Baekhyun found Chanyeol at the rooftop of the SMent building, He was sitting on the ground, hands on his face and back against the wall. He can sense Chanyeol's disappointment. He stepped closer to his giant and sat beside him. He leaned his head on his shoulder. Chanyeol looked at him for a while and took his hand and interlaced their fingers. 

Silence...

"All I want is for us to be just like those other couples out there Baek, walk down the street holding each others hand like this, kiss you whenever I want without considering what other people would think. I want to love you like a normal boyfriend would. I want to introduce you to the world because I'm so so proud that I have you, show them how lucky I am to have you."     

"Yeol.. I didn't mean to disappoint you. I don't want to see you like this, I'm sorry, I only said that because I was worried. I was worried that people would hate you.. because of me. But that doesn't mean that we can no longer be together right, We just have to be careful next time. We'll work this out okay? As long as we have each other we'll work this out. I love you Yeol." 

Chanyeol didn't said a thing, instead he kissed Baekhyun's hand and squeeze him in a warm hug. 

Oh how I love you Baek. I love you so so much...

Right, as long as they have each other everything will be okay. Chanyeol thought. He can't imagine life without Baekhyun. For now, it doesn't matter if they need to hide their relationship, because for Chanyeol, this is good enough, as long as he has Baekhyun.

Of course it wasn't easy, they have to be extra careful every time they need to see each other. Baekhyun insisted to visit Chanyeol in Seoul since the latter can't visit him back to his resort because of his concert rehearsals. They would spend their time together at Chanyeol's apartment where Baekhyun would cook his boyfriend's favorite dish, they would end up at the living room's couch cuddling, savoring the moment together. Share soft kisses, I love yous and warm hug, laugh about random things and end the day at Chanyeol's bed, sharing their love for each other. 

Maybe this is what really love is, Baekhyun thought. To be able to share simple things together, laugh at some lame jokes and silly stories together, see beauty in every little things together, sleep and wake up in each others arm together, grow as a person together...  together... being together.

Love, it’s something that you won’t see coming, it will just come to you one day, in a very ordinary day, suddenly struck into you and will turn your world upside down. But love is something that will bring joy, life, happiness and will forever change you, your life. And since loving means sacrificing, there will be times that it would give you tears, pain. But if you’re brave enough, if you’re willing to face all these trials, in the end, you’ll see it’s all worth it. Love is life, and for Chanyeol having Baekhyun is like having everything. Baekhyun, is all worth it.

It’s been 2 months since the dating scandal went viral; however, the issue is still a hot topic especially to Chanyeol’s fans. So, their set up is still the same; Baekhyun would visit Chanyeol in Seoul and would spend 3-5 days at his apartment. They still can’t go out in the public because of SMEnt’s request. But at least, they could still be together.

It’s Baekhyun’s last day in Seoul he has to go back to the resort the next day. Chanyeol promised to spend his Sunday with Baekhyun and it’s already past noon when they woke up, He went out to get something to eat from the small convenience store just outside his apartment; Baekhyun took a shower when he left.

After 20 minutess…

“Baek? I’m back. Are you done?” Chanyeol called after removing his shoes.

“I’m here in the bedroom love.” Baekhyun answered sweetly.

Chanyeol decided to take out Chinese food because he’s too lazy to cook; he placed it on the table and went to see Baekhyun. The latter was standing in front of the mirror fixing his hair. Chanyeol moved closer and back hugged Baekhyun. He can smell the strawberry scent from Baekhyun’s hair.

“I ordered your favorite Chinese food, come down and let’s eat. I’m starving.” Then he kissed Baekhyun’s cheeks.

Baekhyun followed Chanyeol to the kitchen and ate their food. Chanyeol stared at Baekhyun when he thought of something.

“Baek, since it’s your last day today, why don’t we go out?”

“Yeol, you know that we can’t do that.”

“But Baek, we’ll be careful, we’ll just drive to the beach and stay there, watch the sunset. It’s been a while since we went out and I just really miss those days.”

Baekhyun thought for a while, when was the last time they went out and dated, he can’t remember. He must admit he misses those days. So he has decided.

“But promise me it won’t be long, we’ll just watch the sunset and that’s it okay? I don’t want to be a trouble in your career.”

“Baek... I promise. Okay? So we’ll go out by 5pm, it’ll be just 20 minute drive to the beach so we’ll be there most likely before dark.” He smiled and continued eating.

They went back to Chanyeol’s bedroom, cuddled for a while and prepared. They have to wear something to cover their faces. No one should recognize them.

The drive to the beach went well, they used one of Chanyeol’s old tinted car and when they reached the beach, they seated in one of the vacant bench and watched the fading sun. As much as Baekhyun wants to hold Chanyeols’s hand, he can’t. He can’t risk it and afraid that someone would recognize them.

When it’s already dark, Chanyeol took the opportunity, he pulled Baekhyun closer and gave him a peck on his cheeks, and they both smiled and held hands while walking towards the car.

The day is almost perfect, almost.
