting, but man Im itching to voice out this rant too. There's this author who isnt featured but had hosted a contest in which she garnered huge subscription base. And man, she really thought she's sooo popular that she posted a name for her "fan" base. And I was like, witch please. You have many subs coz theyre interested in the contest. Oof! It's good to ventilate. haha.
