"I barely can go a couple hours without seeing her, or at least hearing her voice."

After hanging out with Myungsoo for a little bit, Krystal promised another date with Jonghyun.

This time, they took a walk to the park and had some ice cream.

Simple, yet adorable.

But throughout their entire date, the only thing on her mind was Minho & Myungsoo.

She still couldn't grasp her mind around everything.

Jonghyun stared at her, smiling, "I really appreciate the chances you've been giving me to prove my worth to you."

Krystal turned to face him, smiling back at him, "I'm really happy you've made my time worth it; you're a great guy Jonghyun."

"I was wondering," Jonghyun fiddled with his fingers, "What are we to each other now? I mean, we've kind of been going on dates for almost 2 months now."

Krystal sighed, thinking back to what all her friends have told her.

"If Jonghyun makes you happy, let him. You deserve to have someone love you the way he does."

"Jonghyun's a great guy and it's obvious how much he cares for you."

After listing all of Jonghyun's positive qualities in her head, Minho popped into her mind.

Minho & I would never happen anyways. He has Sulli.

Krystal looked deeply into Jonghyun's eyes; sincerity flooding right out of him.

"What do you want us to be?" She teased.

Jonghyun's face lit up, he grabbed her hands and pulled them closer to his face; "Krystal Jung, will you be my girlfriend?"

Krystal felt the warmness in his touch; the kindness in his voice.

Krystal, it's time for you to be happy. "Yes, I will be your girlfriend Kim Jonghyun."

"Yes!" Jonghyun jumped off the bench; screaming in joy.

A couple of his fans witnessed the scene and some stayed because of how adorable it was; but those who were upset, left them alone.

Krystal covered and giggled, "Jonghyun, quit being so embarrassing!"

Jonghyun lifted her up off the bench, wrapping his arms around the back of her waist; looking into her eyes, "You do not understand how happy you've made me today."

"I'm happy too." Krystal smiled at him, hugging him back.

Jonghyun's hands slowly crept up to her face; he leaned in slowly.

Krystal was hesitant, but she leaned as well.

And when their lips touched, Jonghyun became even happier than he already was.

But for Krystal, the only thing that was still on her mind was Minho.

She hated feeling like this; but she hoped that Jonghyun would help her keep him off her mind.

"I don't quite understand, I thought your guys' relationship was going well." Soo Man narrowed his eyes, trying to sink in what Minho was trying to explain.

Minho took another deep breath, "Sulli & I were fine at first, but I don't think I can continue our relationship any longer."

Sulli rolled her eyes, still yet to have said a word throughout their entire time in his office.

Soo Man turned to Sulli, "How long do you guys have left for the drama?"

"About just 2 more months." Sulli answered back flatly.

"Then," Soo Man looked at Minho, "Keep your relationship going for these last 2 months."

Minho sat up, "What?"

Soo Man sighed, "Do you even understand how much your ratings will drop if they hear that the main couple is breaking up in real life while in the midst of the drama?"

Minho looked down, not really thinking about that.

"Exactly." Soo Man told them, "I'm not asking what's the deal on why you two want to break up in the first place because that is clearly none of my business. I'm allowing you two to break up; but only once this drama ends."

Minho took a quick glance at Sulli, seeing a smirk form on her face.

Minho was about to talk back once again, but Soo Man's phone began to ring.

"Just hold on a second." Soo Man excused himself as he picked up the phone.

"Oh, really? .. That's great news! .. I'm really happy for you. .. You said some fans got pictures? .. That's fine then; I will release the official statement tonight. .. Is that okay with her? .. Then I wish you two the best of luck."

Soo Man then hung up the phone, smiling from ear to ear.

Sulli raised her eyebrows, her arms still crossed over her chest, "Who was that?"

"Jonghyun." Soo Man answered, "He asked for my permission to be official with Jessica's little sister. Krystal, I think her name is?"

Minho's eyes widened; his chance was now officially gone.

Sulli smirked, "That's wonderful! They make a very cute couple."

Soo Man nodded his head, "I hope they actually last too. None of Jonghyun's relationships seem to last longer than 2 months; and I feel that Krystal balances him out quite well."

Sulli nodded her head, looking at Minho, "I agree. They're made for each other."

Minho glared at Sulli; clenching his fists underneath the table.

He was supposed to be happy for his best friend; but he just couldn't do it.

Minho would do anything to be Jonghyun at that moment; but instead, he was stuck in a relationship his heart didn't want to continue.

Minho finally softened up, sighing heavily, "Just 2 more months and Sulli and I can end this right?"

Sulli stared at him in shock, still upset that he wanted to end their relationship so abruptly.

Soo Man nodded his head, "Just endure it for 2 more months and I promise to then release an official statement on your guys' breakup."

Minho nodded his head, leaning back in his chair, None of Jonghyun's relationships last more than 2 more months. You can do this Minho.

"I lost my chance." Minho shook his head, running his hands through his hair.

He called Ha Neul to come grab some drinks at the bar that night; something to get his mind off things.

Well, try to at least.

Ha Neul looked at his hopeless friend, "Minho, don't you think you're kind of over thinking everything? I mean, what you're feeling for Krystal could go away after like a week if you really think about it."

"Ha Neul," Minho turned to face him, "I was so damn close to confessing when I was alone with her. I'm going fcking insane. I don't know what the hell she did, but I can't ever get her out of my mind. When she's with Jonghyun, I just wanna scream. When she's with Myungsoo, I become so heated up. When she's with Kai, I wanna do everything to grab her attention. I've never felt this way before hyung; even while I still had feelings for Sulli."

Ha Neul couldn't help but smile after hearing him explain his feelings like that; "You know Minho, I really do think you are falling in love."

"Love?" Minho chuckled, "Love already? Can't I just simply like the girl?"

Ha Neul shook his head, "No, because that's the exact same way I feel with Ji Won. I barely can go a couple hours without seeing her, or at least hearing her voice. Everything about her just gives me warmth; and seeing how you are with Krystal, she's basically become your rock."

Minho set his drink down, looking up at his friend, "My rock?"

Ha Neul nodded his head, "She gives you motivation and she makes you happy. That's all that matters."

"If only it was that easy." Minho chuckled, "My best friend is now dating her and I'm obliged to stay with Sulli up until the end of this drama. Great life I have."

Ha Neul tilted his head, "Does Jonghyun know about your feelings?"

"Of course not!" Minho shook his head, "I could never do that to him."

Ha Neul bit his lip, "You know, I think you should tell him."

Minho raised his eyebrows, "Why would I do that? That would only make matters worse."

"Just listen." Ha Neul cut him off, "Jonghyun and you have been best friends ever since pre-debut; everyone knows that. I'm sure he wouldn't let your feelings just go by like that; he's pretty considerate."

Minho nodded his head, understanding him, "I get what you're saying hyung, but the thing is; I've put myself in Jonghyun's shoes before. And as selfish as this sounds, I wouldn't let Krystal go; even if it were my best friend who tried to stop us."

"Wow," Ha Neul leaned back in his chair, "Things are serious."

Minho nodded his head, taking another sip of his drink, "I just wish I knew how to stop my feelings bro."

The In Your Embrace presscon finally came along; the directors and cast arranged themselves in appropriate order.

From left to right it went: Ji Won, Ha Neul, Sulli, Minho, Krystal, then Jin Hyuk.

Krystal & Minho exchanged awkward glances; not really saying anything to each other.

Jin Hyuk leaned in, "Remember what I told you guys a couple days ago; you have to stay true to the story and lots of fans will be watching this."

Sulli rolled her eyes, clearly displeased with everyone and everything around her.

A woman with a headset approached them and said they would begin asking questions and filming in about 30 seconds.

They all nodded their heads; getting themselves comfortable.

The main interviewer came out from the backstage and bowed; taking a seat beside Jin Hyuk.

"It's such a pleasure to be in the same room as the cast of one of the most popular and in demand dramas of this year."

Jin Hyuk nodded his head, "It's an honor to be able to bring Krystal Jung's story to life; she is a very talented author."

Krystal smiled and blushed, "Thank you so much."

The interviewer looked at her, "While we're on this topic of Krystal Jung, what's it like being compared to your older sister, Jessica?"

"Well," Krystal sighed, "I really don't mind it. I've always looked up to my unnie, but as people can see, we don't really do the same things for a living. I love to write and direct and she loves to perform. We just want to make a name for each of us."

The interviewer nodded his head, pleased with her answer; "We'll now be taking questions from the press."

One reporter stood up, looking at Minho, "Minho, you've received far more praise for this drama rather than your last one; how does that make you feel?"

Minho smiled, "Of course, it's such a wonderful feeling. I've worked so hard for this role and I'm glad people are seeing the effort I've put in; along with everyone else in this cast."

"Ji Won, do you find it awkward working with your ex and current boyfriend?"

She laughed, looking at Minho with a playful glare; then hugged Ha Neul's arm.

"It's actually not awkward at all to be honest. We've become such a tight knit family and it's so much fun to work with people who were already my friends; and even make new friends such as Krystal." Ji Won gave Krystal a soft smile.

Ha Neul put his arm over Ji Won's chair, listening to the question given to him; "Do I ever take my fight scenes with Minho to heart?" He repeated, "Of course not," Ha Neul chuckled, "Minho's one of my best friends and honestly, whenever we're done with a fight scene; we always just laugh it off."

"Hey, sometimes you really hurt me." Minho touched his face, hitting his arm.

"Sulli, you see pretty distant and quiet lately; very different from how we usually see you. Have things been going rocky between you and Minho?" A reporter, who was well known to push buttons, asked.

If only I could just expose him right now. Sulli faked a smile and looked at Minho, grabbing onto his hand, "Minho & I have just been focusing on our work a lot lately. With SHINee touring & F(x) making our comeback right now with Red Light, it's hard to make time for one another. But, we are doing just fine."

Minho wanted to let go for Sulli's grip, but he just couldn't. He looked at her and smiled back at her.

In the crowd, the SHINee & F(x) members were sitting in the back; supporting their friends during their presscon.

Jonghyun's focus was only on Krystal and Key nudged him, chuckling.

Another reporter stood up, looking at Krystal, "Rumors have been spreading about you and SHINee member Jonghyun. After the pictures being released and the confirmation from SM himself, how are you and Jonghyun doing?"

Krystal bit her bottom lip as she blushed; feeling everyone's eyes on her always made her nervous.

"Well," Krystal covered as she giggled, "We're taking things slowly. Jonghyun's treated me so nice ever since I met him and I just really enjoy his presence."

The camera turned around to look at Jonghyun being teased by the SHINee & F(x) members.

But, another camera focused on Minho's bitter reaction.

He sat there still, just staring at the floor; clearly not amused.

"Jonghyun, do you have any words for Krystal?" The interviewer asked.

Jonghyun just smiled, "You're the best, keep doing what you do. And don't forget our date tonight." he winked.

"Ahh!" Female reporters squealed and the guy reporters just chuckled at Jonghyun's cheesiness.

Krystal covered her face, laughing some more.

But once again, Minho was the only one without any reaction whatsoever.

The same reporter who asked Sulli tough questions stood up again, looking at Minho, "Minho, there were rumors circulating about Krystal and you earlier in the drama; what was really going on?"

Minho's eyes widened at the sudden attack at him. The laughter died down and he looked at Krystal, who was just as nervous as he was.

"Those rumors were taken out of hand." He answered, "Everyone who knows me know I'm a very caring person. Even when Ha Neul is out for filming, I'm seen with Ji Won back stage and people freak out. The reason it may seem like that with Krystal, is because she's like a little sister to me now; especially now that she's dating my hyung."

You just called her a little sister on broadcast; what the fck is wrong with you Minho? Minho nodded his head, faking another smile.

Krystal smiled as well, just going along with what he was saying.

Little sister. She repeated in her head; Looks like he really doesn't have feelings for me.

Ha Neul looked off to the side, covering his face as he felt his friend's second hand embarrassment.

Key looked at Amber with a quick shake of his head; wondering why he would set himself up like that.

"He probably just panicked." Amber texted Key.

Jin Hyuk felt an awkward vibe coming out from the actors and Krystal; so he decided to cut it all short, "We hate to say this, but we need to cut this interview short due to F(x) promotions."

The interviewer nodded his head, understanding, "Ah, well thank you all for your time and congrats once again on your guys' success. May you all gain more viewers and ratings go up higher; if that is even possible."

All of them began to go their separate ways after the presscon.

Sulli left without a word with the rest of the F(x) members, Ji Won got picked up by her manager and Lee Hyun Woo to go film a CF, Key, Taemin, and Onew left to go rest, and Jonghyun met up with Krystal backstage and waited for her before they left for another date.

But Minho & Ha Neul stayed back to talk through some things together.

"I really can't believe you called her a "little sister" on live TV." Ha Neul couldn't help but shake his head, "You can't take those words back bro."

Minho ran his hands through his hair, "I freaked out; I panicked. What else was I supposed to say? I'm in love with my best friend's girlfriend? Yeah, that would totally work out perfectly Ha Neul."

Ha Neul sighed, "I'm not saying that's what you should've said; but come on, imagine what Krystal is thinking right now."

"What do you mean?" Minho raised his eyebrows at him.

"Well," Ha Neul moved his hands around, "Let's just say that Krystal does have feelings for you, which I'm sure she does, she'll get the feeling that you're not interested in her at all anymore."

Minho narrowed his eyes, "I don't get what you're trying to say. Why would she date Jonghyun if she likes me?"

Ha Neul shook his head, chuckling once again, "Same reason why you're dating Sulli. You don't like Sulli anymore and it's obvious. I just feel you both took the easy way out of controversies and just totally ignore each other most of the time."

Minho looked down; letting everything that Ha Neul said sink into his head.

"What do you think I should do then? I can't out right confess to her like I had planned now." Minho slightly pouted, blowing out a heavy sigh.

"If I were you, I would just try to get to know her more. You can go along with the "little sister" theme; for now. But make sure you don't be too obvious about it; because everything does get blown out of proportion. And in the end, if something were to happen, you're going to look like the bad guy and Krystal will get hate as well." Ha Neul ran his hands through his hair, "It's risky, but if you think it's worth it; that's a good start."

Minho bit his lip, She's worth it. She's worth everything.

"Hey, your ex girlfriend was on TV earlier." Sungyeol teased Myungsoo; as always.

Myungsoo rolled his eyes, "I know, I watched it. You can quit teasing me okay."

Dongwoo shrugged his shoulders, "You really shouldn't be mad because Krystal's hot. Personally, I like her more than Jessica."

Hoya walked into the room; taking another sip of his soda, "I agree. I don't understand why you would end things with someone as fine as her for someone like that."

Myungsoo looked up at Sungyeol, who's eyes met his.

After the break up with Krystal, MyungSoo tried to date other girls; but none of them made him as happy as Krystal did.

But, things changed when he got put into the group INFINITE and met a choding named Sungyeol.

They've officially been together for almost 5 months; as boyfriend and boyfriend.

The only people who know about the real relationship are the INFINITE guys and Krystal; who accepted Sungyeol for Myungsoo whole heartedly.

Myungsoo knew that lots of fans were very supportive of Myungyeol as a couple; but he didn't know how the fans would react if they heard the guy/guy couple they constantly wrote fan-fictions about was actually in a relationship.

Sungyeol understood why Myungsoo didn't want to come out yet; and he was the same.

Life wasn't easy for gay couples; and it didn't get easier for idols.
