I scroll through the pages of pann on Nate and Naver as I read some mixed opinions about our previous appearances. Some say that I look strikingly pretty, but others actually fat-shame me. Usually, this doesn’t bother me that much, but essentially reading a fan say that SNSD would be better off without me made me quite sad. I may not be perfect but I believe we balance each other out impeccably.

As my eyes began to slowly water, I heard footsteps’ nearing my room as my door slowly bursts open.

“Yul-ah!” Hyoyeon chimed

“Hey” I whisper, trying to wipe away any trace of wretchedness in my eyes as I close the laptop shut

“What were you doing?” Hyoyeon queries with raised eyebrows

“M—Me? No—nothing. I was just laughing at a few articles that were published a while back. I wonder, how does Tao deal with people still believing you are still with Jay oppa?” I ask

Hyoyeon huffs and slumps on my bed

“He just trusts me. I guess the world doesn’t need to know about my current relationship status and that we broke up with Jay mainly because we had differences. Soo man nim always encouraged us to date inside, but he has actually warned us quite a few times about keeping it subtle. With all the love Exo is getting, I don’t think it would be pleasant for the fans to know their oppa’s are dating their sunbae’s. Plus, Jay and I are friends”

“Well, you’ve got a point” I say

Hyoyeon sits up and crosses her legs.

“In regards to Exo… I believe I need to tell you something”

“What is it?” I ask full of smiles

I realized my voice might have been a little loud considering the fact that Hyoyeon scowls as she covers both her ears. Seriously though, this woman most probably is joking.

“Tell me you did NOT do that! How could you actually consider hiring him in the team with us? Are you crazy?” I query, placing my laptop to the side.

“According to manager oppa I’m not crazy. Borderline, with homicidal propensities towards my eight sisters, but that’s logical” Hyoyeon answers back with a beam

Before I could actually go crazy and throw a fit, you all should know that Hyoyeon, in reality does what she wants and has no filters.

Honestly, it is no secret within our team that Hyoyeon doesn’t have a liking for Luhan, which makes it even more disturbing that she has actually decided to place him within our dance team. I mean, I don’t even like Luhan. I’m seriously still trying to figure out why I ever slept with him in the first place. And then slowly, I find myself doing that mistake again. For more than 6 months where the rumours of me having a relationship with him began to circulate. 

“Take him out! Immediately! Tell him it’s not going to work! I mean we already have Tao and Kai with us. What do we need him for?” I beg

There is no ing way I could actually concentrate knowing that every time I step inside our dance room, he’s going to be there. It’s bad enough that he shows up impromptu all the time to check on Tao—so this would eventually make me hate practicing even more.

Hyoyeon rolls her eyes and then Sooyoung enters as well.

“If you’re going to continue sleeping with Luhan, it’s better you get to know him more” Sooyoung informs

“I am NOT sleeping with him! Jesus!” I claim, messing my hair up

Theoretically, I am not lying. I’m sleeping with him, but not at THIS MOMENT.

“Shut up Yul. I heard grotesque animal noises coming from your hotel room the day we were at Beijing.” Sooyoung laughs
