“If you would have told me all those years ago that meeting a random woman in Los Angeles, during a business trip, would be the defining moment of my life, my career, and my family, I would have surely thought you mad. But, now that I look back on the events of that day, I can’t help but understand how fated our paths truly were from the very beginning.

For years after our malicious life tore our family apart, we existed as best as we could. While we had gradually regained our status in our careers, and developed our solo careers,  that defining moment in time had taken away from us that which we couldn’t live without. Without the rest of our beloved family by our sides, we still felt incomplete. We buried ourselves in our work, hid our pain, and tried to show the world only happy faces, but underneath our cheerful and happy facades, we were nothing but devastated and crushed souls. We took comfort in one another, knowing that we all shared the same pain, the same loss, and slowly began to bury the ever lingering memories of those we lost. We believed, in our arrogance, that if only we could forget them the pain would be forgotten as well.

Boy, were we so naïve.

Sometimes in life, situations occur beyond our control and no matter how much we wish we could change the past, we cannot. Our dream to be one family, to have an everlasting life together, wasn’t just a dream we clung to on our own. We had our loving friends, and loyal fans, who all refused to let the dream of our reconciliation, our reunion, die. Their hope in the future, and their belief in a happy ending, gave us courage when we were at our lowest. Those friends and fans; our real family; would never truly understand how they helped us, encouraged us at the beginning of our lone journey, and how they gave us the strength to keep moving forward even when all hope seemed to be lost.

We never realized our true impact on the world, and on our fans, until the world decided to throw our family into chaos. We couldn’t see it in the beginning, when our life together was serene and idealistic. It took the devastation of losing two of the people we loved the most in this world for us to finally see it. It was a revelation, unlike any other, and one that has never been forgotten.

It was that bond, the love that our fans had for us, that ultimately changed our fate, and I will never be able to repay the harbinger of our greatest dream for what she did -for not only my family but, ultimately, what she did for the world. Not in this life or the next.

Love, it seems, is truly a very powerful thing, and there is no greater love than that of a dedicated and determined heart. She taught us that, our Lady "N",  and we will be forever grateful for that wonderful lesson.”
