Epilogue
My RerunWhether Han and the three chances were real or just a part of my dream, I don’t care anymore. What important to me now were the things I’ve learned because of that.
Not all the people we have now will be with us until the end. Some will go, some will stay. Each one of them has his role to play in our lives.
Like Yoona, my best friend, who teached me the true meaning of the word “friend”. It doesn’t matter what you look like or what is your status in the society, because a real friend is looking there, right inside your heart. Maybe there are times that you would argue about a thing or two, but that is normal in any relationship, right? What matters is the bond and foundation you have for your friendship to not fall. She’s always there for you to make you feel you’re not alone. Well, maybe there were times they will just hit your head because of how stupid you are about something but that’s just their sweet way for you to realize things.
Xiumin. He taught me how to love whole-heartedly and how to let go when it has to. I was just hard-headed and so stubborn that I was a mess for a long time. He also taught me how to accept things that I can’t change. He was the reason why I learned that people come and people go. So we must don’t hesitate to show the ones you love how much you love them, because we’ll never know until when they will stay by our side.We will never know when the time comes that they will be taken away from us. And oh, because of him, I realized that it wouldn’t lead you to any good if you let your anger overcome you to the point of closing you eyes and ears to see and hear the side of others. But the best thing I’ve learned from him is that we should accept and face every event of our lives bravely because every happening has its purpose.
Han? Yeah, he taught mo that selfishness leads me to nothing but worse situation than before. He taught me how to be happy for the one you love even if it means sacrificing your own happiness. He also taught me to give my trust again to someone and to love again whole-heartedly. Because of him I learned to smile and laugh again genuinely from my heart. And maybe, just maybe, because of him, Han or Luhan, I will learn how to open my heart again to someone.
I’m Lee Sunkyu a.k.a. Sunny, a girl who’s once became a prison of a loss love and broken promises. A girl who’s now matured enough to face struggles that life may bring because of the lessons she got from her life’s rerun---MY RERUN.
