Drabble that happened as soon as I woke up this morning and checked on my phone. What even.

It was their first kiss and Mark wasn't really expecting Jackson's lips to be this dry and chapped. He pulled away a bit, leaving a few inches distance between their faces.

"Do you even know the technology of lip balms and chapsticks?" His voice was neither teasing nor sarcastic, just plain questioning. It wasn't that he was complaining, he was just concerned. Jackson snorted.

"It's a fact that using lip balm would make your lips drier, so you'd buy more of it. It's a market strategy."

Mark shrugged. It was not as if he was using one anyway, but at least his lips were fine. Maybe not that moisturized but still fine.

"Whatever, smartass."

Jackson leaned in and stopped a centimeter from Mark's mouth. "Well, you could just it if you're that worried about it." He said, lips moving against Mark's as he talked. He stated it albeit teasingly, but there was an underlying seriousness to it. Mark gave him a chaste peck.

"Okay then."
