Ch.11
Light at the End of the TunnelFor hours at end, the quintet spent their time together playing video games, chowing down on chips, cold pizza and sodas. They talked about everything and anything; mostly just teasing Onew about Jessica. They all liked her; even if Key swore he couldn’t stand her sense of fashion, and were happy that their friend was no longer forever alone. And by time their energy ran out, and they were sleeping spread out across Jonghyun’s bedroom, it was almost three in the morning. Onew, Jonghyun, and Taemin were sprawled across the bed; Onew and Jonghyun were laying next to each other and Taemin was laying sideways over them. Minho and Key had chosen the floor rather then get pushed off the bed during the night. It didn’t exactly hold five people, let alone three.
Because some would fall off; just as Taemin just did as Onew rolled over. He fell off the bed, landing harshly on Minho and Key, waking the three of them up.
“Ow,” Key moaned as he sat up.
“S-Sorry,” Taemin whispered, yawning softly. He rubbed his eyes and blinked and looked around. There wasn’t any room for him to sleep.
“Are you okay, Tae?” Minho asked, worried that his boyfriend might have hit his head on the nightstand.
“There’s nowhere for me to sleep,” Taemin said softly, his lip quivering.
“Come on, let’s go sleep in my room,” Key whispered, standing up. Minho and Taemin followed him down the dark hallway until they reached his bedroom. Key stumbled over to his desk and switched on the lamp. Taemin crawled into the bed, snuggling under the covers, and Minho tucked him in. He fell asleep almost immediate
