Eunmi P.O.V

 

What is this?

 

Wings were what you saw. But they weren’t ordinary wings that you see on a bird; they were wings that you see.. on a human?

You tried to touch them, but something, no, someone was calling you.

 

Who’s..?

 

“Eunmi. Eunmi-ah. Wake up.”

 

Not wanting to wake up, I rolled over and accidentally fell off my bed with a thump.

 

“Oww, that hurt.. a lot,” I replied to the pain in my back.

 

“Of course it would hurt! You just fell off your bed!” mom was nagging me.

 

I just sheepishly smiled at her and ignored the pain.

 

“Hurry up and get ready; at this rate, we’re going to be late!” mom said.

 

“Late? Where are we going?” I asked, still on the floor.

 

“The church, remember? We were going to donate your old clothes,” mom reminded.

 

Oh yeah..

 

“What time do we have to be there again?” I asked.

 

“10:30 am” mom answered me with a short reply.

 

I looked at the mini clock on my desk.

 

10:00 AM

 

I groaned and quietly complained,”Why so early?!”

 

“Be as fast as the wind!” mom told me and walked out of my room.

“Thank you so much! The kids will love these clothes!” one of the female workers, at the church, was grateful about the clothes I gave them.

 

“It’s my pleasure. I feel really bad for them. They’re such nice kids; why would their parents want to abandon them?” I said.

 

“I know, right? Anyways, please come visit the kids soon. They love it when you come over. They’re always asking when you’re coming over, haha,” she smiled.

 

“I’ll probably visit soon. The exams are finally done and out of the way, so i’m not that busy anymore,” I replied.

 

“Remember to bring Luhan! Those rascals love playing soccer with him,” she reminded me.

 

“Okay, I have to go now! Bye!” I waved bye to the girl, and walked to my mom’s car.

 

“Umma,” I said.

 

“What?” mom asked, while concentrating on the road.

 

“Can I visit the orphans tomorrow with Luhan?” I asked.

 

“Sure, why not? mom smiled.

 

Mom’s P.O.V

 

Aigoo. Eunmi and Luhan are such good friends. I hope they start dating.. or get married. I would love to have grandchildren! They would be so cute!

 

Eunmi P.O.V

 

Yay! Those little kids will be so surprised!

 

When I got home, I went straight to my room and called Luhan.

 

“Hello?” Luhan answered the phone.

 

“Lulu! Wanna visit the little kids tomorrow?” I happily asked.

 

“Yah. Why do you keep calling me ‘Lulu’?! It makes me feel like a girl,” Luhan whined.

 

“Well.. you do look like a girl,” I quietly said.

 

“What?!” Luhan yelled into the phone.

 

“Nothing. So you gonna come with me or not?” I impatiently asked.

 

“Of course! They’re so cute! I wouldn’t mind spending a few hours playing with them,” Luhan quickly replied.

 

“Okay, see ya’ tomorrow!” I smiled and hung up first.

 

I collapsed on my bed and sighed.

Tomorrow’s gonna be a long day.
