Meeting the Theif
Master TheifIt's been about 9 hours since the police started guarding the museum. Who knows when Daehyun will strike. They were all tired and tense at the same time. Zelo thought about what Yongguk said. Unlike most, he was pumped. He had never seen Daehyun directly. It had always been different officers that caught a glimpse of the thief in action. Zelo was also anticipating catching the pain in the very much. He wanted the black haired handsome devil to finally get the consequences of his crimes.
Click.
"Here I come~" Daehyun's voice played through the speaker throughout the museum.
They were all alerted and sent a few men to the announcement room, but of course he was not there.
Whoosh wish wish
Officers guarding the second floor balcony started dropping like flies including Youngjae. Zelo saw everyone rushing to the second floor.
"Calm down" they heard their chief announce. "Squad 2, 3, onto the second floor. Squad 4, 5 go look for his sniping location, squad 1 stay in your positions. Don't worry about men on the second floor, remember, Daehyun uses tranquilizers."
The chief had not assigned their positions randomly. Half the assign officers in each room remained. Each room had members from every squad. Zelo's heart was beating really fast. The museum alarm rang, meaning Daehyun was legitametaly in the building and had stolen something. "Dammit." Zelo cursed under his breath while staying in his position. Things were moving to quickly. Daehyun shot the men on the second floor not more than 5 minutes ago but he stole something already? How is that possible...? Did he have someone work with him this time. Zelo was frustrated and couldn't figure out how this was all happening.
"Chief! He was seen in the left wing" an officer came to inform them. Zelo's foot moved on its own but he stood his ground.
"You can go." His chief commanded. With that he dashed to the left wing. Daehyun was no where to be seen. 40 minutes has past since the museum alarm rang.
--
Daehyun hummed while he roped down the building's right side at a leisurely pace. He landed his feet on the ground and was having a great time. "Dumb police" he chuckled. He turned around only to see a man at a distance away just staring at him. Daehyun was startled and unsettled . Then he started laughing.
"So at least one person isn't a complete fool. A hobo!"
"The tall trees and bushes hid you from view very well, not to mention the diversions you used to split up the police. The left wing holds the Neckalace of Para, by far the most valuable item in the museum, but you have a particular taste that tends to ignore price tags. You stole the Dock de Tombstone Neckalace I presume." Yongguk said in a monotone voice while looking at the bag.
The smirk on Daehyun's face faded, "Well the diversions didn't work on everyone... But you aren't pointing a gun at me..."
Daehyun pulled our his handheld taser gun and pointed it at Yongguk. "Are ya gonna fight me?"
"No," Yongguk responded. Daehyun smirked and walked past Yongguk.
"I was testing to see if my theory was correct... Your easier to read than they give you credit for." The deep voice spoke.
Daehyun paused annoyed.
"This time you had a lot of fun but next time..." Yongguk and Daehyun turned around and faced each other. "Next time.. I'm going to catch you." The stranger smiled.
Daehyun paused and then he tucked his gun into his holder. He then shuffled through his bag as if he was doing something mildly inconvient that he didn't have to.
Yongguk was perplexed. This wasn't part of the plans he predicted Daehyun would do. What is he doing? Why isn't he taking this time to escape?
"Oaf" Daehyun threw a huge raw fish which Yongguk caught stone faced.
"Bye bye now~" Daehyun waved playful as he left.
Yongguk stood there like a statue with the fish in his hands. What the was that.... ?Why the hell was he holding this huge heavy raw fish around with him during his heist?! There's no way he would've predicted an unarmed person would catch him escaping....
"HahahAha" Yongguk started laughing out loud. "So he's not that simple after all."
