Forty Six
ACE.SARA’S POV
Having that talk with Minho was really helpful. I really have the best brother in the world. I don’t know what he is apologizing for because he is the perfect person I have ever met. After talking to him, he shared some of his thoughts
“I know you hate him now but we both know that Onew is a good guy. He’s just a little ed up. I am not asking you to forgive him but don’t hate Nadine. She didn’t do anything wrong. That couple had been through a lot and I know that. Maybe that’s why Onew can’t let go of her because she was once his everything”
“I don’t hate her. It annoys me that she’s so nice and innocent. If not for this situation, I would have considered to befriend her”
We both laughed and drank the remaining beers.
The next morning I went to school with a good mood. Maybe I’m ready to move on. This does not mean that I’m willing to forgive Onew for what he had done but I’m willing to give myself a chance to be free from all the hurt for a while. I did the thing that comforted me the most. I dressed up nicely, curled my hair and wore my heels.
“Seems like you’re in a good mood”
“it’s good to be happy once in a while” I smiled at Joy
“let’s go to that new coffee house down the street”
“Sure! But aren’t you going somewhere with Minho?”
“Nahh, not this time. We’re taking a break from each other and socialize”
“Socialize? You mean going out with me”
“yea” We both laughed cause we don’t have anyone else to hang out but each other “Anyways, I saw someone dropping something in your locker”
“Oh you mean the letters?”
“Yea, are those confessions?”
“Typical letters from guys who wanted to have coffee or go out some time. But this is nothing compared to what Minho brought home after he won their game before. He literally had one box full of them and they came from different schools. It was so annoying that I wanted to make him eat all of the papers”
“I guess I have caught a good one!”
“No, he’s got a good one”
“Don’t say that! It makes me blush! Ohhhhhh before I forgot, they said that there’s a transferee coming here”
“really?”
“yea”
A transferee really did came. He’s tall, an eye candy for sure and has this certain appeal. Everyone started cheering when our adviser introduced him to the class and I just kept staring at him, assessing him from head to toe. Every girl just offered the seat beside them and I just rolled my eyes and looked at him again. He saw me and smirked. He pointed his finger at the seat beside me
“I wann
