"Ya! assistant come here!" the CEO of Dream entertainment called

"Yes, sajangnim" the assistant arrived and replied almost immediatly

It was still early in the day, the nice morning sun shone through the window. The pair was in the CEO's office as he began nagging his assistant. 

"sales are dropping for our company...." the CEO started "do you know why?"

"sajangnim... we are doing just fine with our stockes and artists"

"No! We arn't actually, you may think that we are but look a this!" the CEO says as he points to this computer. The assistant leans in to see what was on the screen. 

"What boy group os this even!?" the CEO complained. 

"That's EXO sir...."

"I need our company to do better than this. My dear assistant, hold a meeting within this morning with all the representatives here."

"I'm on it"

[ ♦ ] At the meeting [ ♦ ]

The CEO sat down on his seat at the meeting table, sighing and massaging his forehead. 

"we need to bring up our game." the CEO began

"But sir... we've been on top for years, decades even, why are you suddenly saying this?" an exectutive said

"be quiet. i need to think.... Ya! Lee manager!"

"yes sajangnim?" the Department Manager replied

"Give me an update on what trainees we have"

"um.. there is a problem with that."

"WHAT IS IT!"

"we don't actually have any, we either debunked them or debuted them all last year in our rookie groups"

"THEN HOW COME WE NEVER HELD ANY AUDITIONS FOR THE PAST YEAR?!" 

"b-because we tried planning one but you said you didn't want anymore..." 

"Whatever..." the CEO said as he tried to calm himself down "We need to debut another group"

everyone in the room sighed and a few rolled their eyes

"yah.. Kim representative! i saw that!"

"Sorry sir, what shall we do to debut this new group sir?" Kim representative asked

"are you stupid? get new trainees that are ready to debut!"

"but...." Kim rep pulled a defeated face at the assistant directer sitting next to him

"we can take trainees from smaller companies" another manager said

"no... thats too unsatisfactory" the CEO disagreed

"why don't we hold a private audition at an arts high school. They should be experienced and  also talented enough." the Vice president said

The CEO lift up his head and clicked his fingers. "and thats why your the Vice president! wonderful idea! All of you find out the best performing arts school in South Korea and we shall hold an audition there ASAP! Alright everyone dismissed and have answers to me by late afternoon!"

"NEH SAJANGNIM" everyone chorused as they left the room.
