Chapter 8

He helped her down with stairs, on their way to enter the elevator. Once they were in, a sudden nervousness

engulfed, may be it is the closed space, that's why.

But, nonetheless, he built up courage to subtly hold her hand in his, and tighten it. She looked at their clasped

hands, and grinned. But both were too pink to even look at each other. 

The lift stopped at her floor, and it was time to say goodbye, after such a lovely date.

"I'll get going then" She said softly, slowly loosening her hand from his.

He was looking at her lovingly, with a slight smile. The door was about to close again, so she was about to put her

hands in between to keep them open, but suddenly, his hand tightened the grip and pulled her towards him. The

door closed.
