That same night, as she went back inside her dorm, it’s like eyes of hungry hyenas were staring at her. She checked the clock and it was close to 12 midnight and she was practically dragged out of the room again and they all went to the rooftop.

“Hwayoung-ieeeeee! Where have you been?”

“I bet she was on a date with Baekhyun. Just by the look on her face.” They all laughed and looked at the sky.

The streets were filled with people waiting for the fireworks to appear in the vast sky at the strike of twelve midnight. At 11:59PM of December 31, the countdown began. Everyone was anticipating the coming of 2014, especially for Angel’s Kiss. Even though they are staying up late to watch the fireworks display behind the mountain that was at sight from their apartment, they will wake up early to watch the sunrise and shout out their wishes for the coming year.

“3, 2, 1! HAPPY NEW YEAR’S!” Everyone cheered and the loud booms were heard. The sky was filled with different shades of colors. It was a spectacular sight. Angel’s Kiss just stared at awe and inside, they were feeling grateful for this is their first New Year’s as a group.

“Girls!” They stopped watching the fireworks and headed over to their manager. “We’ll be leaving in an hour or two in order to go to East Sea. We can watch the sunrise there so we can all make our 2014 wishes.”

“Yeah!”

2AM, January 1, 2014, Wednesday.

It was time for them to leave for the east to see the East Sea to see the sunrise. It was a long drive, almost like going to Busan just to see the sunrise. It was a 3 hour and 30 minutes drive and they waited for about 30 minutes to an hour for the sun to rise. They talked about how they are grateful to have one another not just as teammates but also like sisters, family.

At last, the sun could be seen over the horizon. The reflection of it in the sea looked spectacular as there were no clouds and one by one, the members started shouting their wishes for the new year. They wished for health, rookie awards, their families, successful comebacks, more projects such as acting, variety, and the like. For Hwayoung, there was a wish she had in mind but she didn’t want to shout it out – a fruitful relationship with Baekhyun. It would’ve been embarrassing for her to shout but as a proud to-be girlfriend, she couldn’t help but shout it.

“I WISH THIS 2014 AND FOR THE NEXT YEARS, I WOULD HAVE A FRUITFUL AND UNFORGETTABLE RELATIONSHIP WITH EXO’S BYUN BAEKHYUN.”

She turned red, almost like the color of the tomato and the members couldn’t help but end up laughing at her for her cuteness. They ended up eating at a restaurant near the beach. As usual, they conversed and they were also given a schedule by their manager. For 2 weeks, they would be on their week off and after that, they will start recording and filming for their comeback song. Teaser have been made but those are the ones without the members and the background song is not their main song. They were all excited for their very first comeback and they swore to each other that they would make their song number 1 on all charts and achieve an all kill within an hour since they are the top rising rookies and they were already claimed as the group that would have the most promising and anticipated comebacks because of their successful debut.

They rested for about 3 hours, also exploring the place they are in before heading back to their dorms so that they can do their usual doings. They were instructed that they aren’t allowed to go back to their families yet since they might be needed for some varieties shows but the company promised that they will be able to go to their hometowns during Chinese New Year.

2 weeks later, January 13, 2014, Monday.

Angel’s Kiss was still on their week off and it seems that one of them has a date with an EXO member. You guessed it right! It’s no other than Kim Hwayoung. Before that, she actually woke up at a latter time than usual. Of course it gets pretty boring in your week off but they just realized that now on the last week. While she was off to take a bath, she received a call from Baekhyun saying that she should visit their dorm with the members today since it’s also their week off. She asked Soeun to go with her since they were like the only members in the dorm. She happily accepted the offer since she actually wants to see how EXO’s dorm looks like. Is it as lavish as their or is it even better since they are under SM?

Soeun has bathed already since she always wakes up early, her body clock has adjusted to how idols wake up so early in the morning, so Hwayoung has to rush to bathe. After that was settled with, she changed to the clothes that Baekhyun gave her last New Year’s Eve.

“I’m sure he’ll like seeing me in this. It’s our 3rd monthsary after all.” She giggled at herself.

“Hwayoung! Are you ready yet?” Soeun shouted from the main door.

“Coming!” The younger replied and gathered her phone and a small sling bag before heading to the door to wear her white Keds shoes.

Meanwhile, in EXO’s dorm, all the members are preparing for the arrival of the 2 Angel’s Kiss members.

“HURRY UP AND CLEAN THE BEDROOMS AND LIVING ROOMS!” Suho, their ‘mommy’ in the dorm shouted as he was running around the dorm.

Everyone was so busy cleaning. 4 people would be doing all the bedrooms, 3 are cleaning the dishes, 4 are cleaning the grand living room and there’s Suho doing all 3 jobs while watching over his kids. They’ve been cleaning for about 2 hours now and it still doesn’t seem enough. Everyone just startled when the doorbell suddenly rang and everyone panicked.

“Who is it?” Sehun answered while looking at the monitor seeing two ladies dressed up.

“Yah! Oh Sehun. Open this door immediately.” Hwayoung, you is extremely close to Sehun, even closer than Baekhyun, replied informally to him. He laughed as he loved teasing her and pressed the button to open the door.

Baekhyun and Chanyeol welcomed them by the door where all their scattered shoes, well, before they were scattered, now they are neatly placed, and both placed Hwayoung and Soeun’s shoes by the side neatly. They were mesmerized that the size of their dorm, well, it’s quite understandable since they have 12 members but they didn’t expect it to be this grand. What they also noticed is that, the dorm is extremely clean! Who would expect that a boys’, I mean an all males’ group would have such a clean dorm?

“Since both of you are here, would you rather go out or stay here with the other members?” Suho asked and the remaining members were pleading for them to stay but it seemed like the 2 ladies wanted to go to a theme park.

“Well, Hwayoung and I have been deciding to go to the theme park together but like, the other members are always out and we are usually the two left in the dorm and it if we’re only two.” Soeun said and Luhan just had an idea in mind.

“How about those who want to go to the theme park go with Hwayoung and Jihyun? I know somebody really wants to go to the theme park with Hwayoung.” Luhan leisurely pointed at Baekhyun who was playing with Hwayoung’s hair.

“I guess that’s a good idea. So, who wants to go to the theme park?”

Obviously, Baekhyun raised his hand, Luhan, too, Sehun, Tao, Kai and Suho. Looks like the others are still tired and worn out from cleaning and from running their own errands. The eight rode Angel’s Kiss’ van and headed out to Lotte World to start their fun day.
