Yuri entered the condo and placed her belongings on the table. Her ears perked up as she heard a faint melody coming from the back room. She smiled to herself and took off her shoes as she padded quietly towards the sound. Leaning against the doorway, she saw Seohyun deep in concentration playing another classical song. It never ceased to amaze her how beautiful the younger woman looked as she played. Fingers cascaded over the black and ivory keys that left Yuri mesmerized. It wasn’t until the piece was finished that Yuri slowly clapped.

Shocked, Seohyun turned around and smiled. “I did not expect you to be home so soon,” she said.

“Mmm. The producer liked the composition and lyrics I made from the get go so it didn’t take too long to finalize things with the artist. I have good hopes for this one,” Yuri said as she walked up to Seohyun. Her hand brushed over the younger woman’s head.

“Play me something Yuri. It’s been so long since you’ve played for fun and not for work,” Seohyun said as she scooted over on the piano bench to make room.

Obliging, Yuri sat down on the bench and took a moment to think about what song she wanted to play. When she finally thought of the perfect one for that moment she smiled and gently placed her hands on the keys. The normally fast paced song she slowed down to a soothing pace and played the intro. Looking at Seohyun, she began to sing.

Yuri slowed down the song even further and sang the last part almost in a whisper.

Seohyun’s eyes were b with unshed tears as she smiled happily at Yuri. She then started playing the melody and began singing the last verse while looking at Yuri.

As soon as Seohyun finished the song, Yuri cupped her face and kissed her lips gently. Both of them felt the same butterflies they had when they exchanged their wedding vows. They pulled away and hugged each other in silence reminiscing over this song. It was their first wedding dance music.
