Paper Heart

Luhan's POV

I have only 2 hours before Yubi's birthday. I know that she don't celebrate her birthday and Christmas but I need to change that, whatever blocks her from being happy I Luhan should take it away. 

"Yubi, I'll be going out" I said, she looked at me with worried eyes

"I have a mask and sun glasses, don't worry" I assured her, she smiled and nodded

I wear the protection and so I closed the door behind me. I walked while looking down so no one would notice me. I notice a store beside the hotel and I hope it's still open, I need clothes! 

"Welcome!" The sales personnel greeted me, I bowed at him and proceed to my needs

I took some shirts and a jean plus some underware! I walk on my way to the cashier and payed it.

"Is there any open bake shops or coffee shops here?" I asked

"Uhm, there sir" The cashier staff said, I nodded and muttered 'thanks'

I took the paper bag on the counter and walked out of the store. I crossed the street and saw the a coffee shop. I opened the door and the bell rang. I advance at the counter and saw the cakes who looks very delicious. 

"Do you have any oreo flavored cake here?" I asked

I've been reading some facts about Yubi lately, I sound obssesive right? 

"You're lucky sir, we still have one" She said

"I'll take it, plus please give me some candles" I said and she nodded

She handed me the cake in a box plus the candles are taped on it. I smiled in content as I make my way back to my home. She's my home for I feel comfortable with her. I waited for 30 minutes so I can greet her exactly 12:00. I was in front of our door as I set the cake and light all the candles. I knocked on the door and I heard her shouted 'Wait a minute'. I heard the door clicked, means she's going to open it. When she fully opened it she smiled at me then her sight dropped on the cake I'm holding.

"Happy Birthday Yubi~ Happy Birthday Yubi~" I sang, drop open however she closed it again. I continued on singing however her eyes seemed to be sad, very sad. I stopped and place the cake on the table as I hold her hand.

"Why?" I asked her, she shook her head denying like nothing's wrong

"No, tell me" I demanded, a tear escaped her eye. She moved her head away hesitating. I tighten my hold on her hands.

"This is the day when my parents died..." She finally said, I almost loosen my grip on her. 

"For 5 years I didn't celebrate my birthday not just because its my parents death anniversary but because I have no one to celebrate with and so I surrendered and let loneliness ate me. I refused Moonchun oppa requests on celebrating my birthday. But I was just waiting for someone to at least try...try to heal me. Make me forget that it's my parents death anniversary but it's my birthday or christmas" She sobbed, I pulled her into a hug as I kiss her hair

"Stop crying~ Let's celebrate" I said as I broke the hug. She smiled as I wipe the tears on her cheeks

I took teh cake on the table again as I held it close to her.

"Happy 18th birthday, Yubi" I said, she closed her eyes then after she blowed the candle

"What did you wish for?" I asked

"That my next birthday will be tomorrow so I can be 19 and legal" Yubi said

"And why's that?" I asked

"So I can be with you..." I don't think she's the only one blushing, and so am I

"We're together now, you should've just wished for another one" I said and smiled

"Well... I have everything I'm asking for" Yubi said as she look at me. I smiled as I kiss her cheek. She blushed and covered it with her hands

"Let's eat" I said and she nodded

"Do I still need to sleep on the ground?" I asked

"Yes" She said as she took a bite 

"Oww! Really? Me? on the floor?" I said

"Yes" Yubi said

"But you like me!" I protested, she stopped from eating and look at me

"But we're not in a relationship" She said. Wait, what?!

"What?" I asked

"You never asked me to be your girlfriend beside you're still dating Minah. My friend remember?" Yubi said. I scoffed in disbelief

"Arraseo...when we comeback I'll definetely ask you" I said and she nodded

"But the contract" She stated

"Screw that" I muttered, she look at me with disbelief in her eyes

"Jungkook said that he'll be waiting for 2 years before he'll ask...he just got a point" Yubi said, I almost threw the cake on my hand

"What? Stay away from him" I said, she rolled her eyes

"I can't, he's my friend" Yubi said

"What? No" I insisted, but she just look at me

"You want me to wait for 5 years?? That's too long! We like each other, why wait?" I said but she's still silent

"Seriously?" I asked, still silent

"Can we just keep this like a secret?" I asked

"Can we? It's too hard" Yubi said

"We can if we try" I said

"I'll get back on you after you take care of Minah" She said and I nodded

"You just played with her" She muttered

"I'm really sorry about that... I wasn't thinking" I said as I look down

"If she knew that you dumped her because of me. My friendship with her will be over" She said

"Mian..." I said

"It's okay~ I bet Minah will understand" Yubi said cheering me up, I just nodded

"How did you know I love oreo flavor?" She asked, I grinned 

"Online" I said, Yubi laughed as she playfully slap my arm

"Seriously? You're my fan right?" She said

"Yeah. You got me crazy over you" I said 

"Don't worry I'll give you my sign later!!" Yubi said as she pinch my cheek

"Are you my fan too?" I asked her as I took the bottle of water and drank from it

"Ha-ha! You know that my bias is lay right?" She said, I spit the water in mouth 

"That seriously hurt me" I said as I hold my heart

"I'm sorry, but he's my bias and you can't change that! But of course I like all of you" Yubi said, compensating

"I'd probably stop from fan boying over you, since you're not my fan girl" I snortted

"I'd probably say yes to Jungkook since he's fine with Lay being my bias" Yubi said, my mouth dropped open

"I'd probably just endure it. I don't want to lose you" I said, she look at me and smiled

And then she just jump on me and hugged me. Heaven baby.
