The next day, Qri woke up from her good sleep. It was another day and another start for Qri. With all the even that happned, it was abou time to 

make some changes.She fixed her room and herself and went to her sister's room. She was about to knock when Areum got out of her room,dressed like 

she has to go somewhere.

"Good morning, Eonni~" Areum was happy as Qri was that they hugged each other tight.

"Good morning, Areum-ah. Where are you going?" Qri asked.

"I'm going to the gadgets store, Eonni. I'm helping Soyeon-" Areum stopped as she realized what she said.

"I see...it's alright. You should go. Soyeon might be waiting for you." Qri adjusted Areum's shirt and prepped her up.

"Come with me, Eonni. I saw you finish already. Let's help Soyeon-unnie." Areum said, holding Qri's hand.

"She'd be so happy if you come." Areum added.

"I just fixed my hair and I haven't showered yet...and Soyeon might be waiting-" She stopped as the doorbell rang.

Qri went to get it. Areum went with her and she opened the door. Qri jumped away a bit as she saw Soyeon.

"Jihyun-ah~" Soyeon hugged her tight.

"Yah...I haven't showered yet." Qri said, hoping Soyeon would get off of her.

"I don't care." Soyeon said.

Areum smiled for her unnies.Qri was just super shocked that Soyeon hugged her like this.

"You should get going.The gadgets store closes early since it's the weekends." Qri said.

"Come with us..." Soyeon smiled and held Qri's arm.

"I've got things to do." Qri  said as an excuse.

"Alright..." Soyeon said, trying to hide the hurt on her face.

Areum couldn't persuade her too. She hugged her Eonni and went ahead. Soyeon remainedfor a while. She grabbed Qri's arm and pulled her, kissing her 

cheek.

"See you soon...I love you."

Qri was frozen. As she saw Soyeon and Areum leaving, she closed the door right away. Soyeon's confession ran on her mind like she was getting a 

radical. She sighed and she didn't do anything. She made up an excuse. in the back of her mind, she slapped her jealousy and her ignorance for being 

such a sh***y sourpuss.

Qri was just lying on her bed. Sge had showered and had the chores done in no time. She began to ponder on what she should do for today. Her parents 

were on vacation and she didn't want to hang out with Soyeon and Areum. There was a sudden vibration by the table. Qri went to her phone and got a 

message from Boram.

Before Qri could go any further, Boram ran after her ad held her arm.

"Hey. Can I get your number?" She asked.

"Why?It's not we're gonna be textmates or something..." Qri said.

"Whatever." Boram snatched Qri's phone and typed her number.

"What the-give me that! You're a stalker,not a stealer-"

"Here we are." Boram saved her number on Qri's phone and also saved Qri's number on her own phone.

"Text you later, Qri." Boram ran away from her.

"Aish, this brat..." Qri mumbled.

'Oh yeah...she forced to get my number.' Qri thought and sighed.

-Hey Qri. Do you wanna stalk Soyeon and Areum with me...you know...for their protection?-

Qri almost laughed. She looked around the house and she was alone. She shrugged, changed and replied to Boram.

Qri walked along the sidewalk. She decided to walk since she didn't want to waste money. And besides, she decided to treat Boram and would stalk 

Soyeon with her. Qri might find Boram eerie and pitiful but there's something in her that Qri admired: Boram would watch over Soyeon like a cute 

angel despite of knowing that she's in love with someone else.

"Unnie?" Qri's eyes went wide.

She gulped. She turned her head to see Jiyeon.

"Oh...hey." Qri greeted.

Jiyeon smiled and said hi. Qri knew that it was a mistake of doing it, remembering what Boram told her. But Qri had to see for herself to be sure.

"Where are you going, unnie?" Jiyeon asked eyeing Qri like she was her prey.

"To the drugs store...umm...my mother asked me to buy medicine for my father's asthma..." Qri stuttered, a certain habit she wasn't used to.

Jiyeon continued to eye Qri. She smiled and held ri's hand. Qri relaxed and stood strong.

"Alright. I need to go somewhere now. See you soon." Qri lets go of Jiyeon's hand.

"Wait..." Jiyeon said and held Qri's hand again.

Qri stopped. She slapped her inner self again and tried not to be obvious.

"Can I ask something?"

"Yes..." Qri made her gamble.

"Do you know where your sister went?" Jiyeon asked about Areum.

"I don't know. I'll ask her." Qri said as she texted on her phone.

Jiyeon nodded and waited. She held Qri's hand and lets her fingers intertwine. Qri held back and texted.

-Boram, I have a problem! Jiyeon is here. Keep a very close watch. You need to make sure they're safe. If you wonder why, please trust me.-

Qri gambled their lives and made a plan to prove Boram's motive. She inhaled and faced Jiyeon again.

"She's heading to the gadgets store..." She answered.

"Alright." Jiyeon smiled.

"I should go now, Jiyeon." Qri bidded goodbye...or not.

"Wait. Come with me, unnie." Jiyeon smiled.

"Not today, Jiyeon. Maybe next time, okay?" Qri assured the litte one.

"Okay." Jiyeon reached and kissed Qri's cheek.

Jiyeon then ran. Qri was frozen.But then, as Jiyeon was gone, she ran and got a call from Boram.

"Have you gone crazy?!! I told you not to talk to her! You told her where Areum is, didn't you?! Aiissh!!" Qri heard an angry Boram.

"I'm sorry! I didn't know what to do! I'm coming there!!" Qri answered.

"You know you're gambling our lives! I hope your plan works, Qri!" Boram hung up.

Qri gulped and shed tears. She felt stupid yet again for doing such a risky plan. In her mind was Soyeon...Areum...Boram...and Jiyeon. She prayed 

that her sister and friends are gonna be fine.

'Please...not Boram and Soyeon...not my sister...not my Areum-ah...' She thought.

Qri ran faster,taking another route towards the town square,where the gadgets store was.

Soyeon and Areum arrived. They have come and searched for a portable hard drive. Soyeon would pick one but Areum had aleady done it for her. Soyeon 

agreed right away and paid for it. Soyeon rushed outside that she almost forgot her change. Areum got it for her and caught up to Soyeon.

"Come on. Let's go, Areum-ah. I still need to but something for Jihyun-ah." Soyeon said excitedly.

"Alright, unnie." Areum smiled.

Soyeon smiled as she thought about the thing Qri liked: makeup. Qri might be a bit of a geek but she's a very pretty geek and she would always take 

care of herself,mostly her looks. Areum thought of getting a sibling pact: a Yin and Yang necklace. They were at the door of the gadgets store when 

they met an unexpected path.

*Boram's POV

Here I am at the benches of the town square, wearing a sweater and shades, all while holding a newspaper. I peeked beneath the pages and eyed Soyeon 

and Areum. I even dared to get closer and really eye them. They got out of the gadgets store and I followed them. I saw Soyeon's smiling face. She 

was so pretty. But I felt my heart getting heavy. Soyeon's heart was stolen by Qri. I know I have no chances...but I still vowed to protect her no 

matter what. I eyed Soyeon, Areum...the people...and the one I didn't expect.

"Shoot..." I flipped out and I hid by the walls of the boutique.

I felt my heart palpitate. My hands shivered as I reached for my phone. I called Qri, praying that she answered quick.

Qri was almost running out of breath. Eventually, she was at the town square. Her phone rang again and got a call from Boram.

"Where are you?!! She's here!!" Boram's voice rang on her senses.

Qri hung up immediately and went to search for Soyeon and Areum. She eventually saw them...and Jiyeon.

"Shoot!" Qri hid by the bushes and cursed like Boram did.

*Soyeon's POV

"Jiyeon-ah." I heard Areum say.

I greeted Jiyeon too. She greeted back.

"What brings you here at town, Areum-ah?" Jiyeon asked.

"Well...we're going to buy something for Eonni." Areum replied.

"Just you Areum? Or the two of you?" Jiyeon asked again.

"Us two." I answered.

Silence filled the air all of a sudden. I saw something peculiar on Jiyeon's expression. I peered Jiyeon and and noticed she was wearing a sweater. 

I checked the weather and it was sunny day...and a hot one too.

"Jiyeon-ah, don't you feel hot?" I asked.

"No, unnie. Why?" Jiyeon asked me back.

"Do you want to join us?" Areum asked her.

"Really? Okay! I'll buy Qri-unnie something too." Jiyeon got in between us.

"Go ahead..." She said.

Areum did just that. I followed her and Jiyeon was right behind us. Areum was about to open the door when I heard a scream anf felt another body 

behind me.

*Qri's POV

I was like a victim as I hid by the bushes near the boutique. I looked at the surroundings and searched for Boram. I found her by the side of the 

boutique. I saw that there weren't many people and that Soyeon and Areum talked with Jiyeon. I saw the look on Jiyeon's face and was focused on her. 

I then saw Jiyeon getting in between them and letting Areum and Soyeon go first. They're going towards the door and Jiyeon was behind them. The next 

thing shocked me: she had a knife on her hand. She was heading towards Soyeon. At that moment, I involuntarily made my move and had proven Boram's 

motive. I ran towards them and I shed a tear...

"No!!"

*SHHHLICK*

I saw Jiyeon in front of me. I felt Soyeon behind me and I heard a scream. I eyed the owner of that voice.

'Eunjung...'

"Qri-unnie..." Jiyeon said my name and she shed tears.

I sighed and looked at Soyeon from behind. She turned her head in sync with mine and we met each other's eyes.

"J-Jihyu-hyun-ah..." Soyeon was in pure shock.

Then the last was Areum. She was pale like a ghost and had shed tears. I wonder why...

"Oh..." I uttered as I saw the reason why.

Jiyeon still had her grip on the knife...that has stabbed my pelvic area, right in my kidney. My shirt turned red on the side and I tasted something 

rustic. I felt my body going limp and I fell on Soyeon's arms.

"Soyeon-ah..." I uttered.

"No, Jihyun-ah! Stay with me!" She started to cry and held my body tight.

She grabbed her handkerchief and pulled the knife away, then throwing it at Jiyeon, who has shivered because of her sin.

"No... Qri-unnie..." She went near me.

"GET AWAY!! STAY AWAY FROM MY GIRLFRIEND!!!" Soyeon yelled.

Jiyeon's eyes dilated like mine. I was stunned. I dreamt of Soyeon to be mine and be my girl. I never thought she'd love me. I wanted to cry and 

scream in joy.

"YOU ALREADY HAD ATTENTION AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE MY QRI-UNNIE TOO?!!" Jiyeon yelled.

"Wh-What are you s-saying, Jiyeon-ah?" Areum managed to ask despite of her cowardice.

"OKAY!! I CONFESS!! I LIKE QRI-UNNIE!" Jiyeon yelled as a blush formed on her face.

"That's why I worked at the gadgets store in order to gain her attention! That's why I befriended you when I knew you were her sister...so that I 

can get close to her!!" She talked at Areum.

"And then Miss Popular comes in!!!" She pointed her knife at us.

Soyeon shivered. She caressed my face and hugged me tight. I fouhgt with my death. I can't leave her and my Areum behind...I just can't.

"Drop her. She's mine..." Jiyeon demanded.

"Do what she says..." I said to Soyeon.

"No! I love you...I'm not going give you up again! I'm not going to give you up on anyone!! I'm not going to reject you and your efforts this time! 

Know you that you're mine...and know that I love you..." Soyeon kissed my forehead.

"Why you-" Jiyeon pulled me hard and pointed the knife at Soyeon.

"Jihyun-ah!!" Soyeon cried harder as I panted and felt Jiyeon hugging me.

"Stop this, Jiyeon-ah..." I pleaded.

"Don't worry. She'll be gone and we'll be together..." Jiyeon whispered and kissed my cheek.

"Just let them go. Don't hurt Areum. Don't hurt So-" She punched my wound.

I felt the blood trickle and I screamed. Soyeon tried to get near but she was scared when Jiyeon would point her knife at her. I can't blame Boram 

too and I can't risk getting herself killed. But my Areum...I pray that she won't get hurt. I'd never forgive myself if something happened to her.

"No! JIHYUN-AH!" Soyeon just cried.

I hear sirens. I saw blue and red light by the main road. Jiyeon cursed and I got out fo her grasp. I went to Areum and Soyeon and hugged them. I 

collapsed on Soyeon's arms again and coughed. Areum pets my head as Soyeon kissed my forehead.

"Eonni..." Areum cried and held my hand.

"Dont' worry,my Jihyun. The ambulance is coming...you're going to be well, okay? You're going to be okay now...please be okay..." Soyeon said and 

kissed my cheek.

Areum joined in and hugged me tight. I closed my eyes and fought the urge. I saw Jiyeon coming ahead and aimed at Soyeon.

"Nooo~" I was shocked when Areum fought with Jiyeon.

*Areum's POV

No more pain. No more sadness. This madness has to be stopped...

"AREUM!!" Soyeon-unnie screamed.

I was the next victim. I felt the knife at my chest, where my heart was. Jiyeon withdrew right away and aimed at Soyeon-unnie, but...

*THUMP*

Jiyeon fell and was unconscious. Then, her limbs were tied and the knife was tossed away. I fell to the floor and the petite caught me.

"*cough*...no!! Areum-yah~!! Don't give up!! It's going to be okay...Eonni's here..." Eonni went near me despite of her state.

"Slow down, Qri..." The petite said.

I felt my breath losing. I felt a hand holding my head...and Eonni holding me tight.

"I'm sorry. I falied you. I didn't mean all those bad things I've done to you. I didn't mean all of it, okay? You-*cough*-you will always-*groan-you 

will always be my little Areum. You will always be my little sister..." Eonni said as she was in the brink of dying.

"Live for Soyeon-unnie...please promise me that..*sob*...it hurts, Eonni..." I said, growing limp.

"Over here!!" I heard the petite yell.

I could see the paramedics. I saw the petite waving her hands and went back to holding my head.

"May I know my Eonni's friend?" I asked.

"Of course. I'm Jeon Boram...the stalker..." She said shyly.

"Thank you, Boram-unnie..." I said.

"You're welcome..." Boram-unnie cried.

"I'm not going to last long..." I mumbled.

"Don't say that..." Boram-unnie said as she teared up.

"Areum-yah..." Eonni sat up and cradled me.

I felt the love again. I cried and hugged my Eonni tight. Boram-unnie helped Soyeon but stayed by Eonni's side. The paramedics were almost there but 

it was too late for me. I won't be able to graduate high school. I won't be able to see my friends again. I won't be able to see Eomma and Appa 

again. But most importantly, I won't be able to see Eonni and Soyeon-unnie together, her friend Boram-unnie, Eunjung-unnie...and Jiyeon.

"Areum-yah...*pant*...hold on-*cough*-some more, okay?" Eonni cried for me.

"I'll try, Eonni...it hurts, Eonni..." I cried as well as she held my head and kissed my forehead.

"I love you, Eonni..." I said as I clenched on her shirt.

"I love you too...I always have and always will..." She said.

That sufficed it. I stopped clenching my fist. That was all I wanted to hear from her. I was so happy for her to say it to me, even if it means I 

might be gone for good. That was it...that was just it...
