The concert promotion started 10 days before the main event. TV guestings, interviews and pictorials and back to rehearsals. Chanyeol, though really tired for lack of sleep from his schedules, still managed to call Baekhyun everyday and Baekhyun appreciated it a lot. Baekhyun on the other hand would always send him SMS reminding Chanyeol to eat a lot and rest if he has time. He promised Chanyeol that he'll be more concious about his health so the other should do the same. And smetimes, just some random "i love you" and "i miss you" messages and those simple words would never fail to put a smile on Chanyeol's face. 

It's a mystery how they found each other. A twisted fate of once strangers who happened to be on the right place and at the right time. Twisted fate which lead them straight to each other's arm.

Baekhyun found out that Kyungsoo is one of the top stars of his generation and just like Chanyeol, he's a very talented singer. He has topped music charts numerous times for the past years since his debut and gained recognition for his amazing talent as a composer in both Asia and United States. No wonder why He and Chanyeol were close; they both share the same interest. While he's just Byun Baekhyun, just a plain bloke from the outskirt of the city who have not discovered the world yet. 

It was not in Baekhyun's personality to compare himself to others but he can't help it when it comes to Kyungsoo. He just felt... small (well literally he is).

Baekhyun felt something funny on his stomach because of the thought. Why is he even comparing himself to Kyungsoo? He felt strange so he brushed it off as he turn off his laptop and went back to work. 

"You're not jealous aren't you Baekhyun?" he whispered to himself.

A big event is happening in Seoul 8 days before the concert and Chanyeol and Kyungsoo has to make an appearance as representatives of their company. The event is attended by the biggest and brightest stars from different industries. They arrived together walking side by side. Cameras started to flash as they went inside the venue. They stopped for a while and gave a smile and wave to some group of fans at the corner and went inside the venue right after. 

The event was really fun, they were able to meet some important people there and was happy to hear good comments about their individual talents. Kyungsoo though decided to go home earlier because he's not feeling too well. He and Jongin had a fight earlier that day and he needed to go and see him so they could fix things. Chanyeol knew about Kyungsoo and Jongin's relationship ever since they admitted it to him almost three years ago. Jongin, if not, is one of the best dance choreographer in Seoul. He graduated from Seoul Music and Arts University where he earned a degree in Dancing. He worked with some top international music artists as their Music Video choreographer. Kyungsoo and Jongin were introduced by a common friend at some event. They even worked together few months after their first meeting and it seemed like love at first sight to them, they decided to date secretly. It was not a mutual decision that they should hide their relationship. ButKyungsoo just debuted few months back then, he has to protect his career if not all the hard work in training will be wiped out, but he loved Jongin, and Jongin loves him too, so they just have to deal with it. Jongin said that as long as they're together, that's enough. The whole world doesn't need to know about them. But it seemed as though lately they've been having arguments about it. Jongin has temper issues, at first it was okay knowing Kyungsoo denying he has someone special, but Jongin, no matter how hard he tried, he can't just get used to it. So they had to fight again that day. 

Chanyeol decided to take Kyungsoo to his car where his driver and assistant is waiting. As they got off of the elevator, they went straight to the underground parking space of the building where Kyungsoo's car was parked, his assistant opened the car door for him and before he went inside his car, Chanyeol gave his friend a comforting hug and said that everything between Kyungsoo and Jongin will be alright as long as they communicate. Kyungsoo smiled and said his goodbye.

And there was a camera shutter...

Baekhyun woke up from the cold wind on his face. Winter is really not his style. It makes him feel sleepy and lazy. He rubbed his eyes and checked his phone for messages and was surprised because his inbox is empty. He was used to getting morning messages from Chanyeol, but today he didn't received any. 

"Maybe he's still asleep."
"But it's already 10 in the morning."
"Did something bad happened?" 

Oh my God!

Baekhyun relaxed himself from freaking out and dialed Chanyeol's number. It took a while for the other to answer but when he did, he felt relieved. 

"I just had an emergency at work and we're still working on it right now, but I'm okay, so don't worry Baek okay?" Chanyeol explained.

"Thank God, I really thought something bad happened." Baekhyun sighed.

"Everything is fine Baek, everything's fine." Chanyeol said but it sounded dull and dry.

"Are you sure? You know I can always listen here, whatever that is, I'm always ready to listen. What's wrong Yeol?" Baekhyun suddenly felt worried again. He can sense Chanyeol is not okay. "Do you want me to go there?"

"No Baek, it's okay. Don't worry too much. I'm okay. I just have to deal with some things here. But I'm okay. Stop worrying. Just promise me one thing though."

"What?"

"Always remember that I love you and I'll always will."

I'm so sorry for this very late update. I promised you last time that I'll update it regularly but I failed. I found a job and really became busy after. But don't worry, I will finish all my stories and will write more. I just have to find some time to write. I miss everyone!
