Chanyeol woke up from the sound of heavy breathing on his neck. He tried to move only to realize his arms are wrapped around Baekhyun who is still sleeping sound on his right arm, face on the crook of his neck. Chanyeol smiled, he took the chance to observe the sleeping guy. Baekhyun's pink lips are pouting and he's making small noises that is really cute and would occasionally pick his nose. "I could stare at you forever"  he muttered and slowly moved his face close to Baekhyun so that their forehead would touch. He closed his eyes and stayed like that for a moment. When he opened his eyes, a pair of sleepy eyes are pinned on him, lips curved into a smile.

"Good Morning Park Chanyeol." Baekhyun said, almost whispering.

Chanyeol pulled Baekhyun into a hug. "Good Morning Baek."

Baekhyun had second thoughts yet smiled as he threw his arm around Chanyeol.

"Can we stay like this for a while.?" Chanyeol asked and kissed Baekhyun's temple.

"Hmmm... Okay." Baekhyun as he rested his head on Chanyeol's chest.

"23 days." Chanyeol suddenly broke the silence.

"23 days what?"

"It's been 23 days since I came here, since I met you. All this time I've been so guarded, but with you, I can be free, I can be normal. I've met a lot of people before in my past, they just come and go, as if the fast forward button of my life is on, but everytime I'm with you, it feels like... my world is on a slow motion, like the only thing that's in it is you. every time I hear you laugh it's like my life's theme song is playing, like I can listen to it forever. It gives me comfort. I know it's been just almost a month since I met you, but I think I'm in love with you. I don't know how, or I don't know when, if it's love at first sight, I don't know, but it turned out to be love, this is love.." Chanyeol is now facing Baekhyun, holding his hand.. "and I'd like to ask you this, Byun Baekhyun, will you be brave enough to take this chance and be with me?"

"Chanyeol..." the only thing Baekhyun can say.

"I know you're confused and I may be too fast. I know it's not going to be easy since you'll be here managing the resort and I'll be in Seoul working, but I want to be with you Baek, and I hope you want to be with me too."
 

Baekhyun, who's been trying so hard not to fall already fell... "I.. I want to be with you too Yeol.."

Chanyeol was too happy to hear what Baekhyun said that he immediately cupped his face and kissed him gently on his pink, soft and sweet lips. It was a brief yet passionate kiss, and it was Baekhyun's first. Chanyeol threw his arms around Baekhyun, his boyfriend and hugged him close and tight.

"I will work hard to make this work Baek. I promise you that. Thank you for making me this happy."

"No, we'll both work hard to make this work. I'm happy you're happy Yeol."

"Did we miss something?!" Luhan entered Chanyeol's room without knocking followed by sleepy Sehun. "OH MY GHAAAD! Are you? you two.. are you?!"

Baekhyun and Chanyeol just laughed at Luhan.

Then Luhan run out of the room shouting out of joy when he realized what Chanyeol and Baekhyun meant. He grabbed Sehun and kissed him on his lips so the younger is now wide awake.



When Luhan and Sehun left before noon time, Baekhyun and Chanyeol moved to the living room cuddling on the couch and occasionally share brief kisses while watching movies. Baekhyun never felt so satisfied before, just him and Chanyeol on the couch, cuddling. It's more than enough. 

The sound of the door bell broke their kiss. Baekhyun laughed when he pushed Chanyeol to the couch and went to the door to see who was it.

A tall professional looking man wearing a black leather jacket, black pants and boots is standing in front of Baekhyun.

"Hi! may I help you?" Baekhyun asked.

"Yes Hi. I just want to know if this is the residence of Byun Baekhyun?" The man asked with a friendly tone.

"Yes. I'm actually Baekhyun."

"Oh Hi! I didn't imagine him... I mean you to be.. young. Sorry. I heard you're the owner of this resort?"

"It's okay. I always get that a lot. Do you have reservations? I can show you to our reception area and get your room ready."

"No, actually, I'm just here to ask you something.."

"Baek! who was it, is it Luhan? Did he said they'll...." Chanyeol stopped as he saw the man standing outside Baekhyun's house. "Hyung!"

"You know him Yeol?"

"He's my manager Baek." Chanyeol smiled

"Long time no see Chanyeol! Didn't you miss me? Come on give me a hug!" His Manager said and laughed.

 

Baekhyun ushered Kris, that's the name of Chanyeol's manager to the living room and gave him a drink then he left them for privacy. But Baekhyun already knew what's going to happen though, why Kris is here. Baekhyun prepared himself.

"Hyung, I was going to contact you..." Chanyeol was cut off.

"It's okay, I understand. I was angry at first to be honest but well.. You need to go back now. Work is waiting Chanyeol." Kris straight to the point.

"I know. But can you at lest give me one more day? I just have to explain things to Baekhyun."

"I want to ask you by the way who he is, but the way I see it, I think I already knew. Just one day and we'll be back. Okay? I'll call you tomorrow. I'll be at the hotel." Kris as usual straight to the point. He stood up and hugged Chanyeol again.

Baekhyun is now standing in front of the two tall men.

"Baekhyun-ssi, I'm sorry to come here without prior notice, it was nice to meet you. Thank you for taking care of Chanyeol. I have to go now. I'll see you soon." He offered his hand for a handshake.

"It's okay. Please don't be sorry."



5 minutes after Kris left they were back in the couch sitting, hands intertwined.

"Baek, I going back to Seoul the next day." Chanyeol said squeezing the hand of the other.

"I know. I understand." Baekhyun moved closer and bury his face in Chanyeol's chest hands around his waist.





 

This is going to be hard, but i know it's worth it.
