It didn’t even make sense, Chanyeol thought. Why would reporters release an article with that kind of headline when they just got a couple of pictures of him and Kyungsoo hugging at the parking lot? Chanyeol was not sure if he would laugh or get irritated because of this baseless news. He was just a friend who was comforting a troubled friend and the next thing he knows they were already involved in a dating scandal. He doesn’t need to explain things from the media because he and Kyungsoo knows the truth, he knows it wouldn’t just stop there but he doesn’t care. He’s too used to these kind of schemes since he entered this crazy industry and so he told Kris not to entertain any interview and just focus on his upcoming concert which will happen in less than a week.

It wasn’t the same thing for Kyungsoo, he was shocked as if it was his first time being involved in a dating scandal, although the past issues he had were all false news and that no one really knows about his relationship with Jongin, well except for Chanyeol.

Kyungsoo was not sure how to handle the situation especially now that things are not really good between him and Jongin, they had fight the last time they talked because the latter was becoming impatient about their situation. It’s not that he’s afraid that people will no longer like him if he will reveal himself to be in a relationship, that’s not the issue. He’s more of afraid for Jongin’s safety, though he works with top local and international artists almost half of his life, he’s still a very private person and Kyungsoo’s scared that people will take that away from Jongin once they go public. When they started their relationship, both are aware that it’s not going to be easy because they are both from different worlds, they each have priorities which is their career but if they do love each other, that’s more than enough reason for them to be strong and to fight for their relationship.

Kyungsoo snapped from his deep thought when he heard his phone rings… it was Jongin.

“Hello?” Kyungsoo answered the call. He was unsure if Jongin is still mad at him.

“Are you busy? Can we meet?” Jongin said on the other line.

“Sure, I won’t be busy until later, after dinner. Where are you? I mean, should I go to your place?” Kyungsoo asked.

“No, uhmm... Just open the door.”

“What? Are you outside? Why didn’t you just open the door, you have keys to my house.” Kyungsoo said while he run towards the door.

When he opened the door, Jongin was standing in front of him, holding a bouquet of white roses.

Kyungsoo’s heart swelled (the good swell). He didn’t even waited for Jongin to come inside his house, he immediately jumped at him and hugged him tightly.

The flowers fell on the floor.

It hasn’t even been 24 hours since the last time they saw each other but because of their arguments last night, they both missed each other so much.

“I’m sorry.” Jongin said, Kyungsoo still on his arms.

“No… I’m sorry.” Kyungsoo now facing Jongin. “I’m sorry for always making you feel bad. I’m sorry if I make you feel like I don’t love you, but you should know that I love you, I really love you Jongin, I really do. I know I shouldn’t say this but I feel like you’re already getting tired of me. But I’m really… really trying my best to make this relationship work.” Kyungsoo already crying.

“I know… I know that. And I love you too, so much that I’m going crazy because I shouldn’t make you cry. That’s why it has to be me, the one who should feel more sorry because I’m too selfish, that I know it’s not easy for you too. I shouldn’t have walked out on you last night. You know, I’m your boyfriend and I should give you my hundred percent support, but look at me now…being an and making you cry.” Jongin said, wiping Kyungsoo’s tears. “And I’m sorry if I make you feel like I’m tired of you, no, that’s not going to happen. It’s just that I feel like it’s too unfair for us, you know. We’re in a relationship but I feel like we’re criminals that we need to hide from people every time we’d like to see each other. I just… you know… I just want to love you without worrying about how people would react, what they’re going to say. But I understand it now, that your career is at stake, if we go on public, people, especially your fans will get mad. And I know how important these things are for you. So I promise, from now on, I will be more patient. I don’t care if we need to sneak out every time we’d like to be together, knowing you’re mine and that we love each other is more than enough. I love you so much Kyungsoo.” Jongin kissed him on his lips.

Hearing all these coming from Jongin, Kyungsoo realized a lot of things. One is that he’s most probably the luckiest person on earth because he has found someone who is more than willing to sacrifice everything just to be with him. Another thing is that, he loves Jongin so much that he too, is willing to sacrifice anything for him and lastly, Kyungsoo has finally made a decision.

Baekhyun probably have read the article a little more than a hundred times and it is still not sinking in. How is Chanyeol involved in a dating scandal with Kyungsoo when in fact he and Chanyeol are together? It doesn’t make sense. He knows for sure that Chanyeol is not cheating on him, nope, Chanyeol’s not like that, but how is this even possible?

Baekhyun’s not sure if he should call Chanyeol and ask him about the issue because the latter might think he doesn’t trust him or Chanyeol might think he’s jealous which is worst. He shouldn’t feel jealous, no!

 Even if he read some comments saying that Kyungsoo and Chanyeol look good together, and that they are a cute couple, that they are happy for the both of them.

He started to recall the last time when He and Chanyeol was on the same situation. The reaction of the netizens were completely opposite from Chanyeol and Kyungsoo’s situation right now. Is it because he’s not an Idol, is it because he’s ugly and that people think he’s not good enough for Chanyeol? What is it that Kyungsoo have that he doesn’t that people are more favor of him for Chanyeol?

Baekhyun feels so small.

He can’t pretend anymore, he feels jealous even though he shouldn’t because he knows Chanyeol loves him.

Chanyeol chose him. Even if it was a roller coaster 10 months of their relationship, Chanyeol chose to be with.

And after this, Chanyeol would still choose him….

Right?

His phone rings…

It’s Chanyeol…

He was staring at his phone screen as if waiting for something to happen.

Phone suddenly stopped ringing.

He walked, phone on his right hand…

It started ringing again…

Still Chanyeol trying to reach him…

Baekhyun, can’t think straight…

So he watched his phone, flew away from his window…

As he heard his heart shattered into million pieces…

A/N: So guess who’s back?! Okay, first of all don’t throw hate on me for telling you the last time I will no longer update this story. I was not thinking straight. I’m sorry.

I seriously… still can’t believe that I am right here, in front of my computer, at 3:24 AM, writing a ChanBaek story. WOW! I don’t know what happened, but let’s just say that I’ve finally moved on and that I am now more mature? Haha! (Oh God I had goosebumps!)
