Lizzy's POV

Just as I promised, I met Nana right after I finished my class. I was wondering why she said she missed me though. We always see each other almost everyday. 

She's staying in their choir practice room for a while. I took a peek inside as I made my way through there.
I saw her. She was playing the piano with her hair tied messily. I couldn't help but smile as I watch her. I definitely missed times like this. Watching her from afar, when she still doesn't know about me as my feelings for her remain untold. Moments later, our eyes finally met. She stopped playing the piano. She gave me a signal in which I can enter the room freely. I did what I was told.

"Where is everyone?" I asked her.

She shrugged without saying anything. It seems that it's only the two of us here.

"I cannot forgive you for pushing me a while ago. You should pay for it." She said with her serious face.

"What?" I asked in a shock expression.

"You just don't understand me do you? I told you I have class." I continued.

She got up from her seat and came towards me. Everything was too fast. I didn't realize that she started backing me off against a wall.

"You're blushing again Park Lizzy." She said to me.

I really can't help it whenever she teased me like this.

"Aren't you gonna push me away? Like what you did a while ago." She continued.

"I don't know." I said to her. My mind was really blank.

"Well then I'll meet you at my dorm tonight. My roommate is gone for a while." She said to me.

"Yeah. Yeah." I nodded just when I felt my phone vibrating. Nana moved away from me for a while as I checked on my phone.

It was Niel. I answered it.

"What?"

"Lizzy-a, this is your mom." A calm voice spoke to me.

"Omma?"

"I'm at the bus stop near your school right now. I just wanted to visit you but I can't find your boarding house." She said to me. It was really my mom. I missed her voice. I haven't really been talking to my parents since I was either too preoccupied with school or my social life. 

"Is that so? Um ok. I'll be coming there." I replied.

I hung up already. 

I faced Nana this time.

"Looks like we won't be having another sleepover. My mom came for a visit. Sorry... Oh and she's already outside of the school right now though."

"No. It's ok. I mean it's your mom. So go ahead."

I went outside of the school to check on my mom at the bus stop. Nana came along with me. I saw my mom standing there. She's with Niel.

"Omma." I said to my mom as I called her out.

We hugged for a moment.

"I was lucky that I saw Niel. I borrowed his phone so that I could call you." She said to me.

"But, where's your phone?" I asked her.

"I left it at home. I was too excited to come and visit you."

I felt relieved knowing that her phone isn't lost. I thanked Niel. Also, I began introducing Nana to her. I felt guilty that I introduced her as a friend knowing that we are already more than that. But I felt even guiltier due to the fact that I lied to my mom. All my life, I swear I never lied to them. I always obeyed my parents while growing up. I always do what I was told. The only reason why I was doing good in school is because they wanted me to be succesful in everything that I do. But now, I felt like I've done something wrong. I began disobeying them as I happen to be in a relationship with Nana. My parents are conservatives too. I know they'd be very ashamed of me once they knew about it.

My mom invited both Nana and Niel for dinner. Unlike Nana, my mom knew Niel for a long time so she's always asking about Nana this time.

Our conversation is going well until...

"So Niel, I was just thinking. When are you going to ask her out. The two of you really look good together. Also, I want a smart and handsome son in law like you." My mom said to Niel.

"Omma." I patted my mom.

I could see that Niel couldn't help but smile while it got awkward for Nana and I.

"It'll really depend on Lizzy I guess." He replied to my mom.

When we're finished eating, Nana left earlier. She told us that she'll be doing something.

I walked her outside of the restaurant.

"I guess I'll just see you then." I said to her. 

Her expression seemed blank again.

"Yeah." She said as I hugged her.
