Present time

                Whenever I’m here at Starship coffee shop, I can’t help but reminisce about my past relationship. This place has been –

“Chocolate Java Chip for Min”

                Yup! That’s me. I am Minki. You can call me ‘Min’  As I was saying, this place has played an important role in my relationship. It started and ended here. We first met here, fell in love, celebrated our anniversaries here and sadly, we broke up here. You could ask the workers here, I bet they know a lot about us but then again, I think I should tell the story myself….

Flashback (3 years ago…)

I was hanging out here at Starship with Donghyun, my brother and Bora, my friend but they went home a while ago saying they’ll come back and that I should wait for them. The place was pretty jam packed. It was a good thing we already have seats. I could see a lot of people waiting for vacant seats. Out of boredom, I decided to buy another drink. Like I said, there were a lot of people waiting in line and 10 times more, waiting for their drinks. After ordering mine, I went back to my table and I turned around and the guy in front of me said:

“Miss, are you waiting for someone? Can I sit?”

At the same time, Donghyun oppa, texted me:

‘Minki-ah’ We can’t go back there anymore. Our home doesn’t have any people left since Mom went grocery.’

“Well, it seems that my brother and my friend bailed out on me, so, sure, you can sit.” I answered.

“Thanks” Then he sat down.

“Chocolate Java Chip for Min!” One of the workers shouted.

I stood up, at the same time, he did. *Weird. Maybe he’ll just order.* I thought. He also went to the place where you’re supposed to claim your drink/s. Well, I thought wrong. Then we touched the cup at the same time.

“Which one of you is Kim?”

“Me.” We said at the same time.

“Henry, we have another Chocolate Java Chip here, for Min also.” Another worker putted the drink in the table.

“Oh, thanks. Sir, Madame, here are your drinks, enjoy and have a nice day.”

“Thanks.” We said at the same time AGAIN. We went back to our seats then looked at each other and laughed.

“So, Min is your name?” He asked.

“Sort of? Well, my name is Kim Minki. My nickname is Min and you are?”

“Jo Youngmin. Min is my nickname too! It is so funny that we have the same nickname and the same drink.”

“I know right? It is kinda planned.”

Then Bora texted me:

‘YAH! WHERE ARE YOU?! COME BACK NOW! I AM HERE AT YOUR HOUSE!’

“Min nice meeting you but-” I was cut off.

“I know, I got to go too.”

“Nice meeting you, Min. YoungMIN.”

“Nice meeting you too, Minki. Bye.”

We went out, he started walking but I stayed behind and wait for the bus. After about 5 minutes the bus came, I boarded, After a little while, it stopped again to let another passenger board. The guy walked in the middle to find seats and sat next to me. Guess who? It was Youngmin.

“Yah~ You again?!” I said.

“Huh? I don’t know that you were riding this bus too!” He retorted.

*Aisshh..Why is this getting so creepy?!* I thought. After a while, I arrived at my stop. I pressed the button and the bus stopped. I got down, he did too! *WTH?! Don’t tell me we are on the same street?!* He tried to open up a conversation while we are walking but I just ignored him. I was irritated with him. YES! I am here in front of my house. I went inside.

“BYE! TAKE CARE!” He yelled. *WHEW! FINALLY!*
