Chapter IV

A Very Cliched Story

Xiumin stood awkwardly in the middle of Chen’s kitchen, fidgeting with his hands as he wondered how he ever got himself into this situation. How he let the other take him into his home and convince him to get dressed up weirdly for a party. Of course, they hadn’t gotten to that part yet as when they arrived to Chen’s house, his mother was too excited that her son brought home a friend, so she insisted in making them dinner before they got started.

Chen had gone to change quickly into party clothes – he told his mother not to make him anything as he wasn’t hungry.

So Xiumin was left alone with his mother.

Who was making rather awkward conversation.

“So, you and my son seem very close.” She said, stirring the pot on the cooker slowly as she turned her head. “Although, I have to admit, you are not the type of boy I was expecting Jongdae to bring home.” Although she said that, she seemed please. In fact, very pleased. “I’m glad.”

The boy’s cheeks turned a slight bright red. He didn’t really know what to say to that, but thankfully, Chen entered again.

Looking between the two, he eyed his mother suspiciously.

“What did you say to him Mum?” He wondered, leaning against the chair. Turning to Xiumin, he couldn’t help but grin at how adorable the other looked blushing and fidgeting so much.

His mother shrugged her shoulders before turning her attention to the dinner she was cooking for Xiumin.

Chen moved over to the other and smiled.

“What do you think?” he asked, stepping backwards and spreading his arms.

“What do I think about what?” Xiumin wondered, looking dumbfounded. The other pouted before he pointed to his own outfit. “Oh… Your outfit?” Chen nodded. “It’s very…” Minseok looked down at the other’s trousers and his eyes bulged wider as he noticed the shiny leather pants that were wrapped tightly around his legs. On his torso was a white denim shirt, sleeves rolled up and a silver chain around his neck. Black military boots were accompanying his outfit. “Nice.” Yeah, nice.

Chen chuckled and decided not to tell the other that he was staring for at least two minutes at his body. Grinning, he noticed his mother was placing a plate of food for the boy on the table and pulled the chair back for him.

His mother chuckled when Xiumin sat down, baffled.

Soon after Xiumin had finished the delicious dinner – quickly thanking Chen’s mother straight after, Chen had grabbed the other up to his room.

Xiumin tried to ignore how big it was and the expensive things in it.

“Time to get you clothes for your big debut tonight!” Chen exclaimed, clapping excitedly before moving to his big walk-in cupboard and quickly scrimmaging through his outfits to try and pick one for the boy behind him. Xiumin gulped when he saw Chen’s choice of clothes.

It was a pair of tight black jeans and a simple black top. In one of his other hands he had a dark blue shirt and for his shoes he picked black high tops.

Turning around, Chen grinned.

“Here.”

He handed them to the other and quickly pushed him into the bathroom. Xiumin gulped again when the door behind him closed. He wasn’t so sure he wanted to go through with this.

But then again, it might be fun to dress up a little.

Putting on the clothes he had been given, he stood in front of the full length mirror and stared at his reflection for a while. He looked so different, almost, approachable. It was a different kind of feeling running along his veins, something he had never felt before. When he moved out of the bathroom, Chen was grinning at him before his smile faltered a little. Xiumin got worried.

The younger moved closer to Minseok and stared at the top of his head. Squinting his eyes, he grabbed Xiumin’s hand and moved back to the bathroom.

Grabbing a brush, he began working on the other’s brown and messy hair.

“Just need to fix this up a little.” Chen whispered, sticking his tongue to the side as he worked on the hair.

Xiumin was actually surprised at the other’s skill. He didn’t look to Chen to be one of those people that actually had talent when styling someone’s hair – and especially he got surprised when Chen got out some makeup brushes. Without even a second to stop him, Chen started to past the boy’s face with foundation.

Eventually, ten minutes passed and Chen moved away with a grin.

“Now, you look absolutely perfect.” He said, his eyes rolling down the other’s body in lust. Now Xiumin felt a bit objectified.

“Th-Thanks.”

When the two boys moved down the stairs, Chen’s mother was waiting with a camera. Oh god. Xiumin slowly hid behind Chen as he began eyeing his mother suspiciously once again.

“Mum, what are you doing with that?” he wondered, and his mother shrugged her shoulders a little.

“Just, let me take one picture of you with dear Minseok.” She said, placing the camera up to her eye as Chen quickly grabbed Xiumin’s waist. The older boy was extremely embarrassed but he tried to smile it off. With the way Chen was pressed up against him was also confusing. “Oh you both look incredibly handsome.” After taking a few pictures, she finally placed the camera down and walked over to her son and his friend. “What a couple!”

Chen grinned and kept his grip on Xiumin’s waist before turning and winking at the boy whose cheeks were as red as tomatoes.

“Let’s go.”

Kai, Yixing, Lu Han and Sehun arrived to the party pretty early, everyone had their eyes on the idol who was dressed rather extraordinary. Lu Han tried to ignore the attention they were all getting from walking beside him, all he needed now was alcohol because his life was in complete shambles. When they all reached the kitchen, Lu Han immediately grabbed a shot glass and the vodka bottle and swigged the shot back.

“Woah, trying to get smashed little boy?” Sehun suddenly said, moving beside his ‘fiancé’ and chuckling at the glare he had gotten in return for his remark. Lu Han didn’t entertain the other with a response.

Although he really wanted to like.

Like how Sehun was actually the younger one so he was the little boy, not him. Taking another shot, he felt someone put his hand on his shoulder.

Turning around, he saw Kai there with a small smile.

“Maybe don’t go too hard on the shots.” He said, gaining a nod in return. Both of them got a glass of beer and turned to their other friend who seemed to look extremely nervous. “What is it Yixing?” Kai wondered.

Yixing turned to them and shook his head.

“Nothing.”

Lu Han and Jongin shared a concerned looked before they decided not to push it any further. After another couple of drinks, they heard someone’s phone ring and they watched as Lay grabbed his phone and placed it up to his ear. His voice was hushed and all of a sudden his cheeks got extremely red. Now they were both very curious about what was up with their friend.

The phone was put down and Kai immediately moved to his best friend.

“So, who was that?” he asked, wriggling his eyebrows. Yixing gulped a little before he spoke rather quietly.

“Joonmyun.”

Lu Han squealed before swigging down a big gulp of his beer. Moving forward, he swung his arm over Lay and giggled.

“Is he coming?!”

Lay only nodded.

“Yay!”

Jongin noticed Lay kept staring at the front door and he could only grin. Excusing himself, he moved to the door and listened very carefully for someone to knock on the door because he assumed it was going to be Joonmyun. And he was overly-curious as to what he was going to be like.

Suddenly someone knocked on the door and he immediately opened in. Standing in front of him was an angelic looking boy with a bright smile.

“Joonmyun?” He asked, and the other seemed surprised that he had known his name.

“Yes?” Joonmyun replied and Kai grinned.

“I’ll show you to Yixing.” Once that name slipped passed Jongin’s lips, Joonmyun nodded and walked into the room. “I’m Jongin by the way, Yixing’s best friend.” He turned around and shook the other’s hand as he continued to walk backwards. They got to the kitchen in no time and he turned to Lu Han, pointing to Joonmyun and mouthing his name, making Lu Han’s eyes bulge at how handsome the other was.

Joonmyun smiled at Lu Han before moving towards Yixing with a soft smile on his pink lips.

“Hey Yixing, I’m really glad you called me.” He said, making the other blush.

“Yeah, I’m glad you came.” Both of them smiled at each other whilst Jongin and Lu Han watched. It was really cute to see their friend acting like that – although he really was a silent boy.

All of a sudden Lu Han felt himself being pulled backwards. And with a large amount of alcohol swimming in his head it was not a good feeling to be moving fast.

Turning around, he saw Sehun staring at him with wide eyes.

“What?” Lu Han shouted annoyed. Annoyed that his staring at his friend with a hot boy was interrupted and annoyed that he now had a small headache. His fiancé rolled his eyes before pointing over to Yixing’s date who was now very close to the boy, happily whispering in his ear. “What’s up?”

“Do you even realise who that is?” Sehun asked, sounding like he was making Lu Han out to be rather stupid.

“It’s Joonmyun. Yixing’s date?” Lu Han said nonchalantly.

“No, it’s Suho, a very famous ballad singer?” Sehun said. The other looked back at Joonmyun and his eyes widened when he actually remembered who the other was. Of course, it was obvious. Maybe because he was a little drunk he didn’t realise.

But why didn’t Yixing?

Chuckling to himself, he turned to Sehun and stared at him a little strangely.

“Do you know him?” He wondered and Sehun nodded. “Oh then let’s go say hello!” He grabbed onto the idol’s wrist – ignoring Sehun’s objections to the ‘whole touching thing’ – and he tapped Joonmyun on the shoulder, apologising to Yixing before he spoke out loud. “Joonmyun! Or should I say, ‘Suho’,” Lu han winked at Kai who gaped when he heard the name, “you know Sehun right?” The other boy turned to stare at Sehun before he smiled and moved to hug him.

Sehun grinned and hugged the man back, making it the first time Lu Han had actually see the boy smile.

“It’s great to see you Suho!” Sehun exclaimed, moving back and placing his hand on the other idol’s shoulder.

Suho smiled and ruffled the other’s hair.

“I didn’t expect to see you here.” He said, moving closer and wondering why the other was at a high school party just like he was. It was a complete coincidence that they were both at the same party. “I mean, it is a high school party and I seem to remember that you aren’t in high school. Especially this one.”

The younger idol rolled his eyes before he turned to stare at Lu Han who was just staring at him. Scoffing, he decided against telling Joonmyun the complete truth because that would just be a long and boring conversation.

“It’s complicated.” Sehun whispered.

Joonmyun smiled before he glanced back at Yixing who was staring at his shoes. He turned back to Sehun and smiled.

“Actually I’m here with someone so I’ll talk to you later.”

Sehun could only nod and watch as Suho moved back to Lay, taking his hand and leading him somewhere more private. Shaking his head, he took a drink off the table and swigged it back, sticking his tongue out in disgust at the taste. Lu Han watched him and sighed when he just continued to drink. It was nice to know the other could only stand being with him if he was juiced up in alcohol.

On the other side of the room, Xiumin and Chen had just entered and the murmurings began all around them. It made him feel so self-conscious.

He grabbed more tightly on Chen’s wrist. The younger turned to his ‘date’ and smiled, leaning down and he began to whisper softly into his ear, trying to comfort him in a strange environment.

“Be confident baby, you look great.”

Xiumin looked up at him and glowered a little, lowering his voice.

“I’m not your baby.”

But Chen didn’t care. He liked the fact that Xiumin was still holding onto his wrist, and the fact that he didn’t mind that Chen’s arm was around his waist. Everyone was staring at them in confusion, maybe it was the fact that they looked like a couple. Which was weird in its own sense. Chen led them into the kitchen and grabbed two cokes – one for him and one for Xiumin.

The older boy stared at Chen and spoke.

“I thought you were supposed to be a heavy drinker.” Xiumin stated, opening the can and taking a sip.

Chen chuckled but he shrugged.

“Well, I don’t want to be drinking if you’re not.”

Xiumin’s eyes widened at the other’s statement but he didn’t know exactly what to say in reply to that. Nodding his head, he looked down at his feet and stood in silence for a while whilst smiling.

However, this was all interrupted when a drunk student approached Xiumin.

Or more exactly, his .

The boy yelped when he felt a foreign hand connect with his , turning around and pushing the other away immediately. He looked disgusted and seriously violated whilst the drunk student didn’t see a problem. Moving forward, the stranger chuckled before his eyes moved up and down Xiumin’s body and his tongue moved out between his lips, them.

“Go away.” Xiumin said, moving backwards against the table. But the other wasn’t in the mood for backing off.

Chen suddenly moved forward, standing between the two with a grin.

Shaking his head, he chuckled.

“Back off.” He said to the drunk man. The other scoffed before speaking back.

“Or what?”

Chen sighed. It was like a scene from a movie. Pointing at the boy behind him, he spoke.

“He’s mine. And only mine. Back off before I hurt you.” Chen sounded rather threatening, but the smile on his lips only made it worse. The way he seemed to be perfectly happy rather warned the other what was going to happen if he tried to do something else. Taking the hint, the drunken student moved away and Chen turned around to Xiumin. “You alright?” he asked, receiving a nod. “Good.”

“Thanks Chen.” Xiumin said. He actually smiled at other before he realised how close their bodies were.

He was against the table and Chen’s chest almost hit his. It was a miracle that their legs weren’t entangled already. But this position was making his body become rather hot and he didn’t necessarily want to move.

The other noticed this too.

Chen smiled as kindly as he could before he placed both of his hands on the table beside the other, making it look as though he was holding the other’s waist.

And by god he liked this position.

Moving his face closer, he smiled at the fact Xiumin didn’t do a single thing. But his eyes were incredibly inviting. Chen tilted his head a little, silently asking if he could do what he wanted to, and for once, the boy actually nodded, biting his lip ever so softly but it was incredibly seductive.

He moved closer, letting his lips brush against Xiumin’s ever so slightly, letting their breaths comingle. Xiumin gripped the table behind him tighter.

Their lips finally touched and they both immediately shut their eyes.

Kissing him passionately, Chen took it slowly at first as his first guess was that he had never kissed anyone before. Moving his head to the side, he pushed against him more and decided to take it a step further. Biting Xiumin’s bottom lip softly, he felt the other’s body shake slightly against him, and he opened his mouth, inviting Jongdae’s slick tongue in.

Once Chen pushed his tongue inside the other’s warm cavern, he let out a small moan when he felt Xiumin’s own tongue begin to move against him. Their tongues danced a soft and romantic song before Chen let his hands move to the other’s waist.

Xiumin felt the other’s hands move from his waist quickly to the back of his thighs.

And now he felt like he was in a rom-com.

The older softly picked him up and placed him on the table. Whilst he was doing this, Xiumin’s hands quickly moved to the other’s shoulders and he giggled when he felt himself getting picked up. Their mouths separated and they stared at each other a little.

Definitely a rom-com.

“What are you doing in here Kris?” Zitao asked, immediately standing up from his bed when he thought that Baekhyun was returning from complaining. There was no way he was thinking he was going to see a very drunk Kris enter his room with a grin on his lips. “Get out of here, now.” He said, pointing to the door and feeling slightly more confident that he was in his own room.

Kris chuckled and staggered forward, the alcohol rolling through his veins were making him quite unstable. His thoughts were clouded and he didn’t really know what he was doing.

But what he did know was that the boy in front of him looked incredibly y.

The way his eyes were made Zitao feel violated. Zitao gulped before he moved passed the blonde and opened the door.

“Leave, now.” He said, his ears being deafening a little by the music.

Kris moved forward – still stumbling – before he stood right beside the other. He placed his hands on the other’s shoulders, ignoring the way Zitao was struggling, before he threw his lips right against the boy’s and he shoved his tongue down the other’s throat. Zitao’s eyes widened when he felt the other’s wet tongue and he pressed his hands against his chest, but all strength had left his arms.

The blonde kicked the door shut and pushed Zitao up against the adjacent wall, pressing their bodies together immediately.

Groaning, Zitao squeezed his eyes shut as he felt Kris’s hands move over his body.

It felt good, it did. But he kept remembering what the other had done to him the past two years and the fact that Kris was incredibly drunk and was probably doing this because of a lame- bet. Yet the way the other was kissing him wasn’t rough anymore – it felt passionate. And Zitao couldn’t help but kiss him back. He wrapped his arms around Kris’s neck and felt himself getting lifted up. His legs were linked around Yifan’s waist and their bodies were even more pressed against each other.

The atmosphere between them was incredibly hot, and when they separated, their foreheads were leaning against each other and they were just gazing into each other’s eyes.

Kris his lips as he saw the other’s reddened mouth. It made him feel proud.

Also, the way the other’s thighs felt against his hands were amazing and he couldn’t believe he hadn’t done this before.

“Zitao?”

Both of them froze at the sound of the extra voice and Zitao turned his head to the boy that had just entered. Baekhyun was staring at them in disbelief before he bit his lip.

“You’re busy I see.” Baekhyun said, about to leave but Zitao would feel incredibly bad if that happened.

Shaking his head, he pushed the other away and fell to his feet.

“No, Kris was just leaving.” He said, glaring at Kris who looked rather shocked at the turn of events. Tao pushed the other out of the door immediately and shut it, turning to Baekhyun and bowing. “I’m so sorry.” Baekhyun shrugged his shoulders and moved over to his own bed.

“Don’t worry about it. You can have a relationship.”

It was awkward between them after that. But all Zitao could think about was that his worst enemy had just kissed him. And it felt amazing.

And he couldn’t believe how much he wanted it to happen again.
