Hyomin POV

Today starts the second semester, even though I only had one week of rest for tutoring Jiyeon... but on the other hand I was really happy when Jiyeon told me that she had passed all her exams.. today after one week I will finally see her.. I made my everymorning routine and headed to school.. while I was on school nothing seemed to changed, the sport kids were with each other, so as the nerds and finally the popular kids.. and among them, I saw her.. I saw Jiyeon.. my Park Jiyeon, and she was coming towards me with her group of friends.. My hands were buisy with books but I still manage to give her a smile while she was coming my way.. Until something happen..

Girl:"Jiyeon.. look at this nerd"

HM: "Show some respect, I'm older than you"

Girl: "Respect? we are superiors than you.. you should respect us "

JY: "Just leave her.. it's not worth our time"

HM: "Jiyeon-ah"

JY: "Don't say my name.. is disgusting to hear it coming from your mouth"

HM: "What the heck is wrong with you?!"

Girl: ".. you know who she is? show her some respect.. she could get you expell from this school"

HM: "Mind your own buisness, I'm talking to her"

JY: "You should learn how to respect people who are superior tha you.. or should I teach you a lesson ?"

Those words really hurt me.. I never thought JY would dare to be like her friends and specially with me.. I don't know what are we honestly, but I thought she would never treat me like that again.. I was disppointed in her and sad.. I looked at her and she just laugh at me

HM: "Park Jiyeon, you really have nothing else to say?"

JY: "I told you not to say my name" (slapping HM) Oh god, what have I just done? I just slap my love, Minnie (thought)

HM: "I get it.. it was just a game"

Girl: "Leave now.. desappear .. is disgusting to breath the same air as a nerd like you"

I picked up my books and left.. I felt my heart breaking, how could she slap me? do I mean nothing to her? what am I to her?.. I guess she just used  me to pass her exams, I should have know that better.. I'm such and idiot, how could I fall for her?.. after my self-thinking time, I went back to class.. the teacher told me to sit nex to Jiyeon.. I heard her calling me, but I just ignore her.. I was way to hurt to face her

JY: "Hyomin" (no reponse from HM) "Hyomin-ssi"

Teacher: "Kids, this essey will be in pairs, so please search a partner and come and tell me who your partner is"

JY: "Hyomin do you wa-"

HM: "Tiff, do you have a partner?"

Tiff: "No, want to be with me?"

HM: "Sure.. it's been a long time since we were together"

Tiff: "Yes, thank god I transfer in the second semester.. at least we will have one class together"

HM: "Yes, let's go and tell the teacher that we are going to be partners"

Tiff: "Sure"

I went with Tiff towards the teacher and told her we were going to be partners.. I watched JY from afar.. honestly, after the slap, I'm a little scared to be near her now.. I love her, but my fear for her is bigger.. I always saw her saying things to students, but never to the point of hitting someone and specially me, I guess her friends bring the worst out of her.. on the other side, I'm happy Tiff agrred on being my partner.. Tiff have been my friend for a long time, we're like sisters acutally.. we tell eachother everything, so I'm happy to be with her.. when I got back to my chair Jiyeon poked my arm, I was a little scared.. but didn't show it

JY: "Hyomin"

HM: "W-what?"

JY: "Can we meet after class today?" I see fear in her eyes.. Oh no, is she scared of me? did I actually make her to be scared of me.. this can't be, Hyomin-ah I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to slap you.. I hope you forgive me.

HM: "If you want to slap me again.. just do it here, no need to wait after class"

JY: "Hyomin it's not like tha-"

Tiff: "Minnie.. what time today?"

HM: "After school is ok for you?"

Tiff: "Sure"

JY: "Excuse me Hyomin.. please I need to talk to you"

HM: *sigh* "Just forget it Jiyeon ok? I don't want to be another toy for you" (Whispering to JY)

JY: "You aren't.. just let me explain"

HM: "Look, I know what you're going to say.. you didn't use me, you really like me, you didn't mean to slap me.. but you did, and you did it beacause of your friends.. am I right?"

JY: "Hyomin how did you-"

HM: "I like you too Jiyeon.. in fact I think I love you, but if you're just going to acte all i to me when you are with your friends.. then don't talk to me again, I don't want to be your "girl" in the night and your punch bag during the day"

JY: "But I don't want you to be that.. I want you to be-"

HM: "What? you want me to be what?"

JY: *SIGH* Why can't I bring myself to tell her? this is frustraiting I love her too.. but, I can't tell her here "Nevermind"

HM: "Just as I thought.. you're just going to pretend like nothing happen just like this morning"

JY: "Yes I will" Oh no, what did I just said? I don't mean to say that

HM: "Fine then Ms. Park.. stay away from me then"

Teacher: "Ok kids that will be all for today.. remember to do you essey for next week, good luck.. you can leave now"

HM: "Tiff, let's go!"

Tiff: "To your place or mine?"

HM: "Where do you want to go?"

Tiff: "Yours.. is more quiet"

HM: "You're right.. then let's get going"

Tiff: "Ok"

I left with Tiff to my house.. I couldn't help but to watch JY as I was leaving the class-room with Tiff.. I really want to be with her, but if she wants to pretend like nothing happen, then I guess I'll have to do the same.. I felt tears forming in my eyes, I knew I lost Jiyeon.. but we never were anything, so I think I'll be easy to forget her.. even though my heart hurts a lot now..
