Sem sat alone on the bench at a nearby playground digging into the sand with her right foot. She didn’t care if her shoes got dirty. Her foot moved side-to-side as she dug deeper and she could see the darker shade of the sand with the moonlight shining down. She kicked the sand and it flew into the empty space in front of her. Her head slowly lifted and her eyes stared at the bright moon. She felt a pain inside and a tear dropped without her realizing it.

A warm hand slightly wiped her fallen tear from the side and it made her turn her head. Sem’s head quickly turned when she noticed it was SungGyu sitting next to her. She wiped the tear that was ready to fall with her black sweater sleeve.

SungGyu reached over placing his hand on the sides of her head and made her face him. His face had no expression seeing her eyes becoming red filled with tears. A tear got loose and it rolled down her red cheek. He could feel her tear stopping as it hit the side of his palm. He held her head still when she tried to break loose. She tried again.

“It’s okay,” his soft words stopped her and her big watery eyes looked into his. “It’s not your fault. It’s okay.” Yet another tear rolled down and her cheeks tighten. SungGyu let go and pulled her into his arms. Sem returned his hug and she held him tightly as she began to let go of all her emotions. “It’s okay. Everything’s going to be okay,” he said patting the back of her head. He could her starting to cry louder into
