“Welcome back mom!” I yelled hugging her.

“Oh...Wow! This is amazing!” She smiled. She looked around at the decorations and smiled even wider.

“Oh! I want you to meet someone…” I giggle.

I grab my mom's arm and pull her in the living room to introduce her to D.O and Kai.

“Mom this is D.O, the one who baked your cake. This is Kai my boyfriend.” I blushed and stuttered as I said ‘boyfriend.’

My mom may have known about me dating him but she hasn’t seen him, and for some odd reason I was worried about that.

“Oh my.. You guys are handsome!” She smiled.

“Mom” I whined.

“So… how long have you guys been dating?” She asked.

“Well about 2 weeks” Kai said smiling.

“Ah”

“Well lets see the cake!” Mom smiled walking to the kitchen.

Kai, D.O and I followed behind her. I’ve been thinking and I might want to do the celebrate Kai and I some other day… Why? Well for me it's obvious! We will be celebrating at eating cake and I don’t think I can eat a second cake!

    “Oh my! It’s so pretty! D.O you made this?!” She squealed.

Wow she’s hyper...

(Act like it says “Welcome Back”)

“Yes” D.O shyly said.

“It’s very pretty!”

“Thanks for coming and celebrating with us!” My mom smiled. Since it was getting late Kai and D.O thought they should go home.

“It was a pleasure”

“Bye Bye!” I waved.

“Well that certainly was something.” My mom laughed. “Yea but you knew about this.” I say.

“So what if I did? This was seriously something special.” She smiled.

“If you say so.” I said with a small laugh.

“So… any drama while I was gone?” Mother asked.

I looked at her confused she seems a bit odd… she’s never cared about the “drama” going on.

“No… Hey are you okay? You seem a bit off…”  I said worryingly.

“What makes you say that?!” She yelled.

I jumped.

“Huh? Well umm… you seem to be uh ya know more hyper than usual.” I say.

She looked at me and I swear I saw her eyes flash red for a few seconds.

“Hey I’m just gonna go to bed…” I smiled at her. “Hope you enjoyed the party”

I walked off a little frightened.

I went up to my room and locked the door.

Should I text Kai about this?  Hmm… probably not.

    I take a quick shower and put som
