As you may know, the submitting deadline of the fest was supposed to be on July 3.

However, I have realized that a lot of claimers have troubles meeting this deadline.

Therefore, I have decided it’d probably be better for all of us if I changed the deadline date on July 10.

I really hope that these additional days will help you in finishing your works :) If you still think you won’t make it, please remember to send me a mail as soon as possible to inform me of it. It’s not a problem at all; if you think you won’t make it at all, then I’ll just drop you out of the fest (if you want to, of course!), or I’ll just post a note stating your work will be posted later when you finish it.

Don’t hesitate to ask me if you want any question!

• SUBMITTING:

1. Please send submissions to the fest's email address. Use the subject line as such: “EBFest Submission - AFF_OR_TUMBLR_OR_TWITTER_USERNAME”.
2. Please send your submissions as attachments (I have Windows 8, which means I probably can’t open Mac files. Word files for fic are best, though I’m not sure about images and such yet).
3. The submitting form is to be included either in the mail you will send along with your attachment or directly in the attachment. If it’s an image, include these informations in the body of your email. You don’t have to fill the sections in which you don’t apply.
4. Don’t forget to read the Fic Specific Guidelines and/or the Art Specific Guidelines.
